We utilize our condo in Ft. Myers a half dozen times per year and rent it out to friends from Pennsylvania for three months per year. In the past we have contacted other plumbers but never again. From the time John came to give us the estimate for replacing our water heater; through the convenient date and timing of the installation; and the service technicians, everything was perfect. I received a recommendation for RotoTech Plumbing. When I called for appointment the gal who answered the phone impressed me immediately. Very personable, helpful and made a great first impression. We sent up an appointment. I received a confirmation and also received text reminders/updates. The arrival window was 9-11, Yadir arrived by 9:15. I stepped him through the items I needed to get fixed. He made a couple of suggestions that greatly improved the usability including a shutoff for the ice maker. He took his shoes off, was very polite and fixed everything. I thought their pricing was very fair. Highly recommend, will definitely use them again.

Even though their schedule was full, Emily squeezed me in, & sent two plumbers out to pre-repair my kitchen sink, that had a dried out silicone seal, causing the sink to sink!
Plus, I had two leaky faucets in the master bathroom, & a loose faucet on the island sink that was fixed. The owner, John, is coming by later to complete the repair of the kitchen sink.
I am VERY impressed with their level of service provided, as a new customer!

Had a waste water line partially blocked by construction debris at my apartment. A very difficult job that took about 5 hours to resolve. The technicians were knowledgeable and gave me updates during the event. Allowed me to take pictures of their camera system to submit to my landlord. They worked as clean as could be expected. The issue did require the removal of a toilet which was re installed and looks as if had never been touched. Overall- great phone response, scheduling, service and follow up. I would give 10 stars if I could.

We've recommended many friends to them for repipes and they've done an excellent job for every one of them. A GREAT company to work with, we highly recommend them.
