Daniel provided an outstanding service. He is very professional and very polite the whole time he was doing the job in my home.

Just got a cold call from one of their marketing people which is illegal because I’m on the federal Do Not Call list. The woman spoke to me like I already had a contract with them and she wanted to schedule a 6 month maintenance. I guess they prey on and try to trick seniors. I didn’t fall for it. Pathetic business practices. The call was reported to the FTC/Do Not Call registry.

Had an AC emergency on Sunday of a holiday weekend! I called Twin Services and they came right out. Daniel was wonderful, walked me through what happened, how it could be fixed, and what needed to be done to prevent it from happening again. He didn’t overcharge, or take very long at all. I will always call Daniel for any AC problems I might have in the future

Our maintenance check up went well. Mr. Scott was courteous and informative regarding our part in the cleaning process of our AC unit. We did need to replace a part but felt they are reasonably priced.

Daniel Scott was great. Very Hard worker. Smart. Thorough. Great teacher and explained everything in detail. Explained what had previously been done and what needed to be done to rectify my problems. Spent time with me on 3 properties from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Great trainer for trainee.

DANIEL is a great AC contractor super respectful, extremely knowledgeable. I have been in The construction industry for more than 30 years. He knows his stuff he is an asset to any organization. He educates as he’s working to keep the client informed. And again, super respectful and professional I would definitely have him on any project.

The technician, Noa, was exemplary in his work ethics. He went over and above what other HVAC technicians Have done in the past. He showed me all the problems that I had. I watched him do everything. He did his best to clean everything in my unit. He even checked my house filters. He cleaned my coils better than any other techs have done. They look great after he did it. He showed me mold or mildew that I had up in my unit in the garage. In my opinion, he takes pride in the work he does. The company should be very proud to have him as their employee and show him how much you appreciate him because he is a good worker

Starting with the call from twins, they were so nice and explained all they would they would be doing ,called back when i asked them to (twice). Daniel was great showed us very thing, answered all my questions. He set up the new install for the very next day. And promptly at 9 o’clock Lazaro and Brandon showed up were so helpful efficient and worked all day to get us up and running. It is so good to have such efficient maintenance people come and help us out. They left my property in beautiful shape. You couldn’t even tell they had been here. I had damaged ducts and a different HVAC company replaced my entire unit, but failed to notice broken ducts. Plus, a severely clogged coil. They came out and fixed every issue and my A/C is working better than ever!

Daniel was very pleasant to work with. He spent time explaining problems with my aging and damaged duct work and how the repairs will increase the the functioning of my AC system, decrease the wear and tear on the unit itself and gave me a good price for the repairs.
