I had a leak in my bathroom, I called Personal Plumbers on Thursday night around 8pm and they were at my house 8am the very next day! They fixed the problem immediately and were so kind! I would recommend this company to anyone!!!

Very friendly technicians and office staff. Installed new water lines for us for an outdoor shower. Did a thorough job, used quality materials, and stayed til the job was done. Excellent job, will be using them again.

I paid 430 dollars for the insides of a toilet and the valve that connects from the wall to the toilet. Parts in total are maybe 20-25 dollars. They were done in one hour. That’s 410 per hour on labor!!!!

Unfortunately this is the second time I used them and to replace a similar valve it was 75 dollars less than this time. Just beware, they get you because they won’t quote you until they are on-site.

Certainly my last time I’ll call that number.

I have used personal plumbers a few times for different repairs and I can say they always show up when they say they will, always give me a fair price and they always clean up when they are done. I will always call them for my plumbing work. I also bought one of the gold cpp plans so I get a discount anytime I need a repair.

Watch out not a plumber professional plumbing contractor i made a mistake and called them they went and to property called told me the needs rebuild and told the the tenant if it happened again the toilet needs replaced never said nothing to me about the toilet should be replaced watch out

Came out quickly to fix a leak in our bathroom wall we noticed when we were ripping out baseboard, next day our water system wasn't working. Called them out to look at it, tried to tell me we needed a new brand new water system at around 6k. Got a second opinion, it was just a tripped GFI switch that needed to be reset, the system was looked over and is running perfect condition. Said I would use them again but changing our minds now.

These plumbers and staff was amazing! Came out 11pm on a Saturday night to my airbnb renters that had a backup in the shower! They arrived within 30 min and had it diagnosed and fixed within the hour!! Beyond impressed! Thank you!

I called personal plumbers and the owner of the company was incredibly professional. He came out to my house personally to clear out a drain that was clogged. They fixed the issue efficiently, left the job site clean, and handled themselves in a very professional manner. I highly recommend them to every one.

HIGHLY recommend Personal Plumbers! I got a recommendation for them from a fiend of a friend so I gave them a shot. So glad I did! Hadn’t had my hot water heater serviced since buying a new place so it was time. In addition I had a small list of things I wanted them to look at. When they told me there would be an $18 service call fee I had to clarify that it was 1-8; not 8-0. Yep, $18. No problem.

Chris and Josh were friendly and knowledgeable, inspecting my water lines as well. They were patient with me and went over all my options. I signed up for a two year maintenance package. We scheduled a time for them to come back and do the work (flush hot water heater and replace water filter) the following week. There was a glitch the day of the service because the water filter had to be special ordered and it didn’t come in on time. They were so apologetic but we just moved the service out a couple days. They worked to accommodate my work schedule. Chris and Josh were on time and got right to work. They were in and out in no time. Since I bought the maintenance package, there was no charge for flushing the hw heater but I expected to be charged for the water filter. Nope…one free service when you sign up for the maintenance plan. Sweet!

To top it all off, as they were leaving I asked them for a favor…could they help me with a new hose head that I purchased? (I couldn’t get the old one off). No problem…done in seconds. They also do bathroom remodels, which I hope to hire them for when I’m ready.

I love it when I can support a small business (veteran owned). These are good people who are great at their jobs. I now feel like I have my own personal plumber, which I suppose is their goal. 😉

We had our home Re plumbed and I must say it was the most amazing experience from start to finish. They were on time, extremely communicative, priced fairly and did the job quickly and efficiently.
