I had a water heater warranty swap out done (originally purchased and installed by them as well). At first there was a mix up on pricing but the owner contacted me directly and assured they would make everything right. An employee named Morris came out and did the swap out. He was friendly, fast, and overly thorough. He was attentive to any of my concerns and went above and beyond what I believe he was required to do. Although the process started out rough, the steps taken to make everything right far outweighs the mix up in the beginning. I would recommend Davis Jr. and I will continue using them in the future.

Great company and fair pricing. I had a kitchen remodel and they took care of all the plumbing with no headaches. They even came out on Sunday when my faucet had a defect and I got a replacement that needed installation.

We paid Davis, plumbing $2500, in advance, to convert our home to city water. It took them almost 3 months to show up to do the work when they told us the job would be done in four weeks. They wouldn’t return our phone calls in a timely manner.

We also paid them an extra $350 to install an irrigation line from the city box to our valve box. When we realized that never happened and called them, they came up with an excuse of they only run 75 feet - while the contract never stayed at any particular length to get that job completed. They would not budge and do the right thing.

My husband had to go out and dig and finish the job on his own. The only other option was to pay another plumber and we had already spent enough money. Extremely disappointed.

Called over 2 weeks ago for leaking Hybrid hot water heater installed by Davis Jr Plumbing in 2016 at about $4000 cost. Plumber came out and took a look and some photos. I did mention my previous disappointment in the $200 service charge for warranty cover elements replacement. They told me that they would review my leaky hot water heater that they sold me and would have a plan within a few days...I believe that the plan was not to contact me nor support their products: Major League Plumbing has installed an expansion tank (which was never installed by Davis Jr Plumbing originally) to relieve the pressure causing the valve to leak. Well done!

We called Davis plumbing for a kitchen faucet issue, and a toilet problem. Eric was sent to our home and was very respectful from the start! Without being told Eric quickly picked up that we like to kick our shoes off at the door. He executed his job effectively and was very clean and organized with his tools. I appreciate your help Eric and we will be using Davis Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs!

If I could give Davis, Jr. Plumbing Inc. more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Our home was built with outdated, and now illegal, gray polybutylene pipes, which started failing one by one—leaks, flooding, and endless headaches. I am an 87 year old senior citizen on limited income, I try to choose wisely how to spend my money.
I kind of trusted the reviews for Davis Jr Plumbing and, in a way I'm sorry I did. I contacted them to do service on my hot water heater. They sent me an invoice for $250.00 to be paid before work was started. Foolishly I paid because I trusted them. I notified them the next day that I didn't need their service because the problem was resolved with a setting switch, I requested my payment be returned. They said the part was already ordered and it would be a few days for them to receive it but I would be charged for return shipping cost. I said I can understand that. After a few weeks I received the check for $195.00. I said what was the missing $55.00 for? I can't believe shipping for a small part would be $55.00. I asked for a statement indicating the charges. I just received the statement indicating "Service call for parts ordered that was canceled per customer." Nothing showing part was received or returned to supplier or the cost of such action. I didn't realize they need that money so bad. I would have gladly paid a reasonable price for the return of that part. Just saying....choose carefully.

My water heater started leaking from the metal part you see on the photo and Davis Jr plumbing did an excellent job on the repair. Very knowledgeable & professional. Tom was an excellent technician.

We have used Exquisite Plumbing twice, and both times they have been fantastic. Friendly both on the phone and in person with their technicians. Fast, responsive, and reasonably priced as well! I highly recommend this company! :)

Exquisite plumbing was a pleasure to work with. They assisted us in all stages of our home remodel from a complete repipe, adding features we envisioned, guiding us through choosing fixtures to the final trim installation. I tried about four other plumbers was either never return my call or made appointment and didn’t show up. Met exquisite plumbing actually I had seen them out in public with their shirts on advertising their business. An appointment for them to come over the next day they did they gave me a estimate which was $150 less than the last estimate I got but then they never showed up.
Made an appointment to start the next day they showed up on time did everything they were supposed to do then my tile people came and finished the tile job they came back and finish the trim work and I am very happy.
I now have a new plumber in the case that I will need one.
