I was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff who actually did the replacement and the fact that the owner of Brite Electric Air Conditioning & Heating was assisting on the installation. This is the best HVAC contractor in Apopka, FL , I've called so far .

On July 18th ,2016 I called for service, the tech. charged me $89 for 15 minute to diagnose the issue, I had no problem with that, we found that the A coil need to be cleaned, the cost for that is $1500 and it will take 4 to 5 hrs (that exactly what the tech told me), I fond another company that did the same job (pulled the A coil out in the yard and cleaned it) in only one hour the job is done and they charged me $225 only.... shame on you Brite

As always, the service was excellent. Technician was spot on and solved the problem quickly. I always use Brite for all electrical and A/C problems/service.

Wil did an excellent job on the preventative maintenance he preformed. I was having problems with my thermostat not operating correctly and he recalibrated my t-stat and it is now working the way it should.

I recently had my home HVAC unit evaluated and serviced by Jim Bertie. WHAT FANTASTIC SERVICE. Jessica scheduled a service tech very quickly after my call and Jim reviewed my future needs for the proper system for my home. The service was completed quickly and affordably and we are planning for our future HVAC needs with Bertie. Thanks guys!

The Technicians name was Will…Very pleasant, articulate young man, he looked at the information my unit was giving him and told me that in all likelihood it was low on coolant…It was low on coolant…He did a drain line cleanup, buttoned up the unit and was out of here…

CJ provided excellent service and also answered many of our questions. He installed an outside outlet for a water softener system. He also installed a new porch light feature. He also provided a quote for running electricity to several areas so we can install security lights/cameras. The receptionist was also very professional and polite, and she kept us informed. I live in Apopka. I highly recommend them.

Whl was the Tech. He cleaned out the clogged drain which had turned off the thermostat. He explained every step he did so I could understand. He also explained what I could do to prevent this from happening again. He was very careful of carpets and cleaning up after himself. So polite and a joy to work with. Without a question, this is the best, honest, reasonable, friendliest AC repair company. I have a maintenance contract for my business AC and got a brand new AC for my house installed from them also. Saved $$$ and they did job 100% right. Not only that, owner, Judy, personally took interest in making sure its done correctly & followed up.

The saying goes, Floridians can handle anything except when the A/C goes out! Sadly, that was my sudden issue this past weekend. Brite electric came out on a Saturday and had it fixed within a few hours! The team even made arrangements with the part store to open to get the part needed so we did not have to wait till Monday!
