Tania was great. My AC unit quit on Friday night. Called Gibson Air late on Saturday. They were here first thing Sunday morning. Within an hour my system was back up and running. My experience was exceptional.

I’ve been using Gibson Air for both my home and office for years, after being referred by a neighbor. Tim, the owner, is exceptionally honest, as are his son Luke and their partner Don. If any parts need to be replaced, they take the time to explain everything clearly, and they never try to upsell unnecessary work or parts. Their services and repair works are top-notch. They also make sure to clean up after themselves before leaving.

They stay very busy, because they have many loyal customers like me. Tonya, Tim’s wife, is incredibly sweet and kind. She even arranged for a technician to come on a Sunday to work around my busy schedule. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Gibson Air!

Air conditioner was failing and it was 90 degrees plus outside. Called and Tania said their team was in the area and would stop by same day due to the excessive heat.

They found and showed me a good sized leak in the coil. My unit was 17+ years old and they recommended a replacement.

Gave us a very competitive price on a replacement unit. Tania was able to order and get a replacement scheduled to be installed the following day. All worked out great.

Few shout outs, Donny filled the old unit with Freon so we could sleep well until the replacement arrived. Luke and Matt did an outstanding job installing the new unit in extreme heat. Tim and Tania were very helpful along the way. Thanks Gibson team!

When you’re new to a community, you quickly learn how much you depend on neighbors’ recommendations—especially when something essential stops working. That kind of responsiveness and follow-through is rare. Even more importantly, the pricing was very fair, especially considering the urgency, the parts required, and the quality of work.
