I needed an additional breaker installed for my pool pump. My pool guy highly recommended Brite. Called them and set up an appt. They never showed. I called them back and they admitted it was their error and they would send someone out immediately. They did and said they would provide me a quote in a couple of days. Called back a couple of days later and they said quotes take about 2 weeks (not what I was told). Two weeks pass and the quote never came. I can forgive high prices but I can't forgive lying to my face. Avoid this company.

Will was my technician and he was amazing. Excellent customer service skills and solid AC knowledge. As always, a great experience- I have been relying on Brite for years and I am always pleased!

Wil from Brite Electric provided our AC unit with routine maintenance. He was extremely friendly, professional and fair. I recommend them highly to anyone looking for such qualities.

Had another A/C company come look at our unit multiple times and couldn't figure out what was wrong. So we called Brite and they came out same day and solved the problem in 15 minutes. They had terrific customer service and were very helpful at explaining everything. A/C has been working great ever since. I would highly recommend they folks.

Called them ( early in the morning) and they showed up the same day , reasonably priced ( at least what they did for me and my AC UNIT ) Its $125 to come and diagnose the problem , which is very standard .

The technician that came was very nice and knowledgeable ( he has worked on our unit before ) will call again if i need to

Owner(Mrs Julie) and A/C, electric man were awesome. Both took the time to help my large family as if they were caring for their own family. They got me options and got the unit working before they left. Thank God for their honesty. Waiting now to see what unit does and we will move forward from there. Awesome service!!!!

We have used Brite several times for major electrical work to improve our production facility. They will soon be helping us prepare for new equipment to be delivered in the spring. Great people to work with. Quality work. They have also worked in our home.

They priced gouged me a ten year customer who spent close to 20,000.00 over the years with them.

Charged me 612.00 to replace a capacitor and a thermostat.

193.00 for a 30.00 capacitor is outrageous and 279.00 for a 75.00 thermostat is also outrageous!!

My thermostat was working when they arrived but charged me 279.00 to replace it.
My clean air system was also working when they arrived but is now not working and 1 month out of warranty .

I made the mistake of paying them before I researched the charges..

It’s been two weeks and Owner is ignoring my calls for a resolution …

Love love Brite Electric. Received a call from them this morning that my system reported an error to them. They were able to send someone out today to check the problem plus do semi-annual maintenance on the unit. David was awesome and did what was needed quickly and efficiently!!!

I have been using Brite Electric, Air Conditioning & Heating for over a year. They do high quality work, at very fair prices, and are very thorough when it comes to diagnosing and making the necessary repairs. Will and David have been working on my 3 A/C units and both are a pleasure to work with.

Very pleasant staff that do there best to get you taken care of with any issue you have with your air conditioning. The technicians that I have ever had are also very qualified to get your system back up and running as quick as possible and done right.

Brite was super responsive. I called them on Monday and they scheduled me for Wednesday. In this environment it was shocking to get responses so quickly. We are doing some remodeling and need some electrical connections installed and wiring added fir the disposal. TJ was terrific he was on time and very through in his work. I have used Brite for a circuit breaker replacement in the past and was pleased with their service, so I called them to service my home AC. Again, they responded quickly, were very polite and professional and had the system working again in no time. I truly appreciate having a company upon which i can rely. I highly recommend Brite.

I needed (2) exterior receptacles added to my house. Brite Electric was able to come out the very next day to complete the work at a very fair price. I will definitely use Brite Electric again for any electrical work.

I was very impressed with their Professionalism , Customer Service & most importantly the Customer "Care" which many companies lack today. JT did an excellent job installing the new Electrical Line at my business for the New Hot Water we are having installed and cleaned up the work area prior to leaving. I highly recommend Brite Electric & AC and will definitely be calling them in the future for all of my Electrical & AC needs.

JT was very helpful! Not only did he resolve the issue we called for, but he checked all the fixtures and changed every light that was out throughout the building. He was very thorough. I would definitely recommend Brite Electric!

Early yesterday afternoon Brite colleague Wilgains came to my house to determine why my heat pump had stopped working. Within a few minutes he determined that my fancy Lennox thermostat had failed. With support from Brite dispatcher he located a suitable replacement on the other side of Orlando. After quoting me an acceptable price to replace my failed thermostat, he drove an hour round trip to get the new thermostat, returned to my home, installed it, made sure the heat pump both cooled and heated properly, showed me how to operate the thermostat, took my check for the very fair pre-agreed price, accepted my thanks, and went home.

Thanks to Wilgains and his colleagues in Brite’s office I had a working heat pump to provide comfort for guests who arrived later that night.

So, I’ve been rescued again by Brite!

From the setup to the repair, the service was great! The company was recommended to me by a coworker and the service was expedient. It took CJ no more than 15 minutes to fix the problem and he was on time and professional. Casey, who helped me put everything together in a crunch was also very helpful in tending to my needs due to a crucial deadline!! Thank you so much!!

I came home to a house with no AC. The temperature was 80° inside. If you live in Metro Orlando, you know how fast the heat will build up.
I contacted Brite AC( They installed my new unit five years ago) They told me they could have their first available technician response today. An hour hour and a half later the technician was diagnosing the situation. A bad capacitor.
