Tech showed up on time. Worked around the crew putting my new roof on my home. He was pleasant and thorough. I had forgotten. I had already paid for the service call. When I asked how much, he was honest and reminded me that it was already paid for. It was something I appreciated. All in all a good experience.

Brock and Cameron did a great job and were professional. They came in and got to work right away. These guys knocked out the work in 2 days, I was happy about that, now my A/C is blowing cold air evenly around my house. Overall good service. Now I’m just waiting for finishing touches around the return and adjusting the A/C.

Very professional service. Replaced line set when I was out of town. Technician was there on time and kept me informed. Office staff was also great - got me scheduled quickly and set up for payment. Would highly recommend.

This is my second follow up review for Mr. Cool Air. After having a wonderful tech Brandon come out and diagnose everything, he and Drew returned promptly within a few days and performed the work perfectly. This company has extremely hard working/ smart guys working for them. We encountered some issues that weren’t allowing us to go with the original plan and they worked out a different way to do it and made it happen. I’ll always call Mr. Cool for all my ac needs.

Mr. Cool used their considerable experience on a complicated installation of a new system in our 13 year old home. The new unit had to be completely relocated and new ducts and piping run throughout much of the house. They engineered the complete system in-house and even assisted us in recommending a moisture remediation company to address issues created by our old unit as well as a contractor that they have successfully worked with in the past. The installation crews were experienced, knowledgeable, extremely polite and fastidiously neat and tidy. Work was professional, on-time, on-budget and mindful of the fact that we were living in the house. Quite frankly, we were truly impressed with Mr. Cool Air Conditioning and highly recommend them.

You can't go wrong with this company. We have been using them for many years and have always had great service. We have a service contract and were having a slight issue that they came and took care of, then did the six month maintenance. Our technician was Darwin...he was polite and knowledgeable and did a great job. Highly recommend!

9-15-2024 Update...we had another issue with a different part last evening (on a Saturday), and they sent Zach to our home within a couple of hours. He replaced the capacitor and checked everything out, all with a smile. He was such a nice young guy and was very knowledgeable. Got us taken care of and went to his next home...he said we were one of several! We will be clients of Mr. Cool as long as we live in Florida!

Hands down the best. I got several companies to get me estimates and these guys didn't BS me they gave me the real deal best quote without trying to sell me what I didn't need. I was sold when I was stuck at an open house and the ac died. They came immediately to fix it the condenser motor need ed replacement and they fixed it immediately and got me back in business...HERE's WHERE IT GET's INTERESTING!!! I asked the tech about getting a quote for an AC replacement for my house because my AC DIED. I said hey man I have to sell my house and I don't want a state of the art system. He told me exactly what to get and he would do. I booked an appointment to get an estimate and they didn't mess around and gave me exactly what I needed at the price I needed. I signed up ...and the NEXT DAY they were at my house installing the system. And now I'm running COLD BABY MR COOL COLD. I will tell everyone I meet these are the GOTO guys for AC WORK. PERIOD end of STORY they just get the job done they don't play games.

As always Brad is great. On Time, knowledgeable, cleans up, polite. We enjoy his visits with us as well as appreciating the quality of his work.

We are very displeased with our high end York heat pump we purchased a year ago. It was described as the best most efficient model you could purchase. I wish that I would have stuck with the less efficient standard model. We have had more service calls in one year than we have had with a 10+ year old unit. Mr Cool Air has not charged us for these calls. It is crazy to imagine that anyone would be happy with a unit like this. We have zero faith in the unit. We are having less faith in the company. There has been no charge, but someone needs to get this figured out.

Brock and Cameron work so well together on installing my mini split. Each knew the next move, it was so efficient. Clean work area when finished and Brock explained all information pertaining to the new system. Certainly would recommend Mr.Cool.

Our technician was on time, professional and courteous. Even took a couple minutes extra minutes to meet my dog so my dog wouldn’t be stressed about a person in his house.

Update - second service appointment:
Again, I am very impressed with Mr. Cool’s service techs! Very courteous and informative on how to care for our system. I pointed out an issue that apparently happened during the install before we moved in and he took pictures and is going to speak with the supervisor about getting the issue corrected without cost. Will let you know how it goes!

Update #2 - Matt came and fixed the issue. Very happy with the service we have been receiving from Mr. Cool.

We have used Mr. Cool for years and have always been taken care of with the utmost of customer service. Their office team is very friendly and the field technicians are always friendly, thorough, timely, and informative. I use them for my personal home and we work with them on all of our new custom homes at Aubuchon Homes. Mr. Cool Air Conditioning is a great team all around!

After spending the whole day trying to install a new compressor, they realized it was the wrong one. But they made it right putting a portable unit in my bedroom until they could get the right compressor installed. They made sure to keep my 70 year old mother comfortable. Excellent service.

I highly recommend Mr Cool AC to everyone who needs air conditioning work done and as of this morning, my job is completely done (three business days after breakdown). Even dealing with the office staff for payment was pleasant. After installing my new unit, they even returned, or tried to, all the boxes that had to be moved for the installation.

Mr. Cool just install a new a/c compressor and air handler. Todd and his team did an excellent job. They were conscientious, pleasant, and professional. They made certain to clean up after themselves and kept of informed of the installation status.

As noted below, Mr. Cool's professional service and their service technicians and office staff continues to be outstanding.

Mr. Cool has outstanding customer service, expertise, and professionalism. They service both our home and our daughter’s. I am always impressed with their technician’s knowledge, time commitment, and thoroughness in making sure our equipment is in top working order and no downtime. We recently needed to replace an older a/c unit & air handler. Again, the service and communication were exceptional and the installers very professional and courteous.

Drew came out to do an estimate. He was very friendly and accommodating. Because he was so friendly, we decided to go with Mr Cool for our new AC unit. Drew, Cameron and Doug came out and did an excellent job installing our new AC unit. They were friendly and very very efficient.! I would highly recommend them to my friends. They also have a maintenance agreement this year and will continue to sign up with them in the future. The staff at the office were all so very friendly and helpful. Thank you Mr Cool! I called Mr Cool to come check my AC of course on an extremely hot day, the compressor seemed to stop working. We had just bought the house and the paperwork said Mr Cool had installed the system about 6 years prior. I was hoping at least the part was under warranty. They were able to send Chris out a couple hours after I called on the same day! So the very first thing he does is untangle my American flag that always gets stuck in the gutters on a windy day. As a former soldier this spoke volumes to me, I love that flag. He diagnosed the problem and found a bad capacitor in the compressor. He could have easily replaced it and stopped there… but he checked out the entire system including the attic, educated me on Florida maintenance needs and gave me a veteran discount. Now that my friends is service!
