We hired Gibson Air to replace our AC and all our ductwork last year. We chose them after hearing glowing reviews from a neighbor. They did not disappoint. It was such a pleasure working with Tim, Tania and their son Luke. They take pride in their work and treat you like family. The attention to detail was impeccable, even in the places you normally never see. And when the job was completed, there was not a speck of dirt or dust to be found anywhere in our home. Aside from the plentiful supply of cold air, you would never know they were there. I could not be happier with the result and will continue to use them for all our AC needs going forward.

Wow! after dealing with other company's they were amazing. We had a very old unit. They replaced it the next day and price was very reasonable. Customer service was 2nd to none. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Honest. Fair pricing. Last year during my routine annual checkup I asked about if my AC system needed to be replaced because of it being over 15 old and was showing some corrosion. They told me to wait and I that had at least another season of life left. They just finished installing a new system for me this year and am very pleased with the results.

Tim Gibson AC is the best! Great service at a great price. He goes the extra mile to teach you about your system and after he leaves it's fixed and will STAY fixed!! Tania (Tanya?) is also superb. They work with you and even help you over the phone! One night I called -- AC was down. Tim talked me through fixing it myself and didn't charge me!! Plus I learned some more about the system.

Gibson Air is always my go to. I highly recommend them for all of your AC needs. I called them at 3:00pm today because my AC unit wasn't blowing cold air and my house was hot. They came out to my house BEFORE 4:00pm and fixed the problem.

We were without central air, and it was soooo hot in our home and Donny, and his crew came to our rescue! They had to run wire to hook up a new thermostat for our new air conditioner, and it was quite a lot of work. They assured me they could get us up and running and would do it that same day, and they did!! They were all so sweet and polite and even spoke sweet to my little dog, who was a pain in the butt lol. They did an outstanding job and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will always call them first for our future needs. Thanks, guys!!!! Yall are the best!!!

Don and Matthew were great is fixing my air handler that kept flooding from upstairs into the bathroom downstairs. They identified the issue and teamed up to do the repair in only a couple of hours.

Professional, always honest. Using them for 10 years. Would not have anyone else to service my AC!

Tania was very responsive and great in getting our appointment scheduled. Don was the A/C tech that came out to our house and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our system. He was able to clearly explain the issue and provide options to fix the problem. Our system is now running great, and the problem we were having with our system was resolved after just one visit. Very professional and honest group. Would highly recommend!

Don was wonderful. He checked our AC throughly and has it running smooth. We are good until our next PM on March!

The Gibson team was fantastic, knowledgeable professional very considerate of my property. I could not be happier. The price was also very competitive. It was a great experience in my opinion Worth every penny.

Lindsay performed our first year check up. This was our first service call with Gibson. As a former service manager I was very impressed with the total service experience. Lindsay was very informative and took the time to answer my questions and make suggestions to help keep our AC running effectively and cool. Highly recommend them for your AC needs
