Please read my review. I don't have enough room to give my wonderful thoughts and my professional opinion of how great Clean Roof was. I was in the home improvement business for over 40 years and I can rely on the importance of communication with customers and their absolute importance of making sure your customer is 100 % satisfied. I can not say enough about Kevin. He always showed up when he said he was coming, he is very professional and personable. and when I called him, he returned my call. We scheduled the cleaning and sealing of my tile roof and they did some minor repairs. The finished job I can not say enough how happy I'am with them. If you take my advice, request Kevin to view your home and you will be happy beyond words. I referred them to my neighbor and they are very pleased also. Thank you Kevin & your very responsible and professional crews.

Had a really great experience with them. After Ian I called them and they patched my roof with matching tiles they had warehouses and in the next visit cleaned it. My 16 year old roof looks brand new again. Pricing was reasonable. They finished the entire job within 2 weeks of my phone call.

After Hurricane Ian we had some tile damage like so many people. One of our neighbors recommended Clean Roof to me so I gave them a call. Kevin came out to our house for an estimate and provided us with pictures of the roof and areas that were damaged. He gave us a very detailed quote, which we agreed to and he set up a repair schedule and cleaning and sealing schedule. The repairs were done and Matt and his crew came to clean and seal, they did a great job with everything, answered all of my questions and were a joy to deal with. Very happy with my repaired and Clean Roof!!

I had my roof cleaned and repaired, and driveway and cement path pressured washed on November 13, 2023 by this company and I am completely satisfied and very happy with the results. The roof looks brand new and everything was done in an excellent manner. The workers were very friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work.

Clean Roof is an excellent roof cleaning and sealing company and they did an excellent job on my pavers as well. Clean Roof came highly recommended and they lived up to the standards as communicated to me.

The crew team exuded quality, professionalism, competence, thorough care and concern and respect for my home and landscaping. They represented Clean Roof extremely well. The estimator first point of contact did his very best to address my needs for the job and differentiated themselves from the competition.

The crew performed the work as the estimator represented and went beyond the call of the duty. I am very staisfied with selecting and investing in Clean Roof to clean and seal my roof and pavers, as there is little as important in a home than our roof to protect our home.

2025 continue to work with Clean Roof and they honor their customer relationship and Kevin is excellent and owner and entire company cares about their customers and honor their relationship.

Working with Clean Roof was very easy. The team was professional, responsive, and did a great job. We just purchased the house and the roof was filthy. The Clean Roof team inspected it and made a few minor repairs. They did a great job cleaning the roof. It looks awesome! Definitely recommend!

I must say that Kevin, the overall supervisor was fantastic in providing me with instruction and valuable information to understand his procedure when cleaning my roof and repairing it. When his crew was assigned, my home, Nick and his fellow employee were fantastic making sure they crossed all their teas and do it all their eyes! I've had my cement tile roof pressure washed before and although it was clean, it was always left with damaged tiles and joints.
Clean Roof is definitely not cheap so be prepared, but they repaired the roof first before doing an excellent job of cleaning and sealing it. I highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT, high quality work at a fair price. From the quote, work and follow up the process was excellent. And that's a lot to say these days with south Florida contractors. These guys went above and beyond! My barrel tile roof is 24 yrs old, Clean Roof cleaned them, fixed and applied mortar to missing areas (and many others) fixed several cracked tiles, and a minor eve leak repair. As promised, left all gutters and drip edges clean as well, and no cracked tiles or other damage left like many other companies. My roof truly looks great and rejuvenated. Aaron was a pleasure to work with and his crew Juan and Kyle were professional, polite and take pride in their work. I will definitely be sticking with this company!

Waited almost two seasons to give review. My new roof was moldy in less than two years. Clean roof cleaned it and coated it and a year and a half later it still looks like new!! They did a great job protecting all of the foliage, had couple little brown spots but they cleared up right away. Hard to contain everything but they did better than I expected!
All in all extremely happy with the work, the workers and the outcome!!

We hired Clean Roof after being informed our homeowners insurance would not be renewed. Great service and staff. We needed tiles on our roof replace, roof cleaned and sealed. They did an incredible job, at a fair rate. The staff were very professional and great to work with. Absolutely no issues with the company or the service provided! Our insurance was renewed after the service they provided and it was exactly as advertised.

My Clean Roof crew was excellent! They arrived on time and diligently worked until the job was completed to my satisfaction. My roof and house looks like new! They explained what they would be doing during the process, and they answered all my questions. They were easy to communicate with, and both men were pleasant and personable. I came to Florida from owning a 75-acre horse farm and have worked hard my entire life. Both of these men were hard workers, which is sometimes hard to find these days. I was also a business management teacher for 30 years; this teacher would definitely give them an A+.

Never know what to expect when you are trying out a new vendor but Florida Clean Roof checked all the boxes. Courteous, timely and thorough. They went out of their way to create a great customer experience. Even powerwashed my driveway! These guys rock!

Kevin Jullarine inspected our roof thoroughly and explained the whole process. He listened and addressed our questions and concerns. He promptly returned phone calls/text messages. The two young men (Huncho and Matt 3) that worked on our home were professional, friendly, detail oriented and explained everything they did. They took care not to damage our plants and shrubs during the process. We are very happy with the service we have received and HIGHLY recommend them!

Clean Roof just completed cleaning and resealing my tile roof. They came highly recommended and their outstanding reputation was highly deserved. They were incredibly responsive and respectful from the first outreach through the entire process. It was clear they were experts and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. They sent before and after pictures for review. The results were fantastic. I rarely write reviews but my experience with Kevin and his team was so good that I felt compelled to share for those considering selecting them to address their roof. I highly recommend them without reservations.

I am glad I contracted Clean Roof to repair, clean and seal my roof. Nick and Ryder did a great job. They were very professional and friendly and patiently answered all my questions. The entire experience was excellent! I cannot thank them enough. 😊

Not really happy
After Clean Roof did the cleaning and sealing on my roof in October 2024,( I paid $ 2,800) I noticed a leak in the kitchen area on the ceiling, which was not before cleaning. I called them and asked for the warranty they promise and their answer was shocking me. They denied any warranty and instead, have given me a very high estimate to fix the leak they caused. Also explained me in a long email (copy/paste and general statements)that they are a very good rated company and in Florida due to the weather condition, no one can give warranty for roof leak. So, I am not happy with this Florida Clean Roof company. My roof started to leak after they did cleaning. I would not recommend it because they deny any warranty. Once again I mention that I had no leak before I hired Clean Roof to do cleaning. The leak occurred after they did cleaning, probably one tile was dislocated during the cleaning process. And when I called them to come out to see what is wrong, they sent a technician who found the leaking reason and told me the charge to fix it is $6,400 and with discount is $ 6,000. Unbelievable. This is a greedy company. Think twice before you hire them.
