I've had to use Franzese twice this month and have used them in the past. Chris came out and fixed our issue in no time!! He was extremely nice and very personable! Their prices are very reasonable. I had called another company in the area who wanted to charge me over $300 to change out a showe cartridge!! Franzese didn't charge me anywhere near that! I highly recommend them!!!

A very satisfied repeat customer! I called yesterday morning to request service on our guest bath toilet, and was able to secure an appointment for the very next day. The plumber, Chris, arrived on time this afternoon, and fixed a tough problem expertly. The charges were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Backflow Preventor just died and water spewed everywhere…gushed out. My neighbor recommended Franzese, so I called immediately. They were out in about an hour and had the repair done with my water back on within 30 minutes.

I had a pretty significant pipe break in the front yard on the house side of the meter box and it was pouring pretty severely. Had the city come out first to see where it was and they determined it was on the house side of the box. My contractor neighbor happened to be standing outside when I was chatting with the city water guy and I asked him if he knew anyone that was trustworthy and could get out quickly. He told me that he'd been using Franzese for all his plumbing work for 30 years. They came out within maybe 30-40 minutes of getting called. The guy that showed up was Tyler and was very professional and seemed like a very nice person. He quickly gave me a quote which was very reasonable especially considering he was going to have to dig down a bit into the front lawn and there were a lot of palm tree roots in the way. The roots likely caused the rupture in the first place. Tyler quickly and efficiently went to work, made the repair which was a bit tricky due to way this thing broke. Once repaired, he tested and filled where he had to dig back up, thanked me for my business and was on his way. I will absolutely use Franzese again based on my positive experience and fair pricing. I also own a company with service technicians out on the road and I would be very pleased to have one of my employees handle themselves in the manner Tyler did. Thank you Franzese for making what could have been a nightmare into a positive experience. You have earner my future business for sure!

We had four faucets in our condo replaced and a new toilet seal installed. We were impressed with the pleasant disposition and professionalism of both plumbers (Erwin and Larry) who were on site. We appreciated them explaining things that needed to be done and why. They did a good job of cleaning up after their work was completed. The lady who answers the phone and schedule the appointments was courteous and professional. We would not hesitate using them in the future.

We called this establishment with the rain storm happening on June 10th 2024. They sent us Chris who was able to handle this situation in a professional manner. It was a outdoor water hose spicket by the dock that had broken off. We had to shut off the water for the whole house, so it was somewhat of an emergency. Chris and his coworkers were friendly and courteous, they were able to install a better replacement connector and get the job done within a hour. With the rain pouring down they still completed the work with a great attitude. Thanks for helping us out with this situation. I know we had to pay a little extra for the completion, but other companies wanted to charge almost twice as much and there were some who couldn't show up till next week.

My second opportunity to utilize Franzese Plumbing. First time was to have them repair a leaking water main. The second was to replace a toilet flange and clear a clog.

Both times the plumbers that came out were on time, efficient, tidy and got the job done. My only call for a plumber is Franzese.

Used Franzese Plumbing 2 times. Both times I have been very satisfied with the employee and the work they have done. Been a good experience with this company.

Service was great, prompt, technician was great also. My only issue is the technician began to work before giving me a diagnosis or price to repair it. Did the repair, did it quick, no parts required than I was hit with a $325 bill. Quite honestly, I had known that cause I would’ve probably shopped a little bit. All it was a minor bathroom sink clog. Maybe that’s the going rate I’m new to Plumbing in this area but to not give me a price or a chance to agree to move forward with a price is not the way to do it.

The city called and noticed that my water usage was very high compared to normal. Did not see anything out of the ordinary but I called Franzese Plumbing. They were here within the half hour of my call. Austin found that I had a main pipe break in the front lawn from the meter box. He explained the issues, problems and the options. He had to dig up my front lawn fix the pipe leak from the meter. He was prompt, courteous and extremely professional!! I had used Franzese about a year ago for a different issue and going forward Franzese will be the go to Plumbing company for me!!!

We had a great experience with Franzese Plumbing in case anyone needs a plumber. Called last night at 9pm (Saturday night) with a broken main water pipe. I asked if they could come out today (Sunday). They were here by 8:30am and fixed the pipe in no time. So happy we were only without water overnight :)We have used them several times throughout the years and are always happy with their service.
