Randall was polite and very personable. He came in to see what needed to be done. After this he set straight to repairing the shower and the bathroom sink. He was very thorough and explained it all so that I understood it.I will definitely use Nordic Plumbing again.

We used Nordic Plumbing for our natural gas install for our new home. They hooked up all of the plumbing and installed our gas appliances (dryer, tankless water heater, stove, outdoor grill, and pool heater). The process was incredibly seamless. Don was an absolute pleasure to work with and went above and beyond for us. I can't thank him and his team enough for the incredible work they did! We are extremely happy and would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Service was excellent. Jarrett came and fixed my kitchen faucet. He was on time and efficient. I have used Nordic in the past and will use them again, if necessary.

This time, I had Randal for a bathroom sink faucet replacement. Randal was great! Punctual, professional and polite! He even put in a plug for the sink which I have not had since I moved in 4 years ago. The other bathroom doesn't have the plug installed either so it is nice to have atleast one sink that does. Thank you so much Randal!!! I am currently renting but have been house hunting to purchase and I will definitely use Nordic Plumbing for our new home.

I used to use another plumber in Cape Coral for years and had to put up with no return calls, promised dates that the service repair was to happen and never did. No More!!!! I called Nordic Plumbing. I spoke to a person who told me someone would come to our home the following day. They did, right on time too!! The plumber called his office and they quoted the job and did the repair in about one hour. Very happy. Nordic is our plumber from now on. Bill M

Great first time using them. I called them at around 9 am and someone was here 2 hours later. He was professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problems and got them fixed. The price was less than I was expecting as well. They have earned my loyalty. I will be calling them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Randy did a great job switching out our 50+-year-old corroded tub/shower fixtures and valve system. Price was reasonable and Randy was friendly, thorough, and on-time. We will definitely be using Nordic for all our future plumbing needs!

Upon discovering that we had a large leak in our garage wall, we called Nordic and Jarret arrived. As we were unable to be home, our neighbor let him in. By the time we got home, Jarret had completed the repair including the water cleanup. He was friendly and respectful, taking the time to explain all he did. Jarret replaced the plastic shutoff valves with brass valves and some of the pipes and connections. Little did we know, this repair would be the start our repiping project.

Andy and his crew John, Joe, Jake and Troy arrived at 6:20am as promised. They were very friendly, cordial and wasted no time tackling our whole house repiping project. Everybody was very courteous at all times, explaining the process and treating us respectfully. They were like a well-oiled machine, everybody knew their job and were extremely well coordinated. We were super impressed and amazed just watching them. Even cleanup was completed as they worked.

Then they sent Doug, who arrived to repair the many sections of sheet rock that was removed during the repiping. We were surprised he arrived alone to tackle such a large project. But make no mistake, Doug is the wall repair magician. He matched the wall and ceiling textures perfectly. Not a trace was left where the wall was cut and repaired. He was amazing.

We were so impressed with the overall work that was performed by Nordic, we gave them another project, replacing our bathroom faucets. John arrived early, friendly, professional as ever and got right to work. We felt like an old friend had stopped by as he was involved in the repiping project as well. He had the faucets replaced in no time, cleaning up as he worked. Now our house is like new again. Most definitely, we found our plumbers for life! Oh, and not to forget the fantastic staff that keeps everything coordinated and going strong. Jennifer and Tanya are so friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Needless to say, all our experience with Nordic was exceptional! Thank you!!

When my perfectionist, go-to plumber retired, I had no idea who I would use. Thankfully, he recommended all his customers to Nordic Plumbing. Recently, I had to call them to replace a tank-less hot water heater and Randy did a great job with the swap out for an honest price. I am glad my old plumber recommended Nordic and I will definitely continue to use them for any future plumbing needs.

Great, fast, and reasonably priced service! Randy installed new kitchen sink with garbage disposal. Was very professional, polite, and took time to answer all my questions too. Will definitely call on Nordic again for future plumbing needs. Totally satisfied!

My husband and I originally thought we had AC issues causing a leak. After thorough investigation, it turned out to be plumbing related. We were recommended Nordic Plumbing from another plumber who said the job was "out of his league." We were very impressed with the service from Nordic. Our service agent was very knowledgeable and could tell the issue from just a single glance at our toilets or pipes up in the ceiling. Since he's made his repairs, we haven't had a single issue. We'd definitely recommend Nordic Plumbing. Plus... our repair man showed up the very same day we called!! Definitely a bonus when you have to take a day off of work to figure things out. We really appreciated getting it all taken care of the same day we called.

Unbelievable service!! My water heater started leaking Sunday night. I called later that evening and left a message that I needed a new water heater. I got a return call at 7 a.m. the next morning and Randy was here before 8 installing my new water heater. Randy was great! He was very professional and in less than an hour we had a new water heater and hot water again. Excellent pricing too. I can’t say enough good things about Nordic Plumbing. One word sums it up best: WOW!!!!

We needed a full house re-piped. With no water, we had to move out of the house. Trying to find the right company to handle this was difficult until I contacted Nordic Plumbing. We meet the same day I contacted his office on Monday February 17th. He was on time and walked me through the process. He gave me a quoted at that time of our meeting and I received confirmation within an hour of meeting with him. I ask if he needed a deposit, and his answer was no. Payment would not be necessary until the job was completed and we were satisfied with the work. The next day on Tuesday he pulled the permit, Wednesday the re-piping was done, Thursday the inspection was scheduled and passed, Friday drywall was completed. Today we will meet with him and do a walk through to make sure we are satisfied with the finished project. They have been very responsive to my calls and questions and on time when they said they would be there. It is hard to find good customer service but I found it with this company. Thank you Andy for taking prompt action on the work that was needed to get us back in our home.

Great company! Andy the owner gave us a quote on replacing our water line to our refrigerator. The quote was in line with other companies that came out to look at it but Andy took time to explain what was needed and gave us options on cheaper ways of accomplishing the job we had which no one else offered, Saving us quite a bit. A helper (Randy) came with Andy and he was very courteous and knowledgeable also. All interactions with the office was very professional and returned all our phone calls almost immediately. Very pleased and Nordic plumbing, and Andy are our plumber from now on and would highly recommend them.

I called Nordic on 4 occasions for repairs. On all 4 occasions they came out in a timely manner. They completeted repairs quickly and professionally. Their pricing is very reasonable. You don't have to worry about being given a crazy price once they get to your home like some other companies in CC. Great company!

I was referred to Nordic by Cape Coral Noland, a plumbing supply company, to replace my under warranty water heater. They took all the appropriate information over the phone to verify the warranty. They then came the next day with the new water heater and installed it in an hour and a half. The cost was very reasonable compared to an outrageous quote I got from Home-Tech. They also hauled away the old unit. I would definitely recommend Nordic.
