I have used this company for well over 25 years and they have never disappointed me, always treating me with respect and professionalism. Today they serviced my AC when it stopped working unexpectedly last evening. They squeezed me into the schedule with a technician as soon as possible. Within three hours of connecting by phone this morning the job was finished and cool air was flowing again. I realize things don't always work out this quickly, but Brite Electric always does whatever they can to get the job done quickly and at a fair price. Never been disappointed.

They sent a technician out first thing the next morning and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my air conditioner in less than an hour. Curtis was on time and curious, explaining clearly what needed repair. The person answering the phone when I initially called was very curious and helpful also. I highly recommend Brite Electric and Air as very competent and professional business.

My technician Ron was polite and professional. He did a great job. It was nice talking to Casey on the phone who scheduled my appointment. She was very pleasant. It’s nice hiring a company that you can trust.

Brite Electric was able to schedule an appointment same day for a reasonable price to clean and tune my home's HVAC unit. The technician who came to my home was professional, friendly, and helpful. He pidid a thorough job cleaning out the blower, condenser, and drain lines. I would certainly use this company again in the future.

Very professional team and of course very busy as most quality places are. Kasey stayed in contact during the scheduling and was pleasant to speak with. The tech JT came out and was super friendly and knew right away how to fix my problems. He went above and beyond, explaining the options and even helping me with some unrelated household issues. I’ll definitely be using Brite again.

The ladies from customer service is top-notch; whenever I call, they are courteous and helpful. (Super early I have to say) One thing that stands out is their technician, David, who has consistently gone above and beyond. He's knowledgeable, approachable, and always arrives on time and always helping with a Video to provide my tenants in case they need help on the future on how to use the thermostat.

I've had several maintenance visits and a repair done by him, and each time, he has taken the time to explain the issue and the solution clearly. It's evident that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

Roy, then Phil and family and staff ( In Office and Field workers both ) have done an excellent job keeping the Sutte family comfortably COOL at home since Roy installed the HVAC system in 1987.Bob Sutte has been kept comfortably warm and cool at his Lee Road professional office workplace for about 20 years. Cee Bee installed our A/C 6 years ago, we have called at least 4-5 times to schedule a maintenance appointment, they keep saying they are looking into it, NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM……we are trying to give them business and they refuse to call us back, don’t waste your time!

Every person I dealt with at CeeBee was kind, caring and professional. Office staff extremely helpful and service person was fantastic. Highly recommend this company
