Our AC compressor stopped working in the middle of the night a few weeks back , called 2 places with no response . We were referred to Gilman so I called the listed number , gave our info and 20 minutes later a tech named Dave showed up , made his assessment , went and got the parts needed , within 2 hours job was finished and we have had cold air ever since .We can't thank them enough , especially when it was on a Saturday ! Yes we will be using them for any future AC needs !

I would truly think twice about doing business with Gilman. Poor business practices. Please read my 2 reviews on BBB, the second I just posted 3-8-21.

We have used this company for years. No matter if it is a weekday, weekend , routine maintenance or a holiday, the customer service is suburb. We have NEVER had a bad experience. We fully recommend!

I highly recommend this company. They did a fantastic job of replacing my blower motor in a timely manner. I really appreciate the great service.

Donald (owner) gave a great quote thru Thumbtack, needed maintenance service, sent tech out, did thorough professional job, took pics, and cleaned out my clogged drain, when had issue after tech left sent tech. immediately back out to redo drain. Was very satisfied and will definatly use again when we need new unit or service!

I called this morning and they had someone out within a few hours. Lee came out and diagnosed the problem within the first couple of minutes. I previously had another A/C company come out saying there was no problem but clearly there was. Lee was very informative and got it fixed right away. Thank you so much for your honesty and quick response. I definitely recommend them!

I recently needed some A/C work done at my home down in Cape Coral. I had an opportunity to meet with Donald. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to my needs. They were very courteous and professional people. Even though my AC has been having issues for about a week now, these guys have been very flexible - coming to the house twice now because the unit has had seperate issues for the last week. Obviously, super stressful when you work 8-5 everyday and the last thing you want to do is come home to a hot house, but the owner has been able to work with me during this. I'd recommend if you want honest people working for you.

I am having mold remediation done by Joe Taylor Restorations. Rod Riberio contacted this company to remove my air handler to allow access to the mold in the closet. After two phone calls I asked to speak to someone who could give me estimate for a replacement ac unit because I was told by JTR that the handler may not work after its replaced because it was so old. Fair enough. I asked for a full estimate. Received two calls fromreceptionist this morning stating that they were coming out today to remove the air handler. Joe Taylor says they never told them to remove the air handler. Rod said they were told specifically to just give mean estimate. This mess has delayed my remediation. Never received a call back from the technician. Only spoke to receptionist even though I asked twice to speak to the person who provides service. Joe Taylor also told me they had no intention of paying this company as the work would have to be put through my insurance. I am going to have this inestigated as it all seems shady. I will bet I find that this company always bills JTR even though JTR is saying they were not going to do that in this instance. Why would you insist this morning that you were removing an air handler that Joe Taylor never asked you to remove and that they never said they would pay you for. This is all going on while my house is torn apart. Beware.
