We needed a specific water heater for my father's mobile home and Esteban took extra time and trouble to find exactly what we needed. He was very responsive to my texts for updates and kept us informed about the steps being taken to get our services completed. Esteban and his team were very personable and made specific efforts to ensure that the water heater was installed securely and operated properly before leaving the site. We are very grateful for his expertise and will seek his services again for upcoming plumbing and HVAC repairs.

Esteban the owner is very unprofessional when it comes to communicating. He requires constant reminders and prompts. He takes 5 days to send a proposal, does not send the contract for 8 days and then on the scheduled day does not come, and only informs of "being busy with inventory" after being asked. Then, after all this he blames ?me?! for not communicating? You can easily see who starts every conversation in the screenshots. People need to be aware of him and his company so here you have all evidence Google, make your own judgement:

Esteban came over in less than an hour after my wife and I discovered a pressure leak from an obscure part of our home. He identified the Pipe quickly and fixed it fast. He was kind and gracious with his time and the price was extremely reasonable. Thank you Daniel!

I rate my plumbing experience 4.5 out of 5 stars for a two reasons:
1. I would have appreciated it if the technician had asked whether he should wear shoe covers, but he didn’t.
2. He also didn’t place any cardboard or covering around the manhole before starting to remove the shower cartridge, which was stuck and he had to break it to take the cartridge out.

Aside from those points, he was knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was doing. I appreciate his honesty and workmanship. He gave some tips to save water and adjust the shower cartridge accordingly. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company again for any future plumbing work.

As a very picky homeowner, I cannot say enough great things about Esteban. He handled all of the plumbing for a full remodel of our bathrooms including shower systems, smart toilets, and vanity faucets in both the master bath and guest bath. He also handled all of the plumbing in the kitchen, and the results are absolutely outstanding. My master bathroom was completely customized, the original plumbing was for a shower and a separate tub as you can see from the photos and it came out beautifully and more importantly, we have had zero plumbing issues! From start to finish, his professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were top-notch.

Esteban showed up on time, kept the workspace clean, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Every fixture, pipe, and fitting was installed perfectly — you can tell he takes real pride in his work. The new bathrooms look incredible, and all plumbing works flawlessly. Esteban was professional and pleasant to be around throughout this entire process. He is an extremely knowledgeable resource and was always quick to answer any questions or concerns that I had.

Jack and Charles were fantastic. Very helpful. They even checked to see if my equipment was still under warranty and it was I highly recommend them.

On 11/5/25 around 2pm my boyfriend went inside to inquire about filling out an application. While he was there he told me he overheard a female employee saying “go back where you came from” and “learn to speak English” after hanging up from a phone call. My boyfriend said all the person on the other line was asking for was someone who spoke Spanish. Not really a good look lol. Just letting everyone know the type of people they employ. And I’m assuming that the employees share similar ideals given everyone in the office could hear her. Apopka is pretty Hispanic-dominated so it’s kind of ironic.

I have yet to use this company’s services, but based on my observations of how someone in a company branded truck drove, I would not trust the work performed. On 2/13/2026 on westbound 408 at 5:50 am I observed truck 99 weaving in traffic, tailgating so close it looked like less than a car length. If you see truck 99 give it a very wide berth because the driver is dangerous.

Heinnen was great...diagnosed the problem for my continuously running unit and found a small leak and showed us the area. He gave us a quote that we accepted and he finished the job immediately. Also recharged our system with freon....Thanks. very professional,knowledgeable and friendly.

Technician was friendly, informative and efficient. Prices are reasonable since it covers twice a year maintenance.

Charles did a very thorough job examining our systems and troubleshooting an issue he discovered. Parts have been ordered and repair should be done soon.
