It's an electrical supply house. Need I say more. The team at this Platt work very hard to make you get what you need or an equivalent replacement.

Platt, as a whole, is great. I've bought from most of the stores in the northwest. Great for electrical contractors as well as the public.

Very rude employees at this location and the cost of a breaker is 4 times what Home Depot sells for. You can't even walk in the store to show them what you have, you have to call from your car, ridiculous! And why does it matter if you have an account or not, do they triple the price for retail customers???!!!

Helpful??? Must be kidding! Asking them about which of their parts I should buy was like pulling teeth. “I’m NOT AN ELECTRICIAN!” was what their employee stated 10 seconds into the convo. One would be more likely find “help” at a Home Depot.

This branch consistently demonstrates poor efficiency. Staff remain at their desks while customer lines grow, leaving guests waiting far too long for assistance. Incoming calls frequently go unanswered and roll straight to voicemail. Overall, the service is slow and unresponsive, which creates a frustrating customer experience.

Front desk staff can be very rude. I placed a order which they took their sweet time picking. Than got called a "indecisive customer" for adding one line item after they picked the order.

Worst people to deal with

First hour charge is too high. If i ask how long will take a simple job, they automatically said it will take more than 2 hours so that additional money can be made. First hour is 250 and additional hour is 150 and without any supplies and permit. Not a convinient at all.

Did the electrical in the build out of our new home. Hired them to install ceiling fans. They asked if it was alright if an apprentice watched. We said okay, unaware that it would literally double the price because another person was there. They hung the fans poorly, and blamed whomever installed the junction box.... garner installed the junction box... they improperly wired one fan, causing it to short. Got another one and they almost did the same error. Called owner, instead of coming to survey the problem as I'd asked, he just offered to refund some of it. Not very becoming of a company when they screw up just to throw money at it and hope it goes away. I had another company install a chandelier - wonderfully done, and much cheaper. Garner leaves much to be desired
