They contacted me the day before to confirm the appointment and even sent me a picture of the technician who would be coming to my home, which I really appreciated. Victor arrived on time and was very professional and experienced. He explained everything in detail, making sure I understood and was satisfied with the service. Because of the great experience, I enrolled in the membership.

Truthfully, he was the best tech I’ve ever had at the house. I dreaded this. He turned it around and now you have a new electrical booking. I was looking for a new ac company too. Win-win-win. Have used the Cool Today's plumbing services three times. Each plumber was excellent. Most recently had a plumber connect an espresso machine to supply line as well as the drain. Also plumbed in a pressure regulator valve, back flow check valve and inline Calcite filter. Anthony did a great job...he problem solved very well. Highly recommend! Price seemed high on this most recent project vs. the previous two projects they did.

My whole experience with cool today has been an A+. It was helpful getting routine text messages when the technician was coming, and they even sent a picture of the technician so you know who to expect when they arrive. Kirk was so professional, friendly, informative, and very respectful of the house. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up after himself. He explained the issues clearly and provided a link with detailed information on the estimates to replace certain components. I would recommend Cool Today because of their professional staff and trust. Kirk is very skilled in HVAC repair and a very humble man.

I just got a new AC package from cool today, it has been the greatest experience, their friendly, they know their stuff, our technician Casmore was fantastic he wanted to make it sure everything was perfect. very professional, very hard worker, I would highly recommend this company! Jefferey at Cool Today was amazing, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. The company structure does not jack up the price on the weekend. The pricing was vert fair. Each person from the initial call to service provided excellent customer service and it was evident that was their goal. Options for service were presented up front. I will be using them from here forth and referring to friends.

We had our 1 of the yearly maintenance and Mohsine Warid was so good efficient great communication and very knowledgeable. I appreciated his willingness and patience on making sure we was happy cause we had a few things that we was doing wrong and he help us understand and fix for us. (We was putting our filter in the wrong place)

I am very happy with the service I received from every person at Cool Today. From the repair person who inspected my nearly 20 year old syatem, to the salesperson, AJ, who explained all of my choices to me so clearly, and offered me the opportunity to ask questions, so that I was sure that I was getting the best system for my neeeds, to the schedulers and the installers, who were all professional and kind and took the time to make sure that I understood how to work the new system, which was much more complicated than my last thermostat.

I also got a reverse osmosis water treatment system, and once again, everyone was such a professional. I will definitely refer other people to Cool Today.

Had the best experience with this company I found them via home depot. My technician was Victor M. A very knowledgeable guy, great customer services skills, respectful all around 5 stars.
He came the first day for a free consultation and went above and beyond. I was embarrassed because for something free, he did way too much. He provided many recommendations options but he did not pressure me on my decision and respected my choice based on what I could afford. The crazy part is, he was able to get the material for me very quick and return like the next day with Abdiel and they both blessed my family with AC and heat after being out for days and living miserably. These guys know their stuff, Victor felt truly bad for me for the amount of money i’ve spent on this 4 year old AC and found the problem himself. He showed me every steps, showed me where the problem was and how he was going to replace and fix it. We are truly grateful and I’m only dealing with them from now on! May God keep blessing the people who don’t take advantage of others like these guys.

Devin R was my technician for my HVAC Preventative Maintenance check. He was very thorough, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. To add, he also put up with my unnecessary chatter which is also appreciated, lol! Its nice to know that I have been keeping my system up well after 8 years and it was a nice touch that he used shoe covers when walking around the house. Overall, this was a great experience and would welcome Cool Today to do additional maintenance.

My tech Anthony was beyond fantastic... He quickly diagnosed my issue due to leaking evaporator coils. He gave me an honest price quote. He did not try to upsell or cross-sell me unnecessary work (which was my fear). After the parts were ordered and he returned he was very efficient and transparent with every level of work. I can't say enough good things about Charles the Plumber with Cool Today plumbing. He came out on a Saturday on an emergency to clear a backed up sewage line, which is definitely not a pleasant job to do but he handled it quickly and professionally. He showed up on time explained exactly what was going on and got the problem resolved efficiently. The work was thorough, clean and he was also able to dig out my main sewage line on my property to help locate my clean out that was completely covered. If you ever need a reliable Plumber who shows up when it counts Charles with Cool Today is the one to call. Outstanding service, prompt, knowledgeable and Appreciative. Their service was amazing. They were very understanding and very patient negotiating my new A/C unit. Their installation was great and fast. Their sales person and their technicians well manner and professional. Extremely knowledgeable.

Our A/C system died on a Sunday morning. Among several other service providers, we called Cool Today. Because it was Sunday, we were not surprised to get answering services and left messages with the first 3 providers. Then we were surprised to get an actual answer from Cool Today and they surprised us a number of times since that call.
Not only did they answer that Sunday morning, but they sent their representative that Sunday afternoon. He assessed the issues in detail, took pains to explain exactly what would be required to fix the system, the guarantees applied to the new system, the costs involved, the various ways we could pay the bill and he had a team here early on the following day to replace the system efficiently and without a mess.
We were really impressed with the service we received and would highly recommend the company to anyone.
