The technician quickly diagnosed problems and made necessary repairs with additional parts ordered and scheduled to be completed within two to three days. The heat was working again within two hours. This speed was appreciated since this was the coldest morning of the year. Thank you!

The technician Hassine was punctual with the appointment, polite for the maintenance agreement that I have with previous company Heinmiller that was sold to ACR A/C - Refrigeration. When checking the outside unit a part needed replacement & it was replaced after I was informed & I authorized the work for the replacement of the part. The rest of the maintenance was done as usual. I am happy with the job done & will recommend ACR Air Conditioning-Refrigeration.

It was a wonderful experience. Eddie and Edison showed up promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem . Did a thorough inspection and told me the things I should do. We were thrilled with the service. We had had a previous appointment with another company which gave us an estimate of $4000.— to fix two dampers and replace the control pad. Thank goodness I called for a second opinion. I highly recommend ARC! We signed up for the twice a year inspection and maintenance. This is the company to use.

Jack was the first person that came to my home after Heinmiller sold their company to ACR. I was a little worried but JACK was excellent. He was very thorough , kind and considerate. The best professional experience that I could have hoped for.

My semi-annual A/C mIntenance was performed without a hitch and in a timely manner. Technician Cody really knows his trade and takes pride in his work. He is a credit to the organization. I would award him 12 Stars if that was possible

We have two a/c units that have been well maintained over many years by Heinmiller Air and Heat. ACR has taken our account and I was quite pleased and impressed with the thoroughness and efficiency of Ryan, our technician today.
He cleaned and tuned up both units and they are working perfectly.
We would highly recommend ACR to friends and neighbors.

ACR and in particular Jonathan our tech are fantastic. They are honest, timely and truly care about helping their customers. I had another company out that tried to sell me a new unit for 15k, called ACR and they did a small fix and all is good now. If you are in need, call these folks…they are a great company to work with.

I want to take a moment to give a shout out to ACR Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. It’s not often that I take the time to perform this service but feel compelled to contribute today. I recently had an issue with one of my AC units, which I’m sure makes all your hear rate go up just hearing it said, and I called the new service provider that bought my previous providers company. I have to say these guys are serious about providing good service. They went out of their way to argue with the AC manufacturer to get my part covered under warranty and when the part arrived they installed it the following day. Charles showed up today with the most amazing attitude and fixed our issue quickly, making sure everything worked properly before leaving.

When your HVAC system goes out, it can be stressful and a huge inconvenience. But when this does happen, it's good to have a company that is fast, reliable, and knowledgeable to get that system back up and running. ACR is that company that I trust to take care of my system. I've had ACR come out before for a different issue and I could not be happier with the service provided by these people. Angie was an absolute delight helping me schedule a technician to come out. She was so polite, friendly, and kept me informed of my upcoming service. Charles was the technician who came out and diagnosed the issue with the system on the first visit. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quickly began the repairs. Due to the issue with our system, it took 2 visits to fix the problem, and I'm glad that Charles came back out to finish the work. ACR bought out the air conditioner company that we have used for years. We always had a yearly maintenance with the old company and ACR honored their maintenance program. We had two very nice and polite employees out did a great job on checking everything over inside and out. Yes I would recommend ACR.

Nee HVAC unit installed. Company kept my info on file for a year after initial sales call. Eased right into current pricing. Got a 17SEER unit with seasonal price breaks. Workers were pollite and professional. Completed in 5 hours

We have used Heinmiller for 30 plus years. They were bought out by ACR and we were anxious to see how they performed. They confirmed the appointment ahead of time, called on the morning to keep us updated on their ETA & arrived on time.
The technician was called Robert (I think) and was polite and utterly professional. He seemed to be thorough and do an excellent job.
We were very relieved and pleased to find that the tradition of Heinmiller will continue

Excellent service! The technician Ryan went above and beyond to get my AC unit working again, even when the initial repairs didn’t completely solve the problem. He stayed committed to finding the issue and making it run. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, professional, and clearly dedicated to great customer service. I would definitely recommend.

These guys are amazing! They really go the extra mile. Cody the technician was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He took the time to explain things well so I understood them. My regular AC company who did my maintenance and installed my ac did it wrong which created a leak so my house was hot. I got a quote for them that was insanely high. Got another quote from someone else and they were also insanely high but the biggest problem with their quotes was that they couldn’t tell me the price until they refilled the refrigerant which could add 100-1,000 extra dollars to my bill. ACR gave me an exact price to fix my AC. They beat both competitors. They worked efficiently and took the time to do things right. I will be using them for my regular maintenance and repairs from now on. Choose ACR if you want an honest, local, family owned business treating you right.

We’ve been very happy with the team at ACR. They are truly our AC gurus! We have a maintenance package with them and they recently came out for a service visit. With two AC units in our home and a mini-split in the garage, there was a lot to check and the technician was incredibly thorough.

Joey was our service tech and did an excellent job. He was prompt, took his time going through each system and clearly explained everything he was doing. I never felt like he rushed through the maintenance check. He was patient and answered all of our questions.

I am very pleased with the service I received from this company. I had an evaporator coil that was leaking and they were able to replace it under warranty, charging me for labor and the refrigerant, which was totally appropriate. The technician, Cody, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly throughout the job. I highly recommend Cody and ACR. Mike, the owner, was also very helpful As I spoke to him following the job and have set this company up to do my twice a year maintenance.

Nick was absolutely brilliant! I had no clue what to do because my AC unit is only 2 yrs old but it wasn’t cooling. He talked me through everything, cleaned my drains and gave me advice for future care. He then set me up on the maintenance plan that is only $18 a month. A month or so ago Nick came out to give me an estimate to replace an air handler. Originally I just wanted to fix it because I planned to sell the house, but after dealing with 3 companies before Rooster's that had no intention of figuring out the actual problem, I had given up on that and just wanted a replacement estimate. To my surprise, he actually found the issue, which actually ended up being the 3 year old condenser, the one thing I was assured but everyone else that wasn't causing the problem.
If I was not moving out of the area, they would be my go to a/c company, and I will be sure to pass their info along to the next owners.
