I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received from Southwest Heating and Cooling. After providing me with memorable service in the past, I decided to contact them for a routine maintenance. Almost immediately after their worker left, I noticed that it took the ac longer to reach my desired temp culminating in me contacting their after hours dept twice after the ac stopped cooling completely. I did not leave a voicemail as I needed service IMMEDIATELY and ended up contacting another company who sent someone out within minutes of my call. The technician who fixed my issue found that there was a slow freon leak caused by someone manipulating the ac condenser Freon valve. I paid $650 to have this issue fixed by another company. I called and emailed SW Heating and Cooling and spoke with the owner, Jason, who agreed that unintentional freon valve manipulation happens fairly often and that I would hear back soon about my refund. I also explained that to avoid paying nearly $1000 to have Freon replaced, the technician from the other company charged me a much better rate and I paid the technician directly. Earlier today, I was told that I cannot get a refund since I did not leave a voicemail message for their after hour dept and that they plan to give an additional service to another property of mine to smooth things over (valued at $220); they approved this without my permission. When I explained that I needed IMMEDIATE support for a problem caused by one of their workers, on video, and that I was not going to wait in an 85deg home, at 9pm, with two toddlers and a wife who has to present for work at the hospital at 2am., for one of their workers to “possibly” return my call and come out that night, I was told, “well, you have to understand this is a business…” a business that I will never be working with again.

The technicians are always Professional, Thorough and friendly. The Ladies in the office are also very friendly and easy to talk to, plus you won't miss your PM if you are in the system, you will get a couple of emails and texts letting you know time to schedule your appointment.

Showed up exactly on time, did their work promptly and efficiently without being at all intrusive. Very polite and courteous.Ive used this company for many years and highly recommend them!

Hired to repair A/C system which required running a new Freon line under a sidewalk up an exterior wall and through two concrete attic walls. Showed up at scheduled time and got right to work. Worked all day outside or in the attics to complete in one day. Left the area broom clean with minimal impact to landscaping. Job completed within a week of my first call. Would highly recommend.

Angel did a great job. He explained throughly each step he was doing and answered any questions I had. The set of pictures of the mechanicals and testing results is a great idea for future especially in this hurricane prone area.

We have been doing business with SW Heating and Cooling for more than 10 years. We had to replace our old AC unit this week and we are very pleased with the results. The installers were right on time and had the old unit removed and the new one installed and running in less than 3 hours. The guys were great and when they were finished, everything was cleaned up and removed. Highly recommended.

I had an air conditioner sporadically failing. A realtor recommended Southwest.
They promptly.made an appointment t, showed up on time, repaired the unit and advised as to future concerns. All very professional and fairly priced.

Service, general maintenance, seemed to be thoroughly performed. Tech was very knowledgeable of the system and answered my questions with confidence. Very pleased with SW!

Southwest is very user friendly. I am remote from my dwelling but was easily able to schedule and coordinate my bi-annual system service. They were puctual , efficient and thorough. They even provided me with photos of the various components in the condo and on the roof complete with meter readings. Haven’t seen that from other services! Thanks SW!!

Very pleased that you could respond to my urgent repair request for my air handler fan request. Like many others who have a second home in Florida and Fortunately, I have a neighbor down there that keeps an eye on my home and discovered this situation. So I have set up with you to have her coordinate with the repair person and surely appreciate our communication.

This was our first time using their services after having used another local company a few times. Their customer service was excellent, they were quick to respond and have easy payment options including Apple Pay for convenience. The technician, Gerard, was knowledgeable and friendly.

When our tenant complained the ac wasn't cooling, Southwest was at their house and had the problem resolved in only 2 hours. Incredible service on the hottest day of the year. Bravo!

I did my research approximately 4 years ago and chose Southwest Heating and Cooling to replace my old heating and air conditioner. At that time, I also purchased the blue light system that kills mold and helps with air quality. The salesman I met first and then the installation was done on time by their experienced technicians. They obtained the permit and called for inspection after the work was completed. The office staff was great and kept me informed every step of the way. I also signed up for bi-yearly maintenance to keep my investment in great shape. Once again they kept me informed and the technician comes on time and does his job, answers questions and provides recommendations as necessary. I thought I would write this review because my house is under a remodel and the tile floor was removed. Before turning the system back on after 3 months, I just had their duct cleaning service. Several (2) technicians came out on time again and unloaded their equipment and did the service. As usual from this company, we told them about our existing vent circulating air in the house and they set them in the directions that work best in the house. Their work was followed up by Miranda in the office whom I speak to several times a year, truly a great person and employee. My wife and I are very grateful that SW Heating and Cooling is in our area to get sales and service from this great company.

I have 2 AC units and a mini split and Southwest Heating & Cooling has provided outstanding service. They installed all 3 over the past 6 years. They are extremely responsive when any service is needed. Highly recommend.

Austin diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain line. He vacuumed out the debris, checked the refrigerant levels, and made sure it was working properly. He did a nice job and was pleasant and professional, and thanked me for being a customer.
