Vinny from C& R heating and Cooling is the best HVAC professional in Cape Coral and I should know. I went through four other HVAC services in the span of 18 months who never solved my air conditioning problems but Vinny did!

My system kept filling up with water and shutting off and I was spending hundreds of dollars with no results until I thankfully found C & R Heating and Cooling. After Vinny finally fixed a design flaw by adding additional drainage to my system, I’ve not had any issues since! He’s earned our loyalty and has been performing regular services for us for just over two years. I highly recommend C& R!!

Vinny at C&R was absolutely amazing. AC was not running, called C&R and the owner vinny came out and had our ac up and running within a couple of hours of calling him. Great price, super friendly and knowledgeable, and exceeding customer service, I would recommend this company to anybody who has an AC unit in SWFL. So, everyone !!

Competitive pricing and meticulous work performed on installing a new air handler damaged from Hurricane Milton at our property in Matlacha. Communication was prompt and professional. We've been a customer of SW FL Air Quality for 10 or more years. We went through several AC companies where we felt pressured to buy dehumidifiers, UV lights, etc. After another AC failure to cool while i was out of town, my wife call SW by doing a review search. My wife was extremely happy with their first visit but what sold me was when the ac went out again, I called on a Saturday at 6 pm and they said: "I have two jobs ahead of you but I can be there around 10 pm." That kind of commitment to customer service is unheard of these days. When it was time for an AC replacement, SW gave use several options and we were never pressured. As far as routine services, all techs are friendly, competent, and after talking with them; have years of experience. Most of the technicians have been with SW for years which says a lot. If you're looking for a new installation (including a pool heater), routine servicing or have AC problems; please give SW a call.
Update: our pool heater was making some noise and wife thought it was leaking water. Sw came out promptly and determined it was just a capacitor and normal sweating while operating. A lot cheaper than a new unit. Thanks again SW Florida Air Quality!

I have had a lot of AC companies since I’ve been in Florida and after having Southwest Florida Air Quality I will never call anyone else. Izaiha was the best representative of the company. Explained everything along the way and found out that sprinkler was pointed directly into my air which would cause more issues. Over seven years no one made me aware of this. Highly recommend this company. You will not regret it.

I use this company for my home HVAC service. They have installed a new complete system for my home and the install was very professional. Yesterday they installed a new heat pump for my pool and again, install looked and operated perfectly. I would highly recommend this company to all friends. They are family owned and operated so they care and their employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a ac issue and called Southwest Florida Air Quality.
Chris Inglis arrived on time , same day and gave me my repair options.
My unit is quite old and I decided to go with a completely new system.
Again I was offered some options and shows the system to replace what I had.
Chris and his crew showed up promptly on the day schedule and completed the work without any issues.
He and his team were very courteous ,professional and respectful of our environment.
The installation in the attic was actually an improvement over the previous units location.

Our AC compressor wouldn’t engage .
I called for service , and was scheduled with a relatively short wait time .
In the interim the ac came back on .
Kevin was the tech that arrived .
He did a complete system check and thoroughly explained the functions he was performing and the components being checked …. ( yes, i asked a lot of questions and Kevin was good about answering them )
He said most likely the unit overheated and suggested what to do if the same issue occurred .
I was pleased with the call and recommend SouthWest Air.

Great experience. Called on a Saturday and Chris showed up the same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and also recommended a few repairs without the sales pitch. Let me know does not need to be done and what can be repaired in the future. He did a great job explaining everything and made sure he cleaned up any mess he made. I highly recommend!

Had a horrible experience with another local AC company... What should have been a common service turned into a total nightmare...

Not knowing what to do or who to call... I started looking up 'Top Rated AC Companies' on Google.

I came upon 'SWFL Air Quality' and saw they had great reviews so I decided to call them.

Chris (one of the owners) answered... I briefly explained what was going on and he came out right away and began to inspect everything thoroughly...

After a few minutes he discovered the problem and made a temporary repair while he ordered the part needed to permanently correct the issue.

Chris was punctual, professional, honest and took great pride in his work...  something you don't see too much of these days... The pricing was fair and you can definitely tell he knows his stuff.

Stacey was very helpful as well... She scheduled the service call once my part came in and was very pleasant to deal with.

Several years ago, Southwest Florida Air Quality installed a new A/C unit at our business when the existing unit failed. Their prices were very fair, and the service was outstanding. We've continued using them to take care of the regular maintenance, and were so pleased with the service they provided that we also decided to have them maintain our home unit, as well as our vacation/rental home unit. Mike is wonderful - he tells it like it is, and never tries to "up-sell" like other companies might. I highly recommend Southwest Florida Air Quality. Whether you just want A/C maintenance, are in need of troubleshooting or repairs, or you need a complete unit, you will not be disappointed!

Our AC died the day after we bought our house on Sanibel. We called Southwest Florida Air Quality on a recommendation and Mike sent someone over the same day and we were up and running with 72 hours, with an almost entirely new system. Since then we have used them for maintenance (one emergency call, again resolved same day) and for installing a separate system in another location. They are unfailingly professional and reliable and will always clearly explain our options and why they favor a specific solution. I have no reservations about recommending them.
Update: Southwest Florida Air Quality just moved our condenser to a raised platform and re-routed the coolant lines and the electrical connection. Once again, it was done on time and the results were great. Mike worked closely with our contractor, who told me he was very impressed with the company and would use them again, whenever he needed AC work done.

Love these guys! They keep our AC working perfectly and in the odd case there is an issue Isiah or one of the many other top technicians will get to me in a few hours. Good people doing top work at a fair price!

(Original review) Southwest Florida Quality Air recently helped us out of a jam. The AC was out, it was hot and when I called our long time AC company, I found out they stopped servicing our area. They recommended Southwest Florida Air Quality Inc. I called and they were able to come out that same day.
Obviously no one likes to replace their AC system but when it happens, you want the job to get done quickly and correctly. Southwest Florida Air Quality Inc. did exactly that. In less than 24 hours we had a brand new HVAC unit. I would definitely recommend Southwest Florida Air Quality Inc.

We have been a service contract customer for almost eight years and are extremely satisfied with the services provided. They are fairly priced and we have never experienced a rude or unpleasant employee, be it on the phone or in our home.

Best ac company we have ever used, and our tech was the best. They are honest and thorough. We switched to them a year ago, and we are so glad we did. Since we’ve switched our ac is running smoother with less problems. The maintenance plan is a wonderful price for what you get.
