Received a call from Twin Services yesterday explaining they offer a system AC check for $40 which seemed too good to be true. I scheduled an appointment for today. Dan came and spent one hour running system checks, explaining potential issues to me and resolving a couple of problems I had during the process. I was extremely impressed with Dan’s expertise and his willingness to explain things I can do to save myself running into issues with my AC unit. I was so impressed I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan immediately. Highly recommend this company.

Great job! Jimmy called a half hour before he arrived, to let me know he was 30 minutes away. Very much appreciated! I never read of a company getting 100 percent positive ratings, but now I see why! Will recommend them to my neighbors.

A very long overdue, but well deserved review for your fantastic tech, Daniel! In the past, I’ve had horrible experiences with other companies trying to over charge and deceive me for services needed. Daniel made me feel completely at ease, and talked me through everything he was doing (and even gave me tips for between services!!). He is so personable and I truly enjoyed having him at my house to service my AC!

I don't write Google reviews often , but I just had to write this one! I reached out to Jean , at Twin Services today , regarding an emergency no AC issue that's been going on since Wednesday. I explained what was going on, and knew that someone coming out today or tomorrow would be a long shot due to it being Sunday AND a holiday weekend. Jean worked some magic and got Dan sent out today. Within the hour of him being here , not only did he diagnose our issue, but he fixed it as well! Dan was kind, polite, knowledgeable, timely, fair priced and helpful. I am writing to share my excellent experience with the recent A/C unit inspection.

I was first contacted by Brandon regarding the scheduling. He was very friendly and took the time to clearly explain the service and associated costs.

The service technician, Dan, arrived as scheduled. He inspected the operation and performance of my unit, both inside and outside. Dan was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain each test he was performing.

I was very pleased with the service I received and have signed up for your service and maintenance contract.

I would definitely recommend Twin Service Heating and Cooling.

I had Twin Services work on my AC and they were the best. I couldn’t have asked for a better service company.

Today I had Jimmy out. He came for the maintenance special Twin Services was offering. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He cleaned and inspected everything, including the duct work and attic. He gave estimates on a couple things I may want consider, but wasn't pushy at all. I decided to go ahead and sign up with a 2 year maintenance plan, and by doing that, he didnt charge me for the special offer he came out for which was awesome. I'm glad I found this company.

The service technician that came out today from Mr. Cool, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Roberto took the time to address my concerns regarding our new home build’s a/c unit and an issue with one of the vents in my master closet. He also helped me become educated on what filters will be best for my unit. So far, I can highly recommend this company based on my first experience with them.

Mr Cool responded and repaired our AC unit within the same day of my call. Fast, efficient and honest! John the Technician was courteous and respectful. A new motor and fan blade on our 15 year old unit , reasonably priced, and we have cold air! I highly recommend Mr Cool without reservation.

John & Conner were wonderful!! Very thorough and professional. I told them that we have been with Mr. Cool for many years.(recommended by City of Cape Coral) Mr. Cool is a family owned company. Great reputation. Will be calling you when we need a new ac unit(hopefully not for a while). Hope they do well with your company.

Mr Cool continues to provide outstanding service and support. I had an issue with my ac unit late Friday afternoon. They managed to respond within a half hour, source a new motor and had it replaced before the end of day. Great Company!!!

It always happens after hours and getting ready to go on vacation but that’s life right ? I received immediate help when my AC started blowing hot air and 85 degrees in the house. Chris arrived quickly and soon I was back up he educated me a few things and I’m very happy with Amy’s customer service getting him here quickly ….these guys are the best

Our AC failed late on Saturday. Within an hour Roberto arrived. He worked on the AC unit and got it going and stayed around until he knew it was truly working. As usually great service from Mr Cool. .

The young man who serviced our air conditioner is an excellent representative for your company. He called to tell us he was running behind and updated us on his arrival time. When he got here, he was very pleasant and got right to work. Again, a very nice young man!

Our HVAC serviceman Roberto was very through during his inspection of our cooling and heating system. In addition he was courteous and respectful which means a lot these days. I would highly recommend Mr.Cool to all of my family and friends.
