Iwas very happy with my 2nd experience with rotorooter. Jesse came to repair a broken kitchen faucet. He was prompt,courteous, and knowledgeable. I was given a free estimate along with my options with no pressure whatsoever.
He came back the very next morning and replaced the faucet.
I will definitely use rotorooter again when the need arises.

My parents called upon the assistance from Roto-Rooter due to a clogged mail line which they have been combating for several months with DIY home tactics, but couldn't sufficiently remedy. Long story short, their technician #138 (Dylan) came out, correctly diagnosed and treated the problem to get my parents up and running again. My parents are older folks in age, however their tech treated them honestly, professionally and fairly which is hard to come by nowadays. Thanks a million for your services.

When I say that this was the best money I ever spent - it was worth every penny. Twice before I have had my issue addressed and it never really was. Tony knew he could resolve my issue and did not quit trying until he did. He could have opted for going a different route and digging up my living room and kitchen floors and tiles or removing my kitchen cabinets, but because of his level of knowledge and persistence - and having all the right tools, we did not need to. 50 year old houses come with gotchas - be we got this one taken care of with roto-rooter.

I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing work! Joe was amazing and I would request him if I ever need any plumbing work in the future.! He was professional, so polite and honest. He came out yesterday and cleared out a clogged pipe that caused both my toilets to back up. And made some suggestions so this would not happen again. Thank you Joe!

Having to call a plumber is usually a painful experience, BUT, from the first phone call to Roto-Rooter in Cape Coral, to the final explanation of the procedures, all went beautifully. The office found someone who was available and dispatched him right away. Jesse, the technician, solved our problem, explained how to avoid such a problem in the future, and even mopped the kitchen floor! I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter the next time we have a problem.

After attempting to fix my dripping faucet on my own, I ended up with a bit of flooding, a leaking sink, and no idea where my water main was to shut it down. I was able to get the leak stabilized so I asked them to send somebody in the morning. Jesse (#68) showed up at about 9:30 and quickly got everything back under control. He was personable, quick, and very informative on what to do moving forward. So thankful that they were able to come out so quickly and get everything corrected. Hopefully I won't need to, but I will absolutely use them again if need be!

Young man was okay, explained what he was going to do. Brought me the invoice and I was stunned. 30 min. job and maybe $15 parts. He was finished in 1/2 hour and brought me the bill with your $20 off, and gave me a Military discount of $30. The bill was still $228.75, that is criminal. I could have done it for $30.00 or less. Didn't have the part and my pump was running continuously, so I bit the bullet. I will never use Rotorooter again and if asked I will be truthful. Feel like I was taken advantage of, senior on a fixed income. All he did was braise a new outside water faucet for hose.

It had been almost 2 years since Rotor Rooter had cleaned out our lines and I called just to be sure our lines were clear. Good think I called because we had lots of roots growing. Jesse Martin did an excellent job clearing all the roots.

Roto-Rooter came out FAST! and called to let me know they were on the way so I didn't have to wait around. When their very professional and friendly plumber got here, he listened to my concerns, gave me all of my options and then did the job with no fuss and cleaned up afterwards! And then helped me out with some other plumbing issues as a favor as well as advice to avoid trouble in the future. 100% recommended.

On 11/4/16 we had a late night problem with our pipes and called Roto-Rooter. The dispatcher was extremely pleasant and assured us when we could expect to hear from our service technician. We promptly received a call from Bryan (Invoice #97193). Bryan arrived when he said he would. He was very qualified, pleasant, and explained everything he did to my husband. In addition, he went out of his way to give us tips for basic maintenance on plumbing around the house. He even mentioned "I love my job". This is all very refreshing to see and hear in this "day and age" . All this after working from 7:00am that morning and spending well over 3 hours with us and leaving at midnight. This world needs more people like Bryan in the service industry. Call Roto-Rooter!

Overall the service was very good with Roto Rooter. The only problem was no one returned my initial call. But after my second call a plumber technician was sent right out to my home in Ft Myers. He found the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was very personable and helpful.

David K from Roto Rooter did an incredible job. We were leaving town and he came within a couple hours of calling his company. He stayed until all the work was done -8:15 pm on a Saturday. He did an amazing job with the camera and jetting. Couldn’t be happier with Roto Rooter and David specifically.

We had problems with both our toilets and called Roto-Rooter because we had used them before with excellent results. They responded promptly and fixed the problems quickly and professionally. Woman taking initial phone call was wonderful and very helpful. She arranged a very quick service visit. Jesse, the plumber was efficient and also very customer orientated. He showed me exactly what needed to be done and completed the work quickly. Very good job.

Called them after having what appeared to be a big leak and called Roto-Rooter and their employee came out and found a small drip hat has been there for at least 2 years. Very professional and polite. Fixed the problem and double checked the pipes and charged me for just a service call. Very pleased with the response time and the employee named Jesse. Very honest.

Jesse was AMAZING!! On the night before a planned family 4th of July party of about 30 people at our house guess what . . . you guessed it a block in the sewer pipe and backup into the house. At 11:30 pm called for a service call and Jesse arrived just shortly after midnight as though it was 12 pm rather than 12 am! He was friendly and extremely professional. Within an hour he had our problem resolved and was on his way. He took the time to show us and explain what the problem was. I will definitely use Roto Rooter in the future if the need arises.

I called Roto-Rooter Monday morning. I spoke with a real human being, Chris, I think, who promptly set up an appointment at my house for that very afternoon. Per my request, she called in the afternoon to give me a half hour heads up to give me a chance to get home. The technician was a fellow named Pat, who was experienced, personable and efficient. He took the time to answer all my questions and make $ saving suggestions. Super service!

One phone call to Roto-Rooter (Yellow Pages)on Monday morning and I was put on a 'first available' status. I really thought that it would take most of the day for someone to show up; you can imagine my delight when within the hour the young lady called back and said that the technician was on the way!

Jesse came within 15 minutes of this call, friendly, professional and knew just what to do. He quoted me a price, climbed upon the roof and cleaned out the lines in less than an hour. I had my kitchen and laundry back in business and happily paid the bill. Thank you, Jesse and thank you Roto-Rooter!

I needed my garbage disposal in the kitchen sink repaired or replaced. I called Roto-Rooter because it is such a well known name in the plumbing business. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and quick to make an appointment at my convenience. Dylan, technician #138 arrived on time, was quick to find the problem and acted very professional. Dylan left the work area very neat and made sure I was educated to know what to do if there should be any future problems. We would certainly use Rotor-Rooter's services again.

Had Roto Rooter out to clear blockages and settling issues with my sewer drainage pipes under my living room. The three guys I had do the work, Francisco, Chris and Rich were top notch. They were very professional and you could tell it was not their first rodeo. The amount of draping and concern for cleanliness was more than I expected. The work was completed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this location to any one in need of plumbing work.

Your technician Jessie did a superb job. Got to our home quickly, went right to work unclogging two drains. We had two licensed plumbers attempt to clear a bathtub drain and a drain in the kitchen wet bar, without success. Two hours after arriving, Jessie had competed the work and we are delighted to have our plumbing working as it should for the first time since we bought our house 15 years ago. The price was right and Jessie was a pleasure to deal with. A really great experience and I would suggest anyone with a slow clearing drain to contact Roto Rooter first and save yourself some time and money.
