SWFL air quality is amazing!! Great service great people and did a fantastic job of cleaning everything up. I have been using them for 18 years would highly recommend them. Most important is they are a family owned business. I believe in supporting the locally owned businesses instead of large companies!!

Have used them to service a/c at one of my properties. Technician was neat, cleaned up, as close to estimated arrival, prices definitely acceptable. Very good experience. They’ve been my service company for more than a few years. Even did a check-up on my pool heater. Very satisfied.

Extremely prompt and professional service! I called at 7:30 in the morning after our AC stopped working overnight and I was told someone would be there between 8 and 10. Our technician was Izaiha and he diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it within an hour. He was a pleasure to speak with and answered all my questions. The prices were very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for future services.

We found SFAQ through another contractor after we had a flood caused by our old HVAC system. They were very caring and detail oriented and friendly. Better yet, they rectified the problem. We were so pleased with them that we had them install a new system this week. The installers and management team were such a pleasure to work with and they got the job done with zero hassle. We highly recommend them!

November 22, 2024 - Iziaih returned for my 6-month maintenance and was awesome as always. He's professional and polite, and explains what he did and the current state of my unit, what may be needed in the future, and makes sure everything is good and working properly. Always satisfied with the service I receive.

The Maintence fee was reasonable and very thorough work. They cleaned the unit, sucked the condensate line, checked the gas, checked the capacitor on both ends. Even worked on my unit with R22. They were timely and neat.

Southwest Florida Air Quality is our go to air conditioner company. They are 24hr service and always responsive and reliable when you are in need of A/C help. They are extremely thorough and very professional with quality work. They are there when you need them and show up! We had them install a new Trane unit right after “Ian”. They made sure we were up and running as soon as we had power. Great company the best we have found!

Having issues with our A/C blowing out hot air & we called Southwest Florida Air Quality. They sent out Andy, once Andy arrived, he was very clean & professional. He checked the unit & fixed our issue. THANK YOU JESUS!!! I felt bad that it started to rain & Andy got soaked...Andy advised that we get a surge protector & we didn't hesitate on getting that. He installed it & answered all of our questions! Thank You Andy, you saved the day! Andy needs a few extra days off with pay because he did such an amazing job! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

Southwest Florida Air Quality is an awesome company. I have been dealing with them since 2018 when they put my unit in We have it serviced twice a year and yesterday it had a malfunction and I was with my AC overnight, but they were extremely accommodating everybody that I have met may it be the AC tech, the very nice lady Gabby who answers the phone to David that came out today? They have all been very polite and very nice. Their knowledge and process are also A1. There is not a bad thing that I could say about them

I have used Southwest Florida Air for almost 10 years. I have been extremely satisfied. I called late at night with an A/C problem and they came out the next morning and took care of my issue which I greatly appreciated. Great customer care! Their technicians are all highly qualified.

We’ve been using Southwest Florida Air Quality for several years because of their great service and fair treatment. Our Technician is normally Izaiah who is very helpful. Today I called and spoke with Chris who took the time on his Sat morning to discuss the issue over the phone. He was very helpful and I can’t say enough about this team. If you need AC service in the Cape Coral area - call them!

Always very helpful! They explain what needs to be done and why. We now have a service contract which not only saves us money, but we get a reminder when it is time for them to return.

The service technicians are always professional, helpful, educated, knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and looking out for the customers best interest.
They do not price gouge or try to sell you unnecessary services or items.
They are such a great company - which is not easy to find in SWFL.
Call them! I had my dryer vent cleaned (it’s in the attic) and the technician- Kevin - was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly.
He also inspected my air handler, hvac and attic to ensure that everything was working properly.
I will be getting rid of my other company and hiring this company for all of my semiannual maintenance!

Izaiha Rios was very professional and did a great job! He was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful! He vacuumed when he finished and everything looked great! I definitely would recommend him and Southwest Florida Air Quality to take care of your air conditioning needs!

I recently had the first air conditioning unit serviced in my new house by Southwest Florida Air Quality and I am thoroughly impressed from the initial call to the completion of the job. The technician was friendly, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. They throughly inspected, cleaned the filters, and checked the system’s overall efficiency. They ran into a problem, a defect of the house but these guys didn’t give up and fixed the problem and made it right. The AC is now running better than ever thanks to Southwest Florida Air Quality. Highly recommend!

We have Southwest Air Quality perform Preventative twice a year checks on our AC and Heating system. The team arrives on time, wears booties over shoes for cleanliness, thoroughly checks all equipment inside and out, answers any questions we have and reviews their findings with us. The technicians have always been friendly and knowledgeable. We had a blower motor replaced at a reasonable cost. We are completely satisfied with their service.

Needed to move condenser several feet which involved a significant amount of work and precise application and knowledge of all components.
