My experience with Water Works was great. Starting with Michael's customer service listening to what I needed done. They were there when they said they would be. Hector got the jobs done without wasting time and when I asked questions, he explained. I felt the fee for service was reasonable and I wasn't gouged. I had a great overall experience and would hire them again. Thank you for a job well done.

My first experience with Water Works was an issue for my 91 year-old mother and have to say they went above and beyond to accommodate us. I then hired Water Works to put in two toilets. FIrst of all, Michael was super helpful in regards to buying the fixtures and I cannot say enough of James who was the plumber who came out. James was not only efficient and an expert in his field, but kind and courteous. Everything was left very clean and their pricing was more than fair. I will be using them exclusively for my plumbing needs in the future.

City water hookup complete. Thanks to the wonderful team at Water Works. Jeremy and Michael are a pleasure to deal with and provide great customer service. Very reasonably priced compared to many other companies. The installation was fast and efficient and the crew was great. Will definitely have them do the sewer connection when that becomes available.

Ryan and David are amazing! My home had no water and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule the same day. They quickly assess and fix the issue. They were super knowledgeable and took extra time to educate me about what was wrong. I will definitely be calling them next time I have a plumbing issue.

We had issues with both of out outdoor spiggots. I sent an email over the weekend, got an email response and an appointment Monday. David was very knowledgeable and shared all the details of the job. The price quoted was the price paid. I highly recommend.

James has been the most patient with me when it came to consistently asking questions even weeks later when i still did not decide which company to go with. He educated me throughout the entire process since day one. Dre and James came out to do a full install for my well and even educated me about things within my home. They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable & budget friendly, but with incredible material and products. Don’t think twice!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I WOULD 100% WOULD!!!! James v and his tech were both helpful and fixed a simple problem that not even the utility company could figure out. Great service, great guys and great attitude. I went as far as to take their info down and plan on using them in the future for anything.

James was such a help today. Extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator. Made sure every last question I had was answered and went above and beyond to give me tips on how to maintain my water system. Highly recommend Superior.

The technician James came out and gave it his all and when he couldn’t quite get it solved the owner himself came out. The owners name is James as well and I can’t say enough good things about him and his team. They are top notch and our problem was solved. Thank you both for your diligence.

James V. and Dre came to install a water softener system on 6/23. They both are very personable. Their knowledge and expertise is phenomenal. You can tell the passion and back the product by the tone of their voices. I’m looking forward to having filtered soft water. Thank you again for taking time to explain the system and your smiles! If I could give a 10 rating I would!

Reached out to superior plumbing solutions as they came highly recommended from the Lehigh community page. He came out and diagnosed my issues and told me my system wasn’t repairable because the original installer didn’t put on the uv collar causing it to crack and leak. After going back and forward on repairs he recommended to replace the bottle I opted to just replace the entire system as the other bottle would soon go within the next year or so. Him and his team came out and flawlessly installed my system with zero issue. The only issue was on my end as I left my car in the garage too close to the water heater and he couldn’t get in to replace the anode which comes with his service. Fast forward to today I moved the car last night to give him space to work. Once done he sent me pictures of the old one and how bad it was and told me the best maintenance interval time to change it. James is very honest and will work with you anyway he can he even offered me financing so I didn’t have to take the hit so hard he also showed me how to use my system how to do the regeneration and which bottle to do first as I didn’t know how (something a lot of installers won’t do because they want your system to fail so they can come back and charge you again and again) he even told me call me if you ever have any issues and I will walk you through everything . Overall very satisfied with everything start to finish and will definitely use again.

We were out of water for three days at our home, the first company did not check out our plumbing system and just put up a new water pressure tank. David came on day two, explained what he had seen and what needed to be done and by day three David and James came and fixed the water pump. They were transparent and through when explaining what they did. 100% recommend. Very professional and customer service driven. I am so appreciative of their hard work! Thank you James and David!

James and his team are some of the most highly experienced and professionals that I’ve worked with. I mange a restoration company and come across scenarios frequently where a homeowner has experienced water or mold damage from a plumbing leak. Superior is always my number one call to help the customer out, they will always make themselves available day and night and have top notch customer care and communication. They take excellent care of every single one of their customers and I or our mutual customers have not had one bad experience with them ever. I recently moved into a home that runs on well water which is completely new to me. James from Superior Plumbing Solutions came out to test the system and check the water quality. Throughout his process he was happy to explain in detail the why behind the what of the system. James is highly knowledgeable and a certified master in his field. James made some adjustments to the softener system and flushed it with peroxide to be more efficient. He also made some simple recomemdations like changing the salt that I use for better water quality. With well water systems being new to me he could have easily made high cost recommendations for whole house systems which he did not. Superior Plumbing Solutions definitely holds themselves to the highest standards. Thank you James and Superior for your knowledge and professionalism. I will be recommending you to my friends and family!

David and his trainee were super awesome taking care of my issue today at my rental home. I would recommend this company if anyone would ask for a good plumbing service. Also excellent customer service and explain very clearly details about stuff I didn’t know about. Am for sure going to may sure they come again for service when needed again. Thank you very much. Hope that they the one to come fix my softener when it need repair soon.

James provided truly five-star service. We had another local company come out before him, but they weren’t nearly as knowledgeable or helpful. James quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly, taking the time to show us exactly what was going on. He’s honest, fair, and highly skilled in both plumbing and septic work. They did a great job fixing the shower leak in our home. Found the issue within minutes and communicated the issue and that parts were required as well as any possible complications that could occur. During follow up visit, new part was replaced quickly and professionally and luckily without any complications. Would recommend them to any needing plumbing work.

James & David did a great job clearing my extremely cluttered and backed up drains using all of the latest technology, cameras and backwash flushing. Fortunately, they were able to do it all from the outside main drain so no mess inside the house.
James did a phenomenal job diffusing an extremely difficult customer, yes, me. I have several calluses from many different cape coral contractors.
Nothing but praise for this company and would recommend them to anyone.
