I bought a new water heater from Lowe's, but they were way overpriced on their installation charge. I tried to contact the installer of the original water heater, but he had retired; however, on his website he recommended Nordic Plumbing. So glad he did, as I contacted them and they installed it two days later. They even came back a week later to adjust the temperature. A very fair price and the tech was excellent. Recommended

Nordic has done plumbing for us through our builder several times over the years and we have always been pleased with their professionalism and quality of their work. This week our home watch found a leak in our garage while we were out of town, and Nordic plumbing provided excellent, timely service. Jarrett was in touch with me multiple times during the repair project and did an thorough job investigating the problem and returning to complete the repair the same day. Just exceptional service.

Years ago, I hired Nordic Plumbing to install a new water heater and within four years it started leaking. (Nordic failed to install the required expansion tank). I had Nordic Plumbing come out and install another water heater and it started leaking within 2 years. (Nordic failed to install the required expansion tank). Again, I called Nordic to install another water heater and he installed the heater without installing an expansion tank. I questioned Andy about not complying with the building code and he said that he never uses an expansion tank.

The reason the previous water heaters started leaking was because he failed to install the required expansion tanks. That is why they are required by the Florida Building Code. They are also required in the installation manual. Andy refused to refund me for the failed installs and I will never use him again.

Great company, professional, prompt and quality workmanship. Recently had our master bath gutted and remodeled, Nordic did all of the plumbing work and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Nordic for all your plumbing needs.

I hired two other plumbers that couldn't fix my problem. Andrew came out and had the issue fixed immediately. I know how hard it is to find smart, responsible, skilled workers and I truly appreciate Nordic Plumbing and Andrew and would recommend them always!

I would like to thank Nordic Plumbing to coming right away to fix the leak that occurred somewhere between my water meter to my house main. (My neighbor, who is a general contractor recommended Nordic Plumbing to me.) Jon came and fixed the issues in a couple of hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job in making repairs to my water main line. Tammy, back in the office, did a great job in setting up the appointment and clearly communicated to me what to expect before Jon arrived. I want to thank them and would highly recommend them to anyone needing fast and professional service.

Would give 6 stars if possible. They have done emergency work for us and and also did a whole house repipe. They use superior materials( no pex) and patch walls matched stucco to perfection. Don't get ripped off by other companies, don't call "B..st Home Ser..." ever.

Walked out to my garage and found my hot water heater leaking. It was years past its life expectancy so I knew it was time for a new one. After trying to get straight answers from other plumbing businesses, we contacted Quality Plumbing. We received a call back almost immediately, with a reasonable quote for the install of a water heater. We got a time frame of 1-4pm. Dan arrived at 1pm! The install went smoothly. We got useful information on services for future reference. The work area was cleaned and the old unit hauled away. Totally satisfied with service, will not use anyone else! As a bonus: Since buying the house months ago, we had horrible moaning sounds coming from the pipes when using water anywhere in the house. No idea what magic Dan did but after the heater install, there is silence in the house. Thank you, thank you!!
