I can't say enough about the excellent service I received from Rotor Rooter, and, Mike in particular. I had a late night emergency on a Saturday night, which turned out to be a blockage in the main sewer line. The operator answered promptly, was very pleasant and assured me a technician would be in touch shortly. Sure enough, Mike called within 10 minutes and after explaining the problem, he told me he'd be there within the 1/2 hour. Mike was prompt, courteous, professional, and obviously knew his job well. He quickly located the problem, showed me what the issue was, and gave me an estimate to do the work. He took care of the immediate issue right away so that we could use the facilities and then came beck the next morning, when he is typically not working, to complete the major work. He also asked if there were any other issues he could help with while he was there. And it turned out that I had just found a leak at our trash disposal, so he immediately I fixed that, to. I was so impressed with his professionalism and his work that I told him I will be requesting him in the future for any plumbing work that I need. I highly recommend Dan Magruder at Roto-Rooter. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the process. I had my sewer lines (50 yrs old) jetted out . They were slow to drain and clogged from years of build up. He was able to show me the difference with the camera (before and after). Very professional and reasonably priced - overall great value and experience!

I am writing this review not based on winning a Pulitzer nor am I writing it to win any prize or free service. Most Americans don't appreciate the little things that matter in a big way such as the air we breath, the water we drink, the sewage we don't see, the electricity that lights, warms or cools our homes and our freedoms. I am now understanding how fortunate we are and how these little "overlooked" things can send you back into the dark ages. Rooter-Rooter and the companies associate "Jesse #68"…allowed me to use the simplicity of a toilet without the worries of a back-up, I once had. The pricing was above par "Excellent, Inexpensive, Reasonable, and Straight forth in communication" compared to the companies currently servicing the same industry they are in. Jesse provided quick results, passionate service, a clean environment while fixing my plumping issues in a speedy and reliable way. Jose came out and gave me a fair and honest assessment t of my situation. A few days later Jose and Jimmy returned and provided excellent service. They knew what they were doing and were professional, courteous, and provided outstanding customer service. They actually fixed an separate plumbing issue that I was having along with why I called them in the first place. I highly recommend the Fort Myers Roto-Rooter Team!! Well Done!

Realized late Sunday night that our 12-year-old water heater was leaking. Quick Internet search revealed that the lifespan is typically 8-12 years so we figured it was a good time to just go ahead and replace it rather than trying to have it worked on. Had never required the services of a plumber in this city so we were unsure who to turn to, especially considering the late weekend hour. Checked the Google reviews of several local companies that were currently open and found that Roto-Rooter Cape Coral had the absolute best reviews in regard to both overall volume and 5-star ratings so we decided to call, thinking it could end up being several days to get repaired. We put in the call to the service center and within minutes Steve (tech #154) called us back to find out what was going on and give us a quote on the replacement. While on the phone with him, he realized he had a unit available and could do the install the same night which was a real blessing for us so that we would not be without hot water for a day or two. He loaded up the unit, picked up the parts he needed, and was on his way in no time and was here till almost 11pm on a Sunday night in a dark garage installing the new unit and even hauled off the old one for us which was a huge plus as I feared that thing would see here for weeks as the large item pickups here in Cape Coral have been an issue for a long time so that was really the icing on the cake. We felt that it was a great price and were very happy with the work performed and especially pleased that we were able to be fit in on such short notice on a late weekend night. We would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter (& Steve!) to all of our friends and neighbors. It's nice to know that people like Steve and companies like Roto-Rooter are out there when one needs them. Roti-Rooter came to my house because my toilet was intermittently clogging up. The service rep, Dylan, was very professional, told me all the options and proposed a plan of action. He did his thing and seems to have solved the problem. I say "seems" because the problem was intermittent, but so far so good. And I have a 7 day warranty so if it is not fixed he will come out again. I was very happy with his work and the company pricing. I will call them next time I need any plumbing work in my house.

Within 2 hours of my phone call Jessie arrived at my door. He quickly located the problem of roots growing in my clean out pipe, dug it out and patched the pipe to prevent future growth. He was polite and professional. Very happy for the peace of mind he brought. He is a plumber from FT Myers Roto-Rooter. Highly recommend this company

Service was nothing short of outstanding! We arrived home Thursday night to hot water gushing from one of our hot water heaters. We turned off the water supply and called Roto-Rooter. Representative was at our house early Friday morning, did a diagnosis, and determined we needed to replace one heater. He had to go get the appropriate new unit and install it, and told us we would have hot water by early afternoon. By noon everything was in order, and my garage floor has never been cleaner! Awesome job Jesse! Thank you.

We had a new water heater installed. I called and got an on-site estimate within 3 hours and installation the next day! At a great price !!! The installers were friendly and professional. They kept the work site clean and thoroughly explained our install options. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter.

We had a leaky faucet that they came out same day to fix. Steven Maddison was our tech and he was amazing. Very timely. Very professional. He new what was wrong before he even got there just by talking to us on the phone. Very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to make sure he didn't make a mess either. Would use again.

I am very impressed with the service and response time from this company. An outside pipe was nicked with the push mower and caused the pipe to snap. Of all days for this to happen, it was a Sunday morning right before a holiday. They came right away (less than an hour after.calling them) and got right to work. Our service technician, Jesse, was wonderful! He explained what the damage was, how he was going to fix it, and what to do if we had problems in the future. We will only recommend Roto-Rooter and use them again in the future!

Roto Rooter provided an excellent service in assisting with needed repairs. From the initial call for appointment setup , the ladies at call center were polite and answered questions efficiently. For our service technician, Jesse, he is very professional and knowledgeable. During his initial assessment for a free estimate on fixing our toilet, I had asked him to look at a sink drain leak for me. He was able to do a quick fix and did not charge me for it. Now for the actual work I got an estimate for. Jesse gave me several options as far as saving money and explained exactly what he is going to do. i ended up buying a new toilet for him to install which saved me money. Jesse was able to install the toilet within the hour and even put everything back in the bathroom nice and neat! This service was completed approximately 3 weeks ago prior to this post and so far toilet is working great.

We needed a plumber immediately due to the fact that all of a sudden our toilets would not flush. Roto-Rooter sent someone to our home within a hour and a half. Dan was the technician and he was great. We had some roots that had grown into our line going to the sewer and he took care of it for us. I would highly recommend this company.and Dan. He was very professional, friendly and he knows what he is doing!

I was very impressed with the promptness and professionalism by the customer care rep who set up my appointment to the arrival of my plumber Aron #148. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain in detail what needed to be done. His work was excellent and done in a timely manner. He even took an extra trip back to the warehouse to make sure I had the proper plumbing equipment needed. I will recommend Rotor Rooter to family and friends. The price was reasonable especially with the time that was spent on my plumbing needs.

We had a construction related problem that clogged our clean-out, but we had no idea where it was. Nick from Roto-Rooter showed up in less that 30 min and dove into the project. He found the location of the clean out access point, helped move a couple of pallets of tiles that were covering it. He found that construction contractors had damaged the clean out, then it filled with dirt, rocks, etc. He dove into a disgusting situation and cleaned out the debris to free up the problem. Can't say enough about Nicks's professionalism, attitude, and knowledge. He has some amazing tools you won't find at the hardware store. I can't recommend Nick from Roto- Rooter enough!

Do not call Roto Rooter Cape Coral location. We called them for a simple clogged toilet and we were way overcharged $1800. The technician was only here for under two hours and cleaned our sewer pipes out but the charge was too much. We are senior citizens and I feel we were taken advantage of in a vulnerable situation. I tried calling the manager numerous times and they never called me back. I even contacted the corporate office and no one got back to me. I just wanted an explanation of why the charge was so much. I will never call Roto Rooter again. I know I agreed to the charge but I still feel like we were ripped off because we didn’t know the going rate for this service. Thank you for listening.

I have used the services of Waterworks several times. The personnel were always prompt, p rofessional , courteous and the work was always completed with no problems.

I am overly impressed with my experience with Water Works Plumbing. I lack trust and I've learned to be a cautious consumer.

I only had cold water in my condo. No hot water during the recent freezing cold weather in Cape Coral, FL. When I saw the Water Works Truck at the condo next to me I went over and met "Jamie." He was professional and knowledgeable. He took time to hear me. Jamie has empathy. A rarity these days.

I called the office and spoke with Mike (Michael) who again I was impressed with. Learning it is a family operated business, their history and prompt attention to my problem I felt at ease.

The rest is history! Everything went well and I now have hot water. I foresee having a plumbing company that I would highly recommend and go to in the future!!!

We had Water Works men come in on Tuesday October 23rd to replace our pipes throughout our Condo and they were very professional and courteous and did an amazing job. And as a bonus they finished early!! Justin was in charge of that job. 2 days later after the inspection was done with no issues Ivan and Adam came in to replace all the drywall they introduced themselves and we're friendly and thorough Ivan found 2 areas of mold that were missed by the mold company and showed me & I was able to take pictures of it!! Thank God imhe found it, we were able to get the mold company to come in while they were here to take care of those 2 areas. We now are mold free and have beautiful new pipes! I would highly recommend Water Works!! Very professional, thorough,and courteous workers!!

As new residents to our neighborhood we needed a plumber to do some minor hookups. Brad was referred to us and he did a great job. He was in and out in no time, checking to be sure the hookups were working properly. But I also pointed out my concern about the age the water heater. He confirmed my suspicions and had his technician Jamie here to replace it in two days. Being new to the neighborhood and buying a house that needed some attention, it is great to already have someone we can rely on in the future. Thank You Brad and Jamie
