Brock, the AC installer, and his partner were very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. They were also respectful, on time & did a great job. Brock was very informative about the unit and the install. What also was impressive was that he spoke very highly of the company & said if we had any concerns or problems to call them immediately & it would be addressed. We will definitely refer Mr Cool in the future.

Great company! They stand by their warranty! We bought our unit back in 2018, purchased the warranty from Mr Cool. Last weekend our unit wasn’t keeping up. They came out diagnosed the issue, had to order parts, came back out clean the entire unit and replaced the bad parts. All was under warranty, we didn’t owe anything! Thank you Mr Cool!

They are taking great care of the 2 A/C's in our chocolate warehouse. If something happens, it's always critical to get fixed really fast to avoid the precious chocolate doesn't melt. They are aware and are really responding fast, giving me a great deal of peace of mind. Great company!

Awesome. Tech came out at 7:29 pm on Saturday night fixing a mess that another company left causing shutdown of system. Worked for an hour and got everything running smoothly.

I really appreciated that my appointment was scheduled later in the day to accommodate my work schedule. Chris arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue with the outdoor fan, and went straight to the A/C manufacturer to pick up the replacement motor. He returned and completed the installation by around 6:45 PM—well beyond regular business hours. Chris truly went above and beyond, and I was especially grateful as I had my daughter and three young grandchildren staying with me. His dedication and excellent customer service are a true asset to your company!

We were looking for a local company to service our AC. I am very happy that we found Mr Cool Air Conditioning. Their website had detailed info about their service plan and pricing. When I phoned the office with a few questions the lady I spoke with was friendly , professional and happy to have us as a new customer. She emailed me details about their service plan and booked my appointment, which was only a few days away. The technician Mike called before to confirm and showed up exactly on time. He was polite, professional and friendly. I appreciate that his uniform and truck clearly displayed the company name. Mike did a great job, he serviced the AC, cleaned the drain line, checked the thermostat and gave me a report on everything. They also emailed me a detailed report. I highly recommend Mr Cool Air Conditioning, they provide excellent service at an affordable price

They replaced my ac. Most company’s were 1000 more and had a wider window to come and replace my ac. They said within 2 weeks and gave a great price. 5 days later my ac was replaced. , I’ll call them for all my ac Needs in the future.

What a bunch of hard-working guys they just completed installing an entirely new system for me in my house. They worked straight through today up in that Hot attic, and I can’t believe how good of a job they did. I am so pleased with their work or service their price everything about them Totally outstanding. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.

Conner was my technician yesterday and he did a great job. My drain line was plugged and it was very hard to get it unplugged. He was patient and did a very good job. I was impressed with his work.

Guy showed up to fix ac unit twice at a rental property. I explained I was a licensed tech in another state he didn't seem to care. No air flow and evap line frosting up all the way to compressor. First time he said it was water in the drip pan cleaned it out lasted till about 3am second day he worked on it for 2 hours and said it was filter and removed it. I asked if he checked coil he said it was clean problem was he was looking at the outlet of coil. He removed filter and said it was all set again next morning hot again but I was checking out good luck to new renters and owner probably gonna continue clogging evap and possibly get slug of liquid back to compressor and blow it up or pop the relief valve good luck to owner at 3808 SW 27th Ct, Cape Coral, FL 33914. He worked harder to get out of work then actually fixing it.

Great group of people Zachary and Mark where great, got here on time got to work right away got the old system out quick glad to see that junk go. Took their time installing new unit making sure everything was installed properly. House is cooling down after a week with no AC. Thank you again.

Let me just start off by saying I did not know very much about this company. All I know is my neighbors used them for a brand new York system. Your price absolutely blew all the other air-conditioning companies Out of the water and I got five quotes The senior technician Kevin was absolutely phenomenal He walked me through the whole process and now they are scheduled for next week to install a brand new unit thank you Mr Cool. You will be the only ones touching my system.

We have a fantastic a/c company we have used for years. We were house sitting at our daughters home while her husband was receiving a kidney transplant. The a/c went out on a Thursday in August! I called our regular company A/C breeze. Mario was going out of town in the morning and recommended Mr. Cool. They came out the next day, ordered the parts over the weekend and repaired it perfectly by Monday. Both techs were very professional. I had a concern regarding the bill . I called and talked to Kevin ,a supervisor. He listened well and straightened it out, even exceeding our expectations. They are now our backup ,and I would highly recommend this company.

I haven't had the pleasure of doing business with Mr. Cool yet, I called to get a quote on a new AC system. I talked to Sam, who was so knowledgeable, professional, and just pleasant to talk with. Unlike many other HVAC companies in Cape Coral that try to impose their rules on you and only give you estimates, if you let them into your house, Sam gave me a quote over the phone, consulted me on the right system for my house, and answered all my questions, on top of that the quoted price was very reasonable. I wish there were more HVAC companies like this. Thank you, Sam!
