Very happy with Pool Network. They have been very professional from the start. We get weekly Pool cleaning now for over a year since we are "snowbirds" Our current technician does a great job every time. Even though he knows we arent always there he takes the time to go through clean and check everything. We had an old pool ladder taken out and a new one installed. They did a great job, quickly and professionally. Communication is always great. They just did their weekly visit and since I wasn't home they called to tell me about a problem that could have become much worse had they not made me aware. I have contacted them a few times about some concerns with my fiberglass and they always got back to me. Great business that seems to really care about their quality of work. Highly recommend.

AWFUL. They were running the service at the house I started to rent. It sat empty for 3 months. THE POOL IS DISGUSTING. Cannot swim in it, drain coveted in leaves, broken tile laying in the bottom. The man had the audacity to overtalk me with...I HAVE PICTURES! Sir... please see my Cardi B eyeball gestures because the water is below the steps, and isn't even high enough for the filter to kick on with no calls made to the owner! Just no!

Argenis always does a great job taking care of our pool! He shows up every Friday morning to take care of our cleaning. Very much appreciated!

They have done an excellent job! From my initial walk in they promptly put together a very detailed proposal to relocate and replace an entire 2 pump system. Once we were scheduled, they were able to get very quickly on the project and did a great job. Thanks guys!

After nearly 3 weeks I still don’t have the warranty repairs completed. On my pool pump. I’ve been told that parts are on order and they might arrive in three days. Jandy authorized the warranty repairs 19 days ago and I’m still waiting. I’ve already paid the labor charges as that is not covered by the warranty. One service call has already been conducted but they apparently had the wrong parts.

Pool Network is a full service company. They are dependable and reliable with a knowledge staff. Our pool tech, Bertha Ramos, does a great job and we've never been happier.

They do a great job cleaning out pool and let us know if there are any issues with our pool. We also used them to repair our pump. Its peace of mind to not have to worry about our pool.

Regarding pool repair and monthly service.
The lady on the phone ( i believe her name is Zoei) was each time very rude and unprofessional.
Not sure if she is the owner but this person should definitely not be representing the company.
Very disappointed about her attitude.
I would not recommend contacting this company.

This company has a watchful eye on how my pool operates. They have done several jobs for me. They respond quickly, give me an estimate, complete the job quickly and do it at a reasonable price. What else can you ask for?
