Pool Doctor left our hose running for FIVE DAYS while we were out of town - which resulted in a $1,050 water bill. They claim to have a waiver - signed by someone other than me the sole property owner - but will not/cannot produce it. They didn't once apologize or offer to help in any way.

The manager was rude, dismissive and condescending. They seem to hire young guys who don't know what they're doing. Just such an awful company with unhappy staff.

When we finally had a new pool company come out ($60 cheaper per month than Pool Doctor) they pulled out our brown, dirty filter and showed us how Pool Doctor never even cleaned it EVER despite promising to do so as part of their overpriced maintenance program.

Hire elsewhere!!!!!

I am not a customer however my sister in law uses Pool Dr. I can say since Matthew has been maintaining her pool it is looking better than it ever has. He is able to keep it sparkling, even after my golden Remi, spends every day, all day, in her Aunt's pool. Kudos to you Matt, keep up the great work!!!

Pool Dr provides my weekly pool maintenance . I've run through a lot of techs over the years. Service has been good but not great...that is until Justin M became my tech. Justin makes my pool look pristine! Thank you, Justin, I appreciate your work!

Pete is by far the best pool guy we've ever had. He's informative and patient with what I imagine are silly pool questions lol. As a company, pool doctors are honest and reliable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great company to actually service the pool, they are worth ever penny and then some!!!

Justin M, has been absolutely extraordinary to work with. When I have questions he listens, answers, and takes actions. He keeps my pool perfect and I honestly could rate Justin a 10 out of 5 stars! Professional, efficient, respectful. Pool Doctor has handled my pool since I bought the place 2 years ago and they do an amazing job on my pool!

I had a great experience with Pool Doctor and especially with Jeremiah. He was professional, thorough, and incredibly easy to work with. He explained everything clearly, helped me understand what was happening with the pool, and made sure we knew exactly how to keep things stable until repairs are done. He went above and beyond. I really appreciated his care and attention. Highly recommend both Jeremiah and Pool Doctor.

Matt G. came out and performed the required repairs. His troubleshooting and sequencing of the repairs/ corrections were done with professional competency and confidence. He was thorough in all his work. He solved all issues at hand. Trust him completely. If issues arrive in the future I will ask for Matt specifically. He's a keeper.

We had Pool Doctor do our pool while we were gone for eight weeks. I got pictures each week of the pool. Everything worked great they did a fantastic job very pleased with him and I will use them again.

Awesome service. Jackie is our technician. Takes the time to appropriately clean and service the pool each week - whether you're home or not. Jackie is both friendly and professional. She can answer any question you have about your pool. Highly recommend Pool Doctor (and Jackie).

I highly recommend shopping other service providers. I had this company give me a quote to clean my 1,300 sf tile roof and was provided a $4,600 quote but was told they would do the work for $2,750 if I acted quickly. After shopping around I used a very professional company that did the job for $800 and it came out perfect. Imagine this company does good work but they are extremely expensive.

I highly recommend Clean Roof if you want a professional job done on your home. The company was extremely responsive during the estimate and they were very up front and honest about the process and the cost. The crew arrived early and did an outstanding job. Eric was in charge of the work and he not only did a phenomenal job with the roof, but he took extreme care with my landscaping. Overall, it was a tremendous experience.

Our Great experience from day one ,started with getting the quote from Danny, wow, what a great guy!! The experienced clean roof crew were on time, very professional and did an outstanding job! I am so grateful and glad Danny came to meet my wife and me and checked the condition of our roof. He was very personable, and assured us his team would do a great job. We are happy to say the team was Miguel and Umberto and they were terrific. They were gracious, covered every inch the roof, made minor tile repairs, cleaned the tiles, and applied the sealant. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned our driveway, walkway and back patio! My wife and I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Clean Roof.

We had this company clean and repair our roof in Jan. 2023 and are very happy and Everything has been great. We did occur a problem that we thought was a leak in the roof. However, they came out and helped us figure it out which was not the roof. They found a small leak inside and were even able to fix it for us. They were professional, timely and reasonable.
If we have a need we will certainly use them again. We highly recommend them to others.

Update: We had a roof issue separate from what they had done in the past. We called Cleanroof again for help.
Matt and his team just completed a fairly large roof repair on my house and they did a great job. They worked extremely hard, were very communicative through the entire process and made sure everything was cleaned up when they were done. I had used Cleanroof in the past to clean and seal my roof. When I discovered I had an issue I called the office and Karey the owner called me and he got Matt and his team on the job almost immediately. I really appreciate the way everything was handled!

Great communication before and after the estimate. Excellent job making minor repairs and then cleaning/sealing our tile roof. Crew was courteous and did a great job, even going the extra bit to trim overhanging branches and seal up cracks where we had iguanas spending time in our roof. Price is a bit higher, but quality was worth it!

We had our roof cleaned and sealed by Clean Roof. They did a fantastic job. Each of those young men worked diligently for about five hours. They were friendly, respectful toward my wife and I as well as our property. Our roof looks the best ever. They will be back tomorrow to fix tiles that were damaged. I highly recommend this company! Our experience with Clean Roof has been exceptional. We had our roof repaired, cleaned and sealed and the driveway cleaned and sealed. From our first meeting with Karey to the final hose being wrapped up, the team was professional, friendly and very efficient. They provided before and after pictures to document the work done. There were no surprises and it is refreshing to work with a team that keeps their word. When they left you couldn't tell anyone was here, with the exception of a new looking roof and driveway. I contracted with Clean Roof to soft clean and apply sealant to my single story home with barrel tile roof. The company responded quickly to a request for an estimate and Danny arrived on schedule and provided detailed info about the scope of the project. He took photos of the roof for which were very useful for determining which services I needed. The crew arrived on schedule and had all necessary equipment and materials to do the job efficiently and safely. The crew worked steadily to finish the job and provided pictures of the roof after it was repaired and cleaned. Danny followed up in person to answer any questions I had and ensure the work was done to his standards and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and will use their services again.

Clean Roof did an amazing job of cleaning my roof! Much better than the last company. I was so impressed with the professionalism and thorough job they did cleaning the roof and driveway. There were repairs that needed to be done first. Both times they arrived on time spent time making sure to clean and send photos. The price was worth every penny!
