Appointment was for shut off valves to be replaced under the kitchen sink Before kitchen remodel gets started in two weeks. Nate our plumber is extremely experienced and in starting the job our Very old faucet totally corroded- fell apart and was not usable. Nate had so much extra work to do trying to remove the old faucet and replace the valves……. I felt bad and he smiled and said these things happen and it’s Not a big deal!! Wow, So polite and patient :-) He installed our new faucet so we would have water until remodel begins. He even had to remove a tile to get the faucet to fit and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Yes- I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for all our future plumbing needs!!

Outstanding service. Highly recommend. Customer service was friendly and professional. Had a service man out same day for repipe estimate and were scheduled for work next week. No pressure and everything was explained with options. Plumbers were knowledgeable, courteous, and repair was done efficiently. Left house as close to spotless after a repipe. We have a home built in 1957 and it needed to be repiped. These guys were great! They were reasonably priced and came in with a team of people to get the job done in a day. It was a ton of work and they were able to get it done. They kept the house as clean as one could and there wasn't a ton of dust anywhere. They answered all of our questions and were more than helpful. I was told they were the go-to company for this job and they did not disappoint. I'd use them again if I ever had the need. They specialize in the older repiping of homes. Great local company who always answered the phone and showed up when they said they would.

Getting your whole house repiped is a scary messy proposition. These guys are absolutely the best of the best. Easy to work with, definitely know what they are doing and reasonably priced. What I thought would be issues they resolved quickly. Cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. Great job guys!

Waterworks installed a hot water heater for me in a condo and were fantastic! They came on time, the plumber was very personable and knowledgeable. He did a great job taking care not to get anything dirty or wet and only took a few hours. Would definitely recommend them! They were very honest, fair and great to work with.

We had 110 year old cast iron drain lines that had rusted through.
Ryan and his helper replaced them with new piping in 4.5 hours. Other well rated plumbers had quoted several days of work with 2 or more workers. Great job by Water Works! We used them before to repipe the incoming lines and they were great then as well.

LOVED Water Works!! Water works did an incredible job with the re pipe of our single family home. It was a team of guys that worked very harmonious together. They were very professional and clean. They were in and out in less than 6 hrs with minimal clean up due to their tidiness and efficiency. We were definitely amazed at the quality of work within such a short time. They also made things hassle free by scheduling the inspection for us and had them out the next morning making things more smoothe. We would 100% recommend Water Works in comparison to the other companies around the area as they were priced more fair, and were a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you guys! 😊

If you need a reliable plumber I would highly recommend ALBERT at Water Works Plumbering. On time, knowledge, and wastes no time. Installed 2 toilets, and a shower equalizer in ample time and extremely reasonable priced. work was in a highly professional manor and cleanup was excellent. Has all the correct tools and hauled away the old ones . Dont waist your time looking for anyone else, call Water Works Plumbing.

We hired Water Works Plumbing for a total repipe on the potable water system and install 2 new shower valves in our home. They arrived exactly on time and had the project completed by mid afternoon. All the work was done the way we were told it would be…the correct way! Licensed Plumbers are the only way to go people!

If I could give less than one star, I would.

Water Works Plumbing has been one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had. They came out on a Friday to install shower hardware, balance and secure a couple of toilets, and fix a leaking toilet gasket. Unfortunately, the situation was mishandled from start to finish.

The plumber installed the shower hardware but only after the fact did he inform me that the pipe was misaligned (which he blamed on the tiler) and that he “had to make it work.” In doing so, he chipped the brand new tile that was just installed, and his solution? He colored it in with a blue Sharpie. Yes, you read that correctly. And instead of alerting me before doing this damage, he waited until everything was done and there was nothing I could do about it.

As for the toilets, despite assuring me that he had fixed and balanced them, they are still wobbly and unstable to sit on. Lastly, he told me he couldn’t fix the leaking gasket because he didn’t bring the correct part. So essentially, I was paying for someone to leave things in worse shape than they were when they arrived.

To make matters worse, when I called the company the Monday morning to address these issues, I was met with rudeness and complete lack of professionalism. The woman on the phone sarcastically told me that she doesn’t know why the plumber didn’t take photos, “because she isn’t a plumber.” Since when is taking accountability exclusive to plumbers? On top of that, she told me they haven’t even sent me the invoice yet, so they couldn’t “do anything until later.”

While I understand Water Works Plumbing has some good reviews, this experience speaks volumes about how they handle mistakes and customer care. Whether I got a bad plumber or not, the dismissive treatment I received afterward guarantees I will never be using their services again.

Proceed with caution.

I Purchased a place in Naples that was in need of a re-pipe due to existing poly pipe. I called water works from a referral and spoke to Michael. Mike came out as scheduled and went over the entire job from start to finish with me. This was before I even closed on the unit.
I proceeded with the signing to proceed with the job. I was then fortunate enough to deal with Kim in the office the remainder of the way. Kim , whom I do not know and never met was completely helpful and accommodating. Kim guided me through all the steps and worked with me knowing that insurance would be extremely expensive if the piping was not done. She scheduled my job as soon as possible and scheduled my inspections shortly thereafter so I could be buttoned up and proceed with getting our house in order. Kim went above and beyond what I would have expected. Water Works is an absolute must for all your plumbing needs. Punctual, accommodating and kind. Making our new purchase more enjoyable. Water Works did a complete repipe of my house. I cannot find anything to complain about. They said that it would take 3 back-to-back days, including the city inspection.... and that's exactly what it took.
The crews obviously knew their jobs, were friendly and accommodating. They did not hesitate to consult me on anything that came up.
I also got three different estimates. One was close, the other much more.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any plumbing situation I might have.

Waterworks Exceeded our Expectations by far, they re- piped our entire home. They ran pipes where we thought were impossible. The damage to the walls was not nearly as bad as we thought it would be.
