You should look no further once you call them for an estimate. Danny came to the house to provide an estimate. He was polite, professional and extremely thorough. He went on the roof and took pictures of every tile that had an issue to show what he would do and for us to compare the "after" pictures to. His pricing could not be beat compared to any legal, licensed and insured company. He emailed a link with all the photos that day and provided an estimate that we accepted the next day. He was able to come to do the work 2 days later. The two technicians that came to work on the roof were the most professional, thorough and clean employees working on a job like that. They communicated along the process and when they left the property, It was so clean it was better than when they arrived! The after pictures showed all the repair work they did, along with an entire roof that looked brand new! Amazing work by this company, call no-one else!. This was the most pleasant experience with the finished product looking like a completely new house. Thank you for your amazing work!

Florida Clean Roof has an excellent online reputation, and they more than deserve it. Bought my house in December 2020 with a tile roof, 20+ years old, dirty, who knows what else.

Called the radio guy (Not My Poppa) first, told me it would be $10K + to do some minor repairs, clean and seal my roof - needed to give him a yes or no the same day - told him no, ridiculous.

Florida Clean Roof came out to inspect my roof, provided pictures of some minor repairs, a reasonable quote, and a firm completion date. Everything they said they would do, they did on time and professionally. My roof looks brand new. I couldn't provide a higher recommendation.

From my first call with Karey Woosley to the walk-around and photo reviews of the before-and-after on my 3 story, tile roof, Clean Roof was professional, competent, timely, responsive and complete in meeting their promises and my expectations. His crew was first rate and made sure that i would be satisfied with their work, even going the extra mile to do some pool screen repairs that required them to take a trip to the hardware store.
My roof is 20 years old, 35 feet+ and has only edge access. Clean roof brought a lift to assure safety; they also repaired my chimney cap and secured many lose tiles. They also sealed the roof and pressure washed the entire exterior of my house. The roof looks great; so good, that we took the next step and had the house painted shortly thereafter. Here to, Clean Roof offered a recommendation on a house painter that worked out great.
Karey said we would be welcomed into the Clean Roof family after the job and that we could call him anytime for 'all things roof'. That's customer engagement at its best!

Naples Florida If you got a leaky roof like we did, Call Clean Roof! We had 5 annoying-leaks, and I was stressing, thinking we’d have to drop a fortune on a whole new roof. But Frank and Matt rolled up, checked every damn inch of the roof, and sorted it all out without replacing the whole thing. Straight-up pros who don’t bs you into spending more than you need to. They fixed the leaks and cleaned the roof, and it looks great now!
Big props to the crew busting up there in the heat. Those guys are the real deal, grinding hard to make sure your roof don’t leak like a sieve. What an amazing company! Excellent communication before during and even after providing services. Pricing was very reasonable. The team was so professional and considerate about everything. My tile roof looks brand new again after 14 years, 2 hurricanes, sewer installation and every day Florida weather. They really do treat you like family. Matt and crew was wonderful. What a great Company to have to look after your roof. From the initial contact to after job completion, I have nothing but praise for this company. Customer service, work ethic of the crew and the job itself were perfect. Shane who was the foreman for the job and the twins that made up his team were fantastic, and the end result was better than I expected. Would highly recommend these guys if you need your roof cleaned and sealed. After 14 years of the harsh Florida weather, our roof now looks new.

The team cleaned everything up and put all my furniture back and then also took "after" pictures to show what was done. Clean Roof was more expensive than just a cleaning, but the quality of the work performed, and the finished product was well worth it. My roof has never looked better. Clean roof help me when I was in need of a few new tiles on my winter home. Kevin came out and gave me a great deal. The guys they sent out were excellent. I like that worked as a team an kept me informed in the process.

I had the team from Clean Roof come out to clean my mothers home in Naples Lakes Country Club, I’m actually in another state currently working but was very impressed with Kevin and his team, his quote included detailed pictures of the roof and the repairs that were also needed. I scheduled them to come out and do the repairs and cleaning, they showed up on time, protected the shrubs and landscape and cleaned up after the job, they also sent me after photos of the completed job and the repairs they made. I would have never had any idea about the cracked or broken tiles, and potentially problem areas had they not done such a comprehensive examination and sent pictures. I highly recommend Kevin and his team at Clean Roof should you need your roof cleaned and checked for potential problems before they became major problems.

Decided to work with this establishment after reading other reviews. We are so glad we did, after talking with Kevin who came out and inspected our tile roof. Kevin is a honest and courteous professional inspector who explained the proposal and procedure of cleaning and repairing the roof. He took photos and told us he would send an estimate later that day. He did send us an email with the estimate and time and date of the work that would be performed. After we talked about this, we decided to go with the date available which would be next week. The crew working on our roof arrived on time. Hancho and Matt did a great job, they were professional and courteous, especially with our plants around the house. Hancho explained what they would be doing and asked if we had any questions about the procedure. He listened to our situation about the plants and vegetables that we use for eat and told us he would be careful. Matt also repaired a few tiles and removed a old satellite dish on the roof. He also did a some extra work on our gutters. What an excellent team who took extra time to keep our home safe from the chemicals used. We've had a few neighbors who were interested in using Clean Roof Inc for their roof. This company has a (5) five year warranty on their work. We will used this company for any future work if needed. One of my biggest concerns was my landscaping, and I’m happy to say none of my plants were damaged at all. That alone speaks volumes about their care and attention to detail. On top of that, they completed necessary repairs free of charge to bring my roof back up to code while also cleaning and sealing it. That level of integrity is rare.
