AC went out mid summer heat. Ryan came immediately and helped solve the issue. couldn't ask for better!

I called City Wide because my furnace wouldn't kick on.
They were out here within two hours.
Thomas was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
Here quickly found the problem and fixed it on the spot.
The fee was much less than I had anticipated.
I will use City Wide again and I would recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling service.

Great install will definitely keep using and referring this company to friends and family members.

I was absolutely freaking out this past Monday when my air conditioning went out. I just bought a home here in Cape Coral and I knew the AC unit was older, but I was NOT expecting it to fail within just a few weeks of moving in 🤦

Thankfully, these guys are right down the street and arrived at my home no more than 30 minutes after I called for service. I believe they’re a smaller operation at the moment which turns out to be a great advantage in getting emergency ac repairs. Just saying…

I’ve dealt with HVAC companies in the past and I fully expected them to recommend me to replace the system given its age. To my surprise, this was not the case at all. The technician (Gene I believe) was truly a repairman and didn’t try to upsell a thing.

He had my home’s air conditioning back to blowing that cool air that I so desperately needed within no more than 20 minutes. I usually don’t write reviews, but Citywide definitely deserves one based on the air conditioning service I received!
