I recently had a new air conditioning system installed at my home, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. We spoke about the unit, availability of parts for the future and did a full assessment of the duct work to ensure that upgrade will be sufficient for the square footage of the house.

Gary arrived to assess existing unit while I was out of the country after it stalled. He recharged the existing compressor as he went above a beyond to kept us cool for several days.

Chris was great! He spent so much time trying to assist me with an air conditioning issue. I just bought my property and the air conditioning isn’t working properly but he did everything in his power to try and assist with this issue. I would say 8+ to Service certainly make things a lot easier.

So, an AC guy from Comfort Zone came to my house to clear out my drain line. When he finished, he tried to sell me some add-ons, which is normal and understandable. I told him I wasn't interested, and that should have been the end of it. However, shortly after, I received a text asking if I wanted to buy the same things I had already declined. I ignored it, but then I got another text asking the same thing. Companies need to understand that when a customer says no, it means no. Repeatedly sending messages is harassment. I told them no the first time, ignored the second text, and the third time is unacceptable. This is why they get a one-star review. If they keep harassing their customers after being told no, they deserve every one-star review they get.

The service provided by Eric Comer, our technician, was absolutely great!!!! Eric is professional yet friendly, takes time to answer and explain any questions you may have, and performs his job in a timely manner. He is one of the best professionals you will ever meet!
