Southwest Heating & Cooling is a wonderful company to do business with. Miranda and Michelle, in the office, are always pleasant, efficient and accommodating. We have an annual service plan which includes 2 visits each year. Recently, Gerard was the service technician who came to our home. He is amazing! He explained everything in detail to my husband and made a suggestion to prevent future issues. He took pictures of the blower wheel and assembly to document the needed cleaning of this component. Gerard is helpful, thorough and conscientious. Thank you to all at Southwest Heating & Cooling!

Excellent visit today by Gerard. First time service call on our unit here, and we chose the right company! We bought the 2x per year plan, so will see them again in 6-ish months. Everything about this service call was highly orchestrated, and SWHC kept us informed all along the way, from setting the call, to reminders, to arrival confirmations, to on-site. Gerard is such a pleasant person…glad to meet him today.

Kurt was awesome! He first tried to help over the phone, which I really appreciated. When that didn’t work, he arrived quickly, was super friendly, knew exactly what to do, and got our AC working fast. Really appreciated it!

Service rep showed up even a little early which I greatly appreciated. He was kind, quick and thorough. I can hardly express how grateful and happy I am for the great service. From the start with the phone call to the technicians work ethic the service was topnotch.

There are many HVAC companies in the area. I have dealt with a few. Often they will try to sell you an overpriced system when not needed etc. This is not the case with Southwest Florida Heating and Cooling. I find them very straightforward and honest, and reasonably priced. I had a whole new system replaced by them at a far better price than a competitor and i still got excellent quality.
Recently i had an issue with my AC. Left a message at night. First thing next am, i get a call back. Technician scheduled for mid am. They leverage messaging very effectively to let you know who is coming, where they are and when they will be here. The technician was well spoken, highly qualified and explained exactly what was needed. Highly recommend this company

Great outfit! Sent a top-notch tech who diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me the damaged part; put the new one in and examined the rest of the unit for possible issues that might come up. Reasonably priced; professional; and was at my home within 30 minutes of calling them. These guys are Fabulous!!!!

Very efficient. They set up a portable temporarily the very next morning. Full install 4 days later (kudos) with this heat could of been a longer wait with everybody having A/C problems. Guys were on time, cleaned up nicely and I was back in cool business. Thank you SWFHC.

Outstanding company! In a heat wave, Kurt fixed my AC. He figured out the problem in minutes and was able to do the technical work required to make it work. I appreciate their expertise & customer service. Reasonable rates too. I don’t write many reviews but this is a company that you should definitely call.

We have nothing but praise for your company. With two little ones in the house, your company replied right away to our service. Our old unit lasted 18 years, but needless to say, it was time for a new one. Your company was exceptional to work with. You gave us options of different financing opportunities, and quotes for different systems, with no pressure on which one to choose. Your gentleman arrived on time, the next day and was meticulous, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up the area beautifully and did a wonderful job of installing our new system. They even spent time after working all day to explain and program our new thermostat. It is so refreshing to see such a caring company and professionalism in this day in age. What company charges you 5K for a new A/C unit (Top and bottom) and three years later doesn't give a warranty and hits you for 2K in charges for work? He even told me the equipment he sells is "junk". I find it repugnant he'd say that to someone out 7k and then give me email updates showing him on a plastic ship with his noble family. I guess these guys want to go the same way as "Bruno"? Keep it up.

Our serviceman TJ was prompt and thorough. He explained what he was doing at every step. Wasn't pushy and didn't try and force any unnecessary work. This company was referred to us by a friend .

When I arrived at our Cape Coral home for a quick visit our HVAC system was off. After checking what I could with no success I call SW Heating & Cooling for service. They understood my time constraints and had someone out within a couple of hours.
