I had an excellent experience with Epoxee from start to finish. They recently came out to my home and did an outstanding job applying an epoxy floor in my garage using the “Night Fall” flake, and the results are better than I imagined.

What really stood out was their attention to detail. They didn’t cut any corners—they properly diamond cut the concrete to ensure a strong bond, took the time to restore and repair the existing cracks, and prepped everything like true professionals.

Communication was spot on throughout the whole process. They were clear, responsive, and walked me through every step. I was also really impressed with how fast they got me a quote—within the same day—and they even had availability to complete the job the very next day, which was a huge help since I needed the garage ready before moving in.

They completely transformed my house with this floor renovation. I just bought my 1927 home in November and the floors were extremely damaged, big scratches, stains, gaps, and unevenness. I was shocked by how well they turned out. They did the job quickly and were very professional. They showed up on time everyday and were very helpful when it came to picking a stain. They even mixed stains to help us get an idea of what we wanted. In the end we went with the Honey stain and oil based varnish. The floors feel warm and cozy just as we had hoped for. Very fair pricing as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to renovate their hardwood floors.

Claudio and the team at Epoxee exceeded my expectations. I have a design and construction background, so I am very particular. I did a ton of product research and shopped other local companies before choosing Epoxee. I got clean, high-quality work, done quickly, and at a good price. Can’t ask for better than that. Hired Epoxee to do garage on two of my properties First property was a garage virgin concrete and they prepped the floors the right way and installed a fresh epoxy with flakes, amazing work!!

The second property some other comoany installed epoxy floors and was horrible bubbles all over the garage. Epoxee then came removed old epoxy and prepped the floors and installed the new epoxy with flakes. I will attach both projects!

But this last job - the quality of attention and the wood flooring product surpassed anything i have had with any supplier. My first experience with Wood Floors by Beto was in the early 2000's when they installed my living room floor. Then in 2007, they installed wood flooring in my master bedroom. Both experiences were professional and seamless.
Fast forward a couple of decades and a busted water heater and I am so happy to have connected with them again! Everyone in the office is so kind and professional. Maribel answered all my questions and put me at ease. Beto Jr. was just as I remembered him and he is still just as prompt and courteous as could be!
This time we were able to install beautiful hardwood flooring throughout my entire home- for me this was a dream come true!
The work crew led by Edgar arrived promptly every day, communicated with me, and were very respectful of my home and space. I work from home and was worried about noise and/or interruption but had no reason to as the job was done by experts. If you want professional quality hardwood floors in your home, this is the company to hire.

Working with Jason and his crew was an amazing experience from beginning to end. From the first call, he talked to me very honestly and openly about the different options available to me. He made it clear that epoxy was not the right solution for me long-term and we proceeded to schedule him to grind, polish, and seal 2,440 square feet of concrete. The process took about 6 days. He arrived on time. He was easy to work with and he and his crew were always professional. They left the job site tidy each day at the end of work and got started first thing the next day to keep the project on schedule and on budget. The results are amazing. The floor went from chalky, dusty, and rough, to completely smooth, shiny, and sealed. Liquids just puddle on the surface now. It was so smooth, in fact, I was able to host a roller skating party immediately afterwards and people had a blast. After that event, Jason's brother came to give the floors a clean and remove some of the scuff marks. He was easy to work with as well. These guys are true professionals, have decades of experience, and know their tools & trade. I can highly recommend them—at least for any concrete-related work.

I have bought vinyl flooring Twice from F.L. and have been satisfied with the outcome.
Customer service is Good, walked into the store and was greeted by helpful and knowledgeable sales associate.
Recently I purchased 1,700 square feet of toughlock prime -mission hill vinyl plank (WPC)
28 mil, 12mm thick. It's considered commercial grade which I installed in my residential home, family of 4 with a shitzu dog.
I was sold on this product for its look, wear layer, thickness and price. ( got it for $2.99 sale price, regularly $4.99 a square foot)
I felt like I was getting value for my buck as other options at this store and other competitors I checked out before offerd less wear layer protection and the thickness was thinner, usually 8 to 12 mil and 5mm to 6mm thick at $2.99 to $3.50. ( based off of this, I made my decision to purchase) on the quote it was disclosing that there is no warranty on squeaking/popping/crackling, so I asked about it, with the sales associate using the term floating floor and that it would make these noises because there is no adhesive holding it down. Knowing this I decided to purchase anyway, I said to myself how bad could it be. ( read a couple things online about this and got from it that not even the best floor prepping and best installer could avoid these noise, minimal maybe but not completely get rid of them) In my case it's quite a bit, but I'm learning how to live with it. (Cold weather enhances this)
Also the variation of design on planks is limited, I think 7-8 planks a case, the same exact planks in all 77 cases I bought. (This could not be determined with samples and demonstration at show room)
Order arrived within the time-line given and picked it up with no issues at their warehouse in clovis.
I have had this floor installed for about 4 months now, I can tell you that compared to 5mm to 7.5mm thick vinyl flooring this 12mm has a softer landing( what I mean is that it feels softer to walk on, WPC vs SPC) SPC is more durable for Dents and drops because its denser and thinner, WPC is softer and has a warmer feel and is better at absorbing sound. I recommend that you do a thorough research, so that you make the most informed choices so that you are content with your floor purchase.
Overall I'm content with the floor, hoping for the best.
(Has a hazy look when sunlight hits the floor and in one of the pictures you could see a dent on the floor due to my teenage kid dropping hydro flask on it, kitchen area) 🤦‍♂️

In the process of remodeling our Kitchen we discovered that the Wood Flooring in our Kitchen had been installed around the old Cabinetry. We this being the case, we needed to have this issue rectified before our Cabinet Contractor would install the new Cabinets, so we reached out to Javier at J&S Wood Flooring. Javier and his Crew showed up the day after demolition of the old Kitchen was completed. His Crew quickly and efficiently installed new wood flooring where it had been missing and seamlessly blended the new flooring into the original. Once all new Cabinetry was installed, Javier's Crew returned to fully Sand, Stain, and Refinish the Floors in not only the Kitchen, but also the Powder Room, Dinning and Family Rooms as well; as the Wood Flooring was continuous in all 4 Rooms. The Crew was fantastic, they ensured that plastic was hung to protect the new Cabinets as well as hallways and stairways to other parts of the home, to keep dust in those parts of the house to a minimum. We couldn't be more happy with the final results and the Crew that worked on our Project. They showed up everyday at the time promised, worked hard, and knew what they were doing! We would highly recommend J&S to anyone requiring, Installation, Repair, or Refinishing of wood floors.

We decided at the last minute to get our floors refinished while we were out of town for a few days at a wedding. After a Google search I called and Javier came to give a quote the next day and we decided to begin the work the very next week after I had several different companies come give estimates on the work. To say I am happy is an absolute understatement. Javier and his crew did such an amazing job on our floors. There were many spots that were badly worn and stained. Some repair work to be done and they transformed this space from the tired old orangy oak tone to a beautiful warm rustic feel. Javier was so nice from start to finish, was fast and responsive and he and his crew were here on time every morning. They did a lot of prep all around the house taping and putting up plastic to make sure nothing was damaged and cleaned up so well you’d never have known they were here. He also beat the price of 4 other estimates that we had done. If you are looking to have any work done, he’s an awesome choice. Highly recommend! Here’s some after photos. I am shocked! I can’t believe this is my house!!! 🤩

Also to note- Not only were they customer oriented from the start, they were just so nice Javier even helped me carry my baby in her car seat to my car Monday morning as I was quickly trying to get my things together and out the door for them to begin their work. The way they interacted with us really made you feel like family.

I needed to have 1200 square feet of laminate installed. The estimate from Elpidio Lopez was very reasonable so I hired him. I'm so glad I did!! He and his assistant, Habar, worked quickly -- finishing in just under 5 days -- but never sacrificed the quality of their work. They were very competent, professional and pleasant to work with -- always on time -- plus they left my house super clean. Thanks so much, Elpidio. I LOVE my new floors and baseboards. Highly recommended!!

Flooring by Alex is a top-rate flooring company here in northeast El Paso!!! They get a little busy this time of year so you have to be patient. But once all the details are worked out, they come to your home and in the blink of an eye your floors are transferred don't get me wrong, they're not cookie Cutters they really get down to the details, if there are any glitches they have great customer service and they will come and fix any slightest little detail. Mr Alex himself will come over and get on his hands and knees and fix the slightest little detail and if he's not available hey will send someone who is very knowledgeable and helpful! This is a five-star company in I highly recommend Flooring by Alex!!!

Could not have been more impressed with Beto and his team! From the start of the project all the way through they were kind, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly RELIABLE! We found the company to be truly outstanding. Their salesperson, Mr. Calderon, was knowledgeable of the carpet and installation process. The carpeting installers did a superb job and were extremely careful moving our furniture. In conclusion, we are very satisfied with their job.
We plan to replace our carpet downstairs or have it tiled, we’re still deciding. We will definitely hire them again.

Good service, great deal on vinyl flooring, but the product we got for the underlayment was stuck together. They were ripping apart when my husband tried to lay them on the floor.

After a very bad customer service experience at Floor and Decor, I decided to try Interceramic Tile as recommended by my contractor. The first person I approached was unfriendly so I immediately walked away from her and sought the assistance from Val. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. I took my time to select the tile for the bathroom floor, and found the most stunning marble floor tile for the master bathroom shower. I now anxiously wait for the arrival, which I was told would be 7-10 business days from Houston.

Jason (owner of Jaymin’s Flooring) is a master at his craft and a client-minded business owner. My wife and I purchased a house with cat-urine soiled hardwoods throughout our living and dining areas, and with large areas patched with the wrong type of flooring. Jason and Gabriel carefully removed and replaced all unsalvageable boards and refinished our floor beautifully. Not only does it look beautiful, it has removed the scent of cat urine from our home. Their work was meticulous, tidy, and reasonably priced. In addition, Jason and Gabriel are personable and a pleasure to have in our home. I would 100% recommend Jaymin’s flooring to anyone looking to bring their hardwood flooring back to life. Before and after photos attached.

Hands down the worst customer experience of my life and the biggest financial mistake of my life. My home is destroyed until I can afford to spend another 30 to 40 thousand dollars replacing this floor. Not sure if there is enough room to explain all that has gone wrong. The installers were unprofessional and likely fraudulent in their estimate. At one point I was actually breaking up fights between the installers. After meticulously walking the installer around my house showing him how uneven my floor was he underbid the leveling of the floor by around 600%. After tearing my house apart he "very generously" offered to cut me a side deal for half price on the 3rd demand for more money for leveling the floor so it could be properly installed, if I paid him cash right then. They would not have even bothered to install the floor properly if we hadn't been inspecting and reinspecting as the job progressed. One area had to be redone 3 times. So fights, demands for more and more money, having to purchase some material myself because they didn't even have it at the store, damage to my walls, ceiling and furniture and that isn't even the worst of this experience. They didn't mention how much this was going to lower my floors from the tile I had before which has left me with door trim and doors that don't touch the floor, when I asked why he didn't mention this when I was talking to him about installation he said, we don't do that, which meant sure I knew that this was going to leave you with a house full of doors and trim with big gaps revealing raw edges of flooring that aren't seaedl to anything, but I don't make money off that so why would I. The floor boards are loose in areas where they didn't level properly, where they repeatedly had to replace boards in the kitchen because they scratched it sliding the refrigerator across the floor twice, then left my refrigerator full of food unplugged. Many badly joined areas. Had to be called back repeatedly to finish areas. Did a terrible job caulking baseboards and joining them at corners. Over estimated the boards and trim I needed by about 2000 worth of material which I had to load into 2 SUVs and drive an hour back to El Paso from Las Cruces so I could recoup that money. Didn't clean when they left. Left a hazy film all over the floors in main living area that has taken weeks to remove and damaged the floor. And to top it all off these floors scratch pretty easily. I purposely bought a floor with the highest protective coating offered and it looks terrible. This is our retirement home after 29 years in the military. It is a daily reminder that it will take me years to recover from this disaster. I saved absolutely no money going with LL Flooring over more expensive quotes from local flooring companies who clearly knew better what they were doing. I wake up and look around knowing I am out tens of thousand of dollars, sick to my stomach at the stress and financial costs of this experience. Save yourself, take time, save up and go with local company with more knowledge, better customer service and more professional installers. Also didn't properly reinstall closet doors, almost all of which are now damaged, one fell on me and almost knocked me unconscious. Wish pictures could show you all the scratches on the floor.

And in reply to your reply, though your third party contract is an incompetent crook. Your staff at your store did absolutely nothing but bemoan what a horrible experience this was for me and make empty promises to do something to make it right. When I asked if they could at least help get the piles of overestimated materials back to the store they said they couldn't.

Elpidio Lopez was a professional in every aspect of our job. He was responsive and did our work in a timely manner. His workmanship was excellent and he worked fast and was very thorough. We would recommend him to anyone needing flooring.
