Manny went above and beyond late on a Friday afternoon. He tracked down parts and got my A/C unit up and running so I had heat during an approaching cold front.

I was very impressed with the team that changed my duct work for me! Everyone was friendly, professional, and quick! I didn’t go a night without AC because Tim, Robertoc Devin, and Nabor wouldn’t allow it! The work these guys do is not easy, but everyone had a smile on their face every time I saw them. I had a service tech at my Home to do a repair on my mini split for my garage. He said it was fixed and less than two days later it went down again so I called Mechanical One to come out. They sent Kareem and Esdras To take care of it and they did and it’s been working great ever since. I would highly recommend them to come out to anyone. I wasn’t even there and my son was there and these were his words “The guy at the house for the minisplit was beyond kind and respectful I would deffo tell your people he was amazing”. Always fix the problem promptly. Kevin was very informative and found the source to the issue and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving.

Julian is a professional that has done an excellent job at installing 2 bidets in my home. When he ran into some plumbing issues he was quick to solve.

He is also very knowledgeable with water purification. He will be installing a reverse osmosis system for my kitchen sink that will enhance the purifying system he already installed for my whole house.

Whenever I have any future issues, he will be the first I call. Very nice young man.

Jullian was absolutely phenomenal! Very professional and was thorough with the install (though honestly pretty quick). The install looks great, works perfectly, and really improves the house. Thanks Jullian for your help. The price was also great for the work involved I firmly believe.

After some initial issues with the original quote, Joe addressed and fixed the discrepancy. Chris was sent out to do the installation of our tankless water heater. I can't say enough about Chris. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. George, the service manager, came by to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. After a rocky start, Chris (Joe and George) made it worth it and delivered. I would HIGHLY recommend requesting Chris for any plumbing/electrical work. We will have Chris back to handle some plumbing work for us. Thanks, Chris, Joe, and George.

Edwin Reyes and Joe Guilloty came to address a leak that required immediate attention. They quickly identified the cause and shared a plan to repair. After they were done, they noticed something was off with one of the toilets and discovered that the clean out valve was crushed. Immediately got approval for the repair and now I have a fully functional plumbing system

Mechanical One is an outstanding company with an exceptional team! A huge shout-out to Tom (Manager), Shane (Mechanical Engineer Manager), and Miguel (Super Technician) for their dedication in addressing issues with my AC units, which my builder—originally responsible for hiring Mechanical One—completely ignored despite my repeated concerns.
After reaching out, Shane, the Mechanical Engineer Manager, promptly contacted me to understand the issues in detail. To my surprise, he arrived at my property alongside Tom and Miguel to personally diagnose the problem. They spent nearly three hours meticulously analyzing the units, and Miguel’s keen attention to detail uncovered the root causes. He not only identified the issues but also corrected them on the spot and scheduled a follow-up to replace and install necessary parts based on my concerns.
I was genuinely impressed by the hands-on involvement of top management, including Shane’s expertise as a mechanical engineer, and their skilled technician, who went above and beyond to address my situation. They reassured me that everything would be taken care of, leaving me confident in their commitment. Additionally, I was delighted to learn that Mechanical One offers plumbing and electrical services, which I’ve previously relied on other companies for.

My thermostat and AC weren’t working, and I was very thankful for the help from Miguel Sierralta and Alex Lugo. They didn’t take long to fix the issue, were very respectful, and communicated clearly about what they were doing, which made me feel part of the process. Miguel also took the time to teach me how to use the thermostat and how it works, which I really appreciated. Great service and highly recommend!

Both Kevin and Christian came out and they were super friendly, easy-going, and very professional And helpful. They helped fix the AC so that the air flow is much better and made sure everything was done right and put back on correctly before leaving

Miguel was my technician, he sent a text when he was about 25 min from my home and he showed up with in that 25 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was very professional and through. So far everyone at Mechanical One has been top notch.

I just want to say Angel at Mechanical One is the absolute best. We had an issue a couple weeks back where we called the Mechanical One after hours number and they dispatched the on call Rep with was Angel. As stated in my previous review he came through and saved the day. Well today Angel stopped by as a follow up to ensure and confirm that all is working as expected. Also, as a new first time home owner he took time to show me step by step how to drain the system. His patience, knowledge and compassion is unmatched. If I ever have a question or issue I know one thing for sure is that I want Angel on the job. He’s the absolute best and would recommend that anyone who needs HVAC assistance from Mechanical One to ask for Angel.
