Moved here in 2015. AC died after two months. SWFL Quality Air installed new and has serviced since. I do the contract maintenance. Always very pleasant. Always above average service. Explains and gives options if you need a repair. I would rank this team as the Best. The price is always fair and they make sure you know what they are doing. Thanks

A/C stopped working on one of the hottest /humid days of the year. Called at 10pm and they had someone at my door the following morning. Kevin did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my faulty thermostat and reprogrammed it quickly. Southwest Florida Air Quality installed our system after hurricane Ian 2 years ago and they have done regular maintenance for us. Always great service and fair prices. Highly recommended!

Chris, Mike, Alan and the team were very professional!. They explained everything,
and were efficient in their work! They cleaned up after the job spotless! The women in the office were very efficient making sure that they sent me the warranty and ALL documents written for the job! 5 star rating!
Price was competitive, but, Florida pricing for anything here is (high priced). I needed the unit and am happy with overall results!
Southwest Florida Air Quality is my recommendation for AC.

Alan completed my normal service maintenance this morning and he was great! Punctual, very thorough, walked me through some steps I can take to keep my HVAC working best and helped me better understand my system. He was also cheerful and kind. I'm very satisfied with the service from Southwest Florida Air.

About five years ago we switched to this company because we had lost faith in the honesty of our old firm that had serviced our air conditioning unit for many years. We have not been disappointed at all by this change. Southwest Florida Air Quality has been wonderful to work with. Most of all we trust their honesty. The work the old firm had said we needed proved not to be the case. We made a good move. If you are looking for a company, you can trust and who are dependable look no more. Additionally, they listen to your concerns, check it out and let you know what they found. Best of all they show up within the time frame they give to you.

We just had another check up on our unit. Things are working fine and we have received all the information that someone needs to make decisions that are helpful to them and their particular air conditioning needs. We just had our six month check up on our system. Kevin was fabulous. Why I mentioned his name is because we had never had him come to the house before. He was thorough. And very conscientious. He knew his stuff and that was obvious. Also, he was enjoyable to talk to while he was here.
He fully explained what he did and why. This checkup was another great service from Southwest Florida Air Quality. Thank you for your continued excellence and professionalism. We highly recommend this company and its wonderful service.

Chris from Southwest Florida Air Quality Inc. was awesome. He showed up early (seriously, who does that anymore?), was super friendly, totally professional, and knew his stuff. He didn’t just poke around our AC and shrug — he was thorough, explained the issue clearly, and made sure we actually understood what was going on. No mystery charges, no tech jargon smoke screen. Just honest, top-notch work. He even went above and beyond what we expected. We’re beyond happy with Chris — if you want it done right, ask for him.

Had the pleasure of meeting Izaiha Rios this morning when my trane AC unit stopped... it just needed some maintenance on the drain... but he took the time to explain how and why it wasn't functioning property... I have to say his attention to detail and customer service was 5 stars all the way!!! Highly recommend!!!

We have had service with SW Florida Air quality for 7 years. They are awesome. Their maintenance program keeps our HVAC systems running smoothly. Any problems, they are just a call away. Alex and Kevin serviced our units today. They were polite, informative, and most do all paid attention to every detail checking and cleaning out units. SW Air employees qualified very knowledgeable technicians. They are THE BEST!!

I am very happy with the new Air Conditioning system installed by SW Florida Air Quality. I got the high efficiency Trane Hyperion Air Handler which is the latest design with modular cabinet with tough, double-wall construction. Outside, I got the new style Trane Condenser which the neighbors will love since it is extra quiet, if they were ever home. It is a bigger size, to be more energy efficient and a very impressive looking machine. The entire job, including removal of old and installation of new took less then a day since everything was on time, very clean, well organized and professional. They came in and laid down paper to protect the floors and were very careful moving equipment in and out. Mike and the crew were very friendly and courteous and certainly were experts at what they were doing.

I would give no stars if possible. Hughes was the initial installer of my unit. My unit is only 5 years old and this is the second time it has messed up. When I tried to call to have him come back out, he has ignored my phone calls. He sends you to voicemail and his voicemail box is full so you can’t leave a message. Would not recommend him to anyone!!!

I didn't end up having them come to my house but it was on the weekend i left him a message and he got back with me within a hour. Very polite and seemed concerned about my problem. Nice guy.

Gerard was early to appointment and took care of both AC units at the house.

Excellent handling of situation that was an emergency that had to be done before cold weekend- quick and efficient diagnosis of problem

It is so refreshing to deal with a reputable company and skilled technicians. Gerard has been servicing our AC for a year, with a few additional technicians in the mix, all very nice and respectful. We will be moving soon but Southwest Heating and Cooling will be servicing the new house also. I cannot recommend this company enough, you will not be disappointed.
