He was clean well mannered and deeply concerned in his job. He inspected my old
12sier system explained and showing Mr the problems. Gave me a new replacement price, no nonsense, double talk. His confidence and attitude sold me on new replacement 2 stage system. Highly recommend him and Twin Services for your air conditioning system and service.

While it sucks to have to do repairs, Dan was very professional and took the time to show me the issues and how to remedy them. Hopefully, the completed job lives up to his high praises of Twin Services!

**update - Twin Service came and replaced all Duct work - they were on time and professional and cleaned up after themselves. My son-in-law inspected their work and gave a big thumbs up which is high praises from him! On their maintenance plan now and have confidence they will stay true to their word. Would recommend this company for all your AC needs!

We are so pleased with the work and the personable professional treatment from Twin Services Heating and Cooling. Dan was very knowledgeable and very prompt. Before he even arrived we were contacted in advance to assure an on-time appointment. Very hard in this area to have companies arrive when they say they will.
Dan was very polite and explanatory in the work that he was doing and the condition of our HVAC. It was a no-brainer to continue a service agreement with Twin Services. Great first impression!!

Dan was thorough and professional when he came for our maintenance and we wound up purchasing a new AC system to be installed at a later date.

On the day of installation, we were disappointed that they sent installers that didn't speak English. I had to call the office and ask they send Dan out, especially since we had some additional requests on the installation that needed to be understood by the installers. We couldn't communicate those things, nor should we have to. I feel like once the sale of the new unit was done, that was it. The job was done to our satisfaction, but it was frustrating to get there.

Awesome Service. Daniel has been amazing since the first time we called when our old company "couldnt squeeze us in." Daniel fixed several mistakes made on a 4 year old system...eventually, we just decided to upgrade due to massive inefficencies in the original install on a brand new build. We called Daniel on a Friday and Osbvalo and Ormar were here at 8:30 on Saturday to get us a new unit. I can't express adequately the amount of times we called with ac issues and they have been here. They could aways squeeze us in. And now, hopefully, with this new unit we will have even air distribution throughout the house and only have to call to schedule our regular maintenance. Twin Cooling has been quick, efficient and fair

From the initial contact to day of service, Twin Services Heating & Cooling was nothing BUT impressive. Ann provided sales outreach for service maintenance. I had serious doubt as the last contractor provided horrible work on a unit that they did not properly install. This unit was responsible for the problematic issues I've been experiencing, and my suspicion was confirmed by Dan. He diagnosed the problem easily and I am now looking forward to having a cool home. And excellent service follow up. They continue to be amazing with every service call. So glad I was fortunate to find them.

The technician Daniel Scott, was extremely professional detailed he did a great job took his time to explain all the steps and all the needed work for future services

In the sweltering heat, on the weekend and expecting company the next day of course my a.c. Failed. It was 6 pm on a Saturday and we were scrambling to find a repair company. We asked a friend for a referral but after calling them well, that’s another review. I had seen Twins a.c. Trucks in the area so I figured I’d call them. They picked up the phone right away and assured me they would send a tech out. One hour later a tech pulled up and within an hour I was up and running. What more can you ask for? I will be using them again. Pricing was reasonable given the circumstances.

We wanted to try a new AC service and are we glad we did. This company is great. Daniel came out and performed the service and did an excellent job . Very professional and courteous. Needless to say we have found our new AC company.

They installed not only my air conditioner, but also my dad‘s. If I ever have any questions, they are happy to help me quickly. Anytime they have sent someone out they have been on time, courteous, and always knowledgeable.
I have recommended them before and I will recommend them in the future as much as I can This is a great company and great employees that work for the company

Dan did the maintenance on both mine and my dad’s air conditioner units. He is very thorough and works hard. I had a couple of questions that he took the time to show me how to make sure that they are running to their best capacity.
Anne that works in the office is always pleasant and professional. She makes sure that you are well taken care of

Daniel was very thorough in evaluating the unit. His recommendation was to replace the unit for $9,000. I have a Home Warranty for that appliance. I will have them come out tomorrow and have them evaluate the issue.

If I could give this company 6 stars I would. From start to finish my experience with this crew was great. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. The installation crew called prior to they're arrival and were here on time. The installation came out clean and tidy. The next person who asks me if I know of great a/c company I can honestly recommend Twin Services.

This young man was most definitely an asset to your company. He was punctual, communicated very well, worked quickly, was knowledgeable of his job, and very respectful and friendly.
