Remo was my technician he was on time did a fantastic job respectful professional and knowledgeable he's the only one I want taking care of my air conditioner moving forward I know it will last quite a bit longer. We had a broken compressor on our main unit. This meant it was super hot in our house and ACR responded quickly and efficiently. Our technician was very knowledgeable. It’s good to know that we can call ACR and they will keep us cool!

Can't say enough about how wonderful this company is! My air conditioner died the other night. They came out promptly to service. Unfortunately after 23 yrs of service( I know we were lucky) it was a goner. My husband was being released from the hospital in less than two days and they were able to install a new unit in time for him to come home. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. We now have a newly installed unit! Thank you!

ACR & especially Ryan Miles, the ACR Technician, did a great job of getting our HVAC system going at our house in the Conway section of Orlando. It had "died" the day before because of a short. Ryan wa friendly, personable, and very professional. His service was efficient, the price reasonable, and we are very happy.

Except for the company's email name coming through to me as a single backslash (\), everything went smoothly and he seemed to be very thorough. I am very pleased so far. They seem to be following the Heinmiller's playbook.

When I called Heinmiller AC this morning, I was surprised to learn they were bought by ACR Air Conditioning, and hoped they’d have the same excellent service as Heinmiller. I am happy to find out that they do! After a labor intensive afternoon, Ryan got my system up and running, assuring me it was working at full capacity. I’m happy to know I still have a reliable company, one with same day service when I need it.

Remo was fantastic and so is this company. I was able to secure an appointment quickly. Remo came out and diagnosed the problem right away And had me fixed up in no time. He was informative, kind, and professional And did an awesome job! No shortcuts with Remo - He made sure everything was perfect before he left and that I was satisfied with the job and the price. I won’t go anywhere else from here forward!

Jonathon was excellent in his troubleshooting skills as well as his communications. He was able to isolat the problem to a circuit breaker which I purchased and replaced. (AC techs are permitted to access the main breaker box to replace breakers)

I've had other AC repairs in years past, most, if not all were more expensive.

Very timely and helpful service. Calling and booking an appointment was very simple the staff was very pleasant. The technician went above and beyond to diagnose and help fix the issue we had with our ductless A/C. Will continue to do business with ACR air conditioning and absolutely recommend them!

Scheduled quickly, then got an earlier appt. Tech was very educated, personable, great chatting with him. Was clear about the issues and how to correct. If we need service in the future, I hope he takes our call.

Had Heinmiller for decades, and had to find a replacement AC company for maintenance after everyone retired and Heinmiller closed shop. ACR was their recommendation and I think I’ve found a gem. From setting up initial appointment (Angie) to service completion, everything was handled with friendly professionalism and most importantly, competence. Thank you to Remo and Joshua for a job well done!

Great experience with ACR. The first maintenance service was great! The technician cleaned our walk-in cooler unit so well, the unit looks brand new! He also left instructions on after care. Appreciate it!
