I called last Friday to get someone to pump out the water from our well and they said they would be there before the end of the day. No show. I called again on Saturday and I was promised the same. No show. Horrible client experience! How are you doing today tell someone you'll be there and not even bother to call to say you can't make it? And not once, but twice! Completely disappointed, would not recommend as they apparently can't keep an appointment, I would hate to see how they actually perform if they were to come.

Hired to install necessary city water & sewerage. Installed the water system & disconnected the septic but never finished the septic tank drainage & ‘crushing & filling’ of it. Tried contacting him repeatedly many times but never replied (one time only & said he would come to complete but never did). Also crew broke my gate & severed my internet cable & left me with unleveled lawn ditches & no fill or replacing any grass with sod pieces to stop erosion ! ! Only glad I paid him half the total bill. Biggest mistake I made hiring this guy.

I was so happy with the work that Jesse did re piping my yard. He worked all day without a break, and got rid of my leak. Yeah! He deserves a raise for the job he did... and I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone!

I am writing regarding service I received from Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service at my location in Whiskey Creek in Ft. Myers.
Last evening (4/11/2013) totally unexpectedly sewage began backing up into a shower located in my villa. Immediately I tried to clear the problem by plunging the toilet all to know avail. Immediately I called Roto-Rooter for assistance. The dispatcher Two gentlemen, Chris and Matt (technician Number 116 arrived shortly and began work. The area I live in is over 30 years old and cleanouts are no longer visible as grass had taken over the pipes into the ground. First the tried the stack on the roof, then, they removed a toilet and again tried to clear the problem this way. Finally, they returned outside to try to find a cleanout. Somehow, they located a cleanout an quickly cleared the pipe. However, they were not finished. Next, they inserted a camera into the pipe and pin pointed not 1 but 2 existing problems in the sewer connection to the house. Additionally, they located a second cleanout and assisted in marking the location of that as well as a major problem with the connection. They spent time showing me the situation so that I could take further remedial action.
Still not complete, they returned to replace the toilet as well as cleaning up the mess that had been left from the backup.
To say I was impressed would be an understatement. The quality rating of Excellent simply does not define the service that I received from them last night. I have become a true believer and can only say they are the best. Polite, professional, and capable. This is one of those diamond in the rough organization. Bravo to Matt and Chris and the Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain service In Cape Coral. Thank you so much.

I've always thought of Roto-Rooter right up there with dentists and root canals, but this was a whole different experience! Downspout off our roof was completely clogged with dirt & roots and we had no idea where the French drain pipe actually ended. Jesse from RR came immediately, snaked in, found the pipe going UNDER the driveway to the property-line hedge! Who knew? So he cleaned it out, installed a neat and nearly invisible lawn box to protect the drain in the future and cleaned everything up very nicely.
Drainage has plagued us since we bought this house in Bonita Springs, FL two years ago. Great job, problem solved!

I had Roto-Rooter come out for a frequently-clogging toilet, thinking it was due to roots in the line. They sent out the plumber Pat to come out to the house in the Ft Myres area and they were here pretty quickly and got to work right away. Pat was extremely thorough and really helped work through the problem. The issue ended up being a shoddy-repair job of the Clean Out pipe. He used a lot of their technology to help make sure his work was getting the job done, including the video-camera inspection and sonar guided locator. He had all of his equipment quickly available at hand, and was very friendly throughout the process. I really liked that they do not charge any additional price or rate to come out on a Sunday too!

I Would NOT recommend Roto-Rooter. They are a Rip off. Pat from Roto-Rooter and said the the 45 between my clean out and septic was bellied I believe is the word he used. Lower than the rest. Gave me an estimate of 1100-1200 .to repair. He took 4 hours to dig it and then placed a rock under the 45 and buried it back. Never really repairing anything. I think the charge was excess for the Lack of work . He basically charged $300 an hour to dig a hole and cover it back up. After speaking to several friends and family members after having work done they all agreed had heard they are over priced.
I spoke to owner and he said charge was right and disregarded the fact that I was unhappy due to lack of repair !

Chris from Roto-Rooter came to my house on Sunday and attempted to clear a kitchen drain clog. He did his best but was unable to clear the clog even after using his drain machine for almost one hour. *5' later the clog was still there. He came back Monday and proceeded to use a camera and high pressure hose to clear all the drain lines in my 60 year old house. He showed me step by step what he was doing and at the end of the job all drains were clean and running freely. He replaced the outside clean-out with a much better solution than what previously existed. I could not be happier with his expert work ethic. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter in Cape Coral.

My drainage got clogged, i requested service and in about 30 minutes specialist was at my property. Connor quickly found what was a problem (full septic), he suggested to pump it and showed me via camera proof and explained what needs to be done. And this inspection was at no cost. I glad i called Roto-Rooter.

After showering I turned the knob to shut off the water. GUSH! I ran like a chicken with its head cut off to stop the pressurized water shoting out off where the shower knob had been. My first and only choice was Roto-Rooter. Within the hour a very nice man showed up and took on my problem like it was his own. The people at Roto Rooter are consistantly going above and beyond with geniune concern and helpfulness. Pat, the second plumber at my home solved our problem at a very fair price. He educated me as to use of the new equiptment he had installed and honestly he had to do quite a bit of research to track it down...I live in a manufactured home so this could have been quite expensive. I was able to call and get a late night appoint due to work hours which was very convenient. I was coming from Ft. Myers to home which is in Cape Coral and found plumber Pat #122 had arrived at my home first. He wasted not time at all and was able to find a resolution to the problem right away. Pat was very knowledgeable and friendly during the entire process. I would definitely recommend this company and the well trained staff to everyone I know.

Dylan came out on New Year's day and arrived fairly soon after my call. Not only did he solve the problem, but he found the cause of the clog, which had previously been overlooked. This issue would have repeatedly occurred, had he not found the problem. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, and there was no extra charge for the holiday. We were still able to go to the beach, as previously planned. Thanks, Roto-Rooter, for saving the day!

I needed a plumber to come out to a condo in Cape Coral and had a very limited time frame. A roto-rooter technician was dispatched that same day & was able to fix the problem with my washer very quickly. What a relief! It was an easy fix and the technician was very upfront about the time frame and cost involved.

On Thanksgiving eve 2016 around 9:30 pm i noticed that our water heater went in a closet in a added on bedroom to our home. water was everywhere and after the initial panic of what to do i called a few pluming 24hr emergency "experts" that popped up first on my Google search none of the three first listed bothered with a call back! I then saw RotoRooter and called them they immediately called back and said they were sending someone and they will be there in a half hour. What a blessing this was! a half hour later Bryan the plumbing tech they sent went beyond and out of his way to make sure we had water for the next couple days since we could not get a heater till Friday because of this happening the night before Thanksgiving. Friday Bryan meet me at Lowes to help me load my heater and came to my home to install it!! The kindness of this guy blew my mind and RotoRooter should be very proud to have an outstanding employee like Bryan. I called Roto-Rooter of Ft. Myers because we needed a plumber for a sewage back-up in your house. The technician, Jesse, was great. Fast, professional and got the job done in no time. He even did some extra work to make sure that our drains were clear and that the water would drain quickly. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter in the future.
