We have been customers of comfort zone for decades. We have always valued their professionalism and quick response to our AC needs. Today was no exception. Our technician Chris K. was dedicated to giving us the best possible service. We cannot thank him enough for his attention to detail and the extra effort he put forth to leave us as very satisfied customers. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Comfort Zone is the only company in the Fort Myers area authorized by the HOA to perform work in my condominium complex. They are always very efficient and repair the problem. Technician Ian has been very helpful in diagnosing an underlying problem with my AC unit and has come up with a permanent solution. Very satisfied with this company.

I had a problem with only the heating unit of my AC. The technician said the heating element was broken and that he will get me a price to fix. After he left I found that cooling system was now also not working. I made contact with the company and and although this was a Sunday, they sent out out a different technician who fixed the system. Will highly recommend Nicholas who is both knowledgeable and effective.

Extremely disappointed with service . New technicians have
limited knowledge and have cost us extra money of poor installation of coil. We have hired another company that diagnosed problem right away and have fixed it. Would never recommend this company to anyone!

I had an issue with my AC system and called comfort zone. The technician that came out checked my air handler and compressor and quoted me a few different prices ranging from $500 to $3000. I also paid a diagnosis fee. I wanted a second opinion and called another AC company. They fixed my issue within 5 minutes (clogged drain pipe). I feel like Comfort Zone tried to take me for a ride. I called and complained and they wouldn't refund me my diagnosis fee even though the tech didn't diagnose the system correctly. Be very careful with this company as I was about to pay $$$ to fix an issue that eventually cost me under $200 to fix.

Tech arrived in a timely manner and was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of our home. He did a great job checking out the issue and took care of it. A great company to work with!

We purchased a new a/c system right after the hurricane- it was hard to find and we were so grateful for the units. When returning this October it went stopped working properly and we had the best technician ever here very quickly. Could not have asked for better.!
Also, had Prudensky come after Hurricane Milton and he spent several hours cleaning both units thoroughly after his inspection found numerous issues. Highly satisfied with his work, professionalism and the quality of his service.

Jake did maintenance on my A/C today and he was very pleasant and explained everything he did. I will definitely request him for my next appointment.

One of the best service experiences ever! Cannot say enough about Andrew and his professionalism and persistence! Our system gave him a challenge and he worked outside of normal business hours to get us up and running. Great communication with Andrew and the Comfort Zone office. Highly recommend!!

Comfort Zone is a first class company. Their staff is polite and most important, honest. I just had my 6 month check up and they caught a small issue before it became a big issue and it’s already on the schedule to be fixed. I highly recommend Comfort Zone for SW FL residents!

My “door” to the filter was stuck. I couldn’t open it enough to change the filter nor close it. Someone came out within two hours and fixed it. I am so thankful! No charge!!!

The company that I work for has been with Comfort Zone for many of years under other ownership. Sam was the best. Now that new ownership has taken over, it's gone down hill. We were verbally quoted a job for a new a/c for around $22,000. I asked several times for a written quote, and never received it. They had also installed a new a/c for about $14,000 in another location of our building, but it's been leaking ever since. This has caused a lot of ceiling damage. We got a second opinion and the a/c they wanted replace along with all of the duct work doesn't need to be done. They were able to fix our issue with very minimal cost. Also, we found out that the other new a/c was installed incorrection and was never filed with the city for completion. We have two open permits with the city that we are trying to transfer over to a new company. I've called several times and still have yet to hear back from the owner or even a manager. Techs were always different after the ownership changed, and they were constantly telling us that they were getting things more organized and hoped to serve us better. After almost 10 years with Sam the originally owner, we said goodbye to Comfort Zone and have found a better a/c company.

People always find time to complain, but we believe it is just as important to let everyone know when a company does a great job. From start to finish, our experience with Comfort Zone-Cape Coral has been a positive one. We were in a panic after the passage of time, the SW Florida heat--and of course, the aftermath of Hurricane Ian--finally killed our A/C system. However, the team at Comfort Zone helped make every step of this process go smoothly. Andy took great care in sharing his vast knowledge and making sure we understood all the best options for our replacement system. Christine helped coordinate appointments and logistics with grace and professionalism. Sunny, who did the system installation, was amazing! After such a huge job in the heat, Sunny still had a smile on his face as he patiently walked us through every detail, taking the time to make sure we understood how everything worked, and were comfortable with the new system. What a wonderful team!

Jake came out for my heating system not working showed me why it wasn’t working properly and was honest and truthful and does not try to be anyone
