David saved the day for me! After working 24 hours straight I came home to a cracked pipe and water leaking through the base boards into my room. David was on site within an hour and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He did an amazing job and I’m beyond happy with the work that was done and how quickly is was done! The entire time James was out here he was very knowledgeable and detail with his work. As first time home buyers I really didn’t know what I was looking at or had the slightest clue about water filter system sand thanks to James I was able to learn a couple things from him and he gave me tips too. So I had a little mishap to where my water system had become contaminated and my water had been turned off by the city. My whole plumbing system had to be completely cleaned and sanitized, without knowing which plumbing company to turn to i decided to call Superior Plumbing solutions, I have used a few other companies before and I was completely blown away by how well i was treated. James the owner by far surpassed my expectations he reassured me that they would help me and they handled everything, the knowledge and professionalism was astonishing. Called Superior Plumbing Solutions late on a Friday for the first time to take care of an outside water emergency I had. They were here in about 10 minutes and did a great job repairing my mistake at a reasonable price! James did an amazing job fixing our clogged kitchen sink. He got us in the next day, and even offered to come the day of (it didn’t work for our schedule). He was extremely professional, friendly, and very thorough. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. We had a serious clog (caused by grease), and he went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He had high tech tools and cameras to show us what was going on. We’ve used multiple plumbers in Cape Coral, and he was hands down the best one we’ve used. We highly recommend Superior Plumbing and will definitely use them again!

I had a waterline break that the city advised me of . It was 3:30 and I was advised that we had wasted 11,000 gallons of water. The owner was able to squeeze us in at 5:30. Carlos showed up and was able find and fix the leak by 6:30. He is very nice man.The company had a big commercial job so they will be working into the wee hours of the morning. We were surprised to find that our entire house needed to be re-piped due to the polybutylene pipe that was installed in our home when it was built. Roto-Tech did an excellent job with the re-pipe. Even the county inspector verified that the plumbing as excellent! John and his team are extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. Didn't like that we had to go buy white ground for him to seal around our new toilet. All he had was beige and that wouldn't look good around a white toilet. Other than that, it was great!
