COMPLETE SCAM!!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION! I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to give a review. I called this place and after giving my information the guy said he would transfer me to the tech to get a quote. The phone rang then connected me to a totally different company that knew nothing of this business name. I hung up and called back and got a totally different company.

Fair pricing with no hidden fees. Honest and reliable!

All I can say is don’t use this company! Didn’t show up for appointment and charged the the service fee. Terrible customer service!

Nothing was actually true the cost the discount the membership the customer service was good however we didn't even get an estimate it was fixed and suddenly this is what your cost is but even the membership is not a company named for Apopka heating and AC and the technician that came out was not a representative of Apopka heating and AC but have the title of another AC company on his shirt and on the paperwork it's like this company is a broker to send out someone to fix your AC we weren't even allowed to use our $50 deposit I'm a little unclear about it all and I'm going to contact the FTC and see if there's been any complaints

So I called this company because of the great reviews, which have to be fake reviews. First they were going to charge $125.00 just to come to my door, then they couldn't even tell me how much the service would be!! Yes on top of the $125.00. They wanted me to schedule service without knowing the cost!!

This is a scam company, do not use them. There is no mention of them in the florida business directory, I asked the "sales manager" David, for proof of accreditation and he hung up on me. Their address listed is not real, it does not exist. They say they're working from home after covid, working from home scamming people is most likely. All of the good reviews here are from fake accounts. Beware

These folks are the finest around! They promptly repaired my HVAC system and offered excellent guidance for its future maintenance.

We have used this company several times and have always had a fabulous experience. We've used them for furnace repair and installed a new furnace/AC unit. Every person we have had contact with has been pleasant and professional. We will continue to use them.

We have been customers of Apopka Heating And Air Conditioning Repair Service for years and obviously have been very satisfied with their service. This past weekend, when it was 34 degrees with the humidex, our air conditioning failed. We placed a call to their emergency service and unbelievably a serviceman came up 5 hours later and successfully fixed our space pack unit. What more can I say - excellent customer service and a happy customer who will not hesitate to continue to recommend the company. Bravo!

So I own a major industrial incorporation, and I called twice to speak to somebody and the lady that answered the phone hung up on my face. The second time I asked to speak to a manager, and she told me no and hung up on my face again so if you’re a major corporation in looking to do business or in need of heating and conditioning this is not a company to do business with

May 16, 2025 we purchased a remanufactured compressor from advanced hermetics, the compressor ran less than 12 hours before it blew up, we replaced the compressor with another one given to us and it lasted less than six days, we returned it and now the owner refuses to talk to us and will not Reply to email or answer the phone, our customers freezer is down and now we have to dispute credit card charges and possibly and initiate several action to recover the damages from this
Incompetent and corrupt company
Save yourself from being defrauded by this company and stay away, they are very predatory and only sell compressors with fresh spray. Paint applied no work done inside.
Here's an update to the situation, the owner just called the office. I write because of the negitive review and he said he will never repair the compressor and we need to come get it the defective compressor unpaired

Their customer service is very aggressive and the worst I've ever experienced instead of resolving issues. They make things worse by being temperamental and negative. They're not looking for a resolution they're looking for a conflict.

No more taking chances with the likes of advanced hermetics

If we continue to be ignored by silence, we will file a formal complaint for damages
