Real AC and Refrig. did two new homes for us and I must say I am a bit disappointed. The last home was a big job at a cost of $9,500.00 cash (paid twice actually) with a state of the art system. They also ran some duct work and was paid in full. There was a kitchen vent that Luis kept promising the Contractor and myself to get done and as of today Sept. 16, 2020, still not done. Two week ago he said that his workers were close by and will stop by to complete the missing vent. Never happened. Does not respond to calls and his workers are truly insulting, but that is another story. Not a big job to finish up but broken promises and no response for promises made is unacceptable. I will have to hire someone else to install the missing kitchen vent duct so the cooktop can be used. I have two more homes to build but not sure if I want to use them at this time. Very disappointing as I had high hopes to keep using them.

I called Real Ac and Refrigeration when my Air Conditioner went out. Called them about 2pm and they were able to send out a technician out right away. Fixed my air conditioner in no time, these guys are experts at what they do!! I highly recommend this Ac company. We are super pleased!!! Thanks again Real Ac.

Tech got here about 5:00 and was very courteous and helpful. My mini split unit was leaking in the house as a result of the drain line losing its pitch or possibly gunked up. Cesar sucked the drain line out with a shop vac and recommended this be done on a regular basis. Problem solved.

Real A/C is the real deal. They are proffesional and fast to get any service done. There are not many dependable trades where I am located. That is why I really recommend this company. Prices are reasonable, also.

My A/C failed on a Sunday afternoon I placed a call to Real A/C and a technician responded in 30 minutes. He was able to diagnose the problem and on Monday ordered the broken part and it was promptly repaired. Well done !!

Real A/C and Refrigeration Company installed a new heat pump and duct work for us 2 weeks ago. When the rep came to give us an estimate, he was not pushy, only honest. All employees we had contact with were courteous and did excellent work. They stayed in contact with us throughout the process (great communication) which was important to us.
Always returned our calls promptly.
Did very neat work. Cleaned up after work was done leaving NO trash behind.
I would highly recommend them.
