Dwayne is personable, knowledgeable and a real asset to your company. This is our second great experience with him...I will ask for him specifically for any future needs. As any Floridian knows a good A/c guy can be hard to come by....Dwayne was prompt honest and fair. Hope he is recognized for his great work.

I had a clogged drain pipe that was leaking into my garage. I could not find where the end of the drain pipe was myself (ended up being under about 6 inches of dirt) so after looking up reviews I found CeeBee. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. My technician Chris was on time and very friendly and professional. He was able to get my issue fixed in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again and would recommend! Thanks you Chris & CeeBee!

I have used CeeBee since 2016. They came highly recommended by my retiring AC guy and it was the best thing he did. He told me exactly what I needed although he was retire and he wasn’t able to do it I called around to CeeBee and two other AC units companies and CeeBee was the only one who quoted what I needed the other two companies quoted above what I need it. They are honest, they have integrity, they may not be the cheapest but they’re the best. Since 2016, they’ve only been Back for maintenance. Also, when they installed my AC back in 2016 my utility bill dropped by almost $100 a month.

Cee Bee is wonderful. We had a tricky issue that went on for a few weeks and required several trips out. Cee Bee was amazing in every way to get the problem solved in the right way. Everyone we encountered was extremely professional and helpful. Joe and Phil were both very thorough and explained the steps as they took them. They even showed us pictures of their work along the way. It was our first time using Cee Bee and they've made a lifelong customer in us!

Chris is our service man and we were having a problem with our coils leaking on our unit in the house and he had to replace it. Such a professional and really knows his stuff, We have used Cee Bee air for 20 or more years and are a fantastic company and will continue to use them for all our air and heating services.

Great service! From the office to the technician, this company is amazing. Chris was extremely efficient diagnosing my problem, gave me my options and his recommendation to get it operating . Then he checked the performance of my system gave me the information for me to decide what to do next. I told him about my high electric bills and he checked the draw on my system and told me where my energy was being wasted. When he had finally finished answering all of my questions he totaled up the bill and it was half of what I expected. Thank to Cee Bee and Chris for excellent experience.

The night before hurricane Ian, our AC went out. Cee Bee had closed for the hurricane and was not going to open until further notice. A technician called us even though they were closed and it was after hours. She helped us determine our drain line was clogged and walked us through every step, which allowed us to successfully unclog it ourselves. Her kindness and patience was above and beyond the call of duty, especially because we were just hours away from being hit by a hurricane. We have used Cee Bee for several years and have always been impressed by their service. This is just one example of the tremendous customer service they consistently provide.

Phil and Anne are simply the best. I have been using Cee Bee Air Systems for the last 15 years for my office and home for installation, repairs, and maintenance. Their service team is wonderful and the technicians are very well trained, experienced, professional, polite, and honest. I highly recommend them to my friends and family!

We chose Cee Bee Air to install the units in our home because they were a respected, local, small business. We have not been disappointed. Their highly professional response to our most recent emergency continues to impress.
Upon return from vacation (on a Sunday), we found one of the units shut down and unresponsive. We left an after hours message w/ Cee Bee Air. Within minutes, Ann responded with guidance and suggestions for how to restart the unit. She was patient and informative. When all suggestions failed, Ann scheduled a tech that arrived at 7:30pm to rescue us! Phil , like Ann, was highly professional, attentive and skillful. Phil, my hero, was able to get the unit restarted by 8 pm. Thank you for helping out weary, hot travelers! We will spread the word about this amazing company.

We have had Cee Bee Air Systems install a new a/c system and service our home for many, many years and we continue to be very happy with this company. We just had Joe in to do some service and were reminded again of how professional and courteous all technicians and staff are. We highly recommend this company.

I went through a couple of AC vendors before trying Cee Bees. I found the technicians very knowledgeable and courteous. The office staff are also very knowledgeable and have exceptional customer service. In my short time living in FL I have found it necessary to lower my expectations for customer service. However Cee Bees is maybe 1 of 3 of my go-to, highly recommended vendors. Very pleased with them, to the point that when it came time to buy a new AC it was an easy choice to go with Cee Bees.They are always quick to respond and reasonable with pricing. I recently needed them to address some items documented in a home inspection selling report. They were very responsive and was able to come the following morning. Even though the items were not necessarily “issues,” Cee Bees handled it professionally and provided me with documentation of work. Highly recommend!

My heat pump had been down for two cold days. Another AC tech diagnosed the problem as needing a very expensive repair with a part that had to be ordered. I called CeeBee for another opinion. Technician Dylan spent about 15 minutes and diagnosed the issue, made a few measurements, and resolved the issue in a few minutes with no new parts required. He had an outstanding knowledge of a very complex system. I would highly recommend this service.

I lucked out when another company failed to show and I called Cee Bee. The experience with this company was like night and day. You talk to real people and they are knowledgeable, kind, and reasonably priced. You get the feeling they really value their customers. Great experience!

As a response to the business, almost being ran off the road when your driver decided to take an exit last minute. If I wasn't responsive it could have gone bad. 408 to 417 south around 345-4pm.
