Very inconsiderate people. Employees illegally Park in handicap spots.
Called their office and reported it was told a manager would call me right back, didn't happen.
What ever happened to companies holding their employees to a higher standard.

We had our a/c unit replaced. Roger and his installation team swapped out our old worn out equipment from an indoor closet location. All went well, very satisfied with the service and new unit.

Jesus fixed piping in my bathroom under the sink. Also a toilet and caught a leak on the toilet I wasn’t even aware! He had to go to another home to wait for our rental company to approve it, BUT he got approval and came back the same day to fix it. Very nice, professional, cleaned up after himself as well. Did not rush or seem to do a poor job as some will do.

I was very pleased with Electrician Arodi's work and the efficient way that the whole job was completed. I would recommend your service to anyone requiring any electrical work undertaken or who needs advice or pricing on electrical installations of any kind.

I don't normally write reviews but I had to shout out Christian Vazquez has showed great customer services and goes above and beyond each time he shows up. I never have to call the office once he leaves to say something was not done correctly my tenants loves him as well very professional.

Marv Jr with Josko Services replaced the condenser & air handler today at my Cortland Lake Howell apartment, working non-stop, carefully protecting outside and inside environments, very professional and courteous, gave attention to details. Cleaned up afterwards too! I highly recommend this company based on his great performance. The best advertisement for a company is a job well done!

Went to my college students condo and told her it would 730.00 to fix the problem. Waited over a week no air after telling me they couldn’t find the warranty. Called another company came fixed problem just 129.00 which was their service call.
Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Eugene was very nice and did a great job! Highly recommend! Other companies tried to rip us off. We had to get a coil replaced on our handler. Josko offered a much better price and everything works great!

I am disappointed with the service so far and hope it gets better. We are still waiting for our hot water heater to be replaced. American Home Shield tasked them with the service call on May 25. As of today we still have no heater been showering in the back yard. When I call they tell me they cannot find one that matches ours. I did a search a d found three places that carry them. I am confused and losing patience. Maybe this week will bring a resolution

I must say Jimmy and Joe were great and cleaned my unit as well they really did a great job. He even cut the bottom to make fit instead of having me wait for someone else. Very well mannered they both Were Funny as well.

It has been a pleasure working with Perry D and his team. They have been amazing to us here at Solara. Will definitely recommend it to anyone. Khalifa, Scott and Blake were great and extremely happy with their service. Very friendly! Thank you!

5/5 stars. Christian from JOSKO fixed our AC unit at our apartment complex and was very friendly and explained why the AC had gone out, and what he was doing to fix the problem. We were without AC for nearly a week in the middle of this dreaded FL summer heat (90°+ daily) so he has been a huge life saver!! You can tell he takes pride in his work and does the job right the first time unlike other repairmen we've dealt with in the past. This man has excellent customer service and deserves a pay raise! 💯 Thank you so much for your assistance Christian! 👍

They have come multiple times due to my renting and not having a say in vendor. Half the time they don’t know what to do. They do not show up when they say they will. And they just did a repair in my shower and left the bathroom covered in dust and mud. Different plumbers each time.

Josko is a great company. I had a plumbing issue and Carmelo came out and resolved it. The best part was how professional he was and how he cleaned up after himself. 5 stars!!!

Jesus was the technician who worked on the plumbing issue in our bathroom. He did an awesome job troubleshooting the problem and making the appropriate repair without much disruption to our day. When he finished his work he left the bathroom looking like he'd never even been there...all trash and debris gone, everything wiped down! He is definitely a young man who takes his professional duties seriously! It was a pleasure having him work here.

A tech from this company fixed out A/C unit in Millenial Mall, after multiples company. He was very professional, the office called me to follow up. It was a great experience.

I live in downtown St Pete in a building that was constructed in 1955. So there are few companies that are expert in our particular air conditioning unit. First Stage Mechanical was recommended by several residents with Carlos the point of contact. My air had already been out for 4 days when I contacted Carlos. He responded immediately and had someone out very quickly for an inspection. They installed my new unit the next day after delivery. I found the two technicians (Ronald and Orestes) very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. My technically challenging unit was installed in one day with blessed cool air by 5pm. Carlos was quick to follow up on 2 remaining parts that were then installed within 1 1/2 days. It's only been 3 days since the unit was installed but everything is running well and I'm grateful for their excellent service. I would definitely recommend!

Awesome HVAC and Heating company, the owner and their staff very professional and always available to help with any HVAC or Heating issues. Their pricing is also great with their service. Hands down 1 of the best companies out there.
