I had to have my tub drain replaced so I called this company.I had already exposed the plumbing behind the Sheetrock to help keep the cost down.The plumber who came said he didn’t recognize the type of fitting that was on the drain.Explaining it was a fitting he wasn’t familiar with.He said he needed to remove some tile in the closet to expose it more,a call to his office and he came back with a $700.00 estimate.I told him since I had to put it all back together I’d pull the tile and then call them back.I paid an $85.00 service fee.After he left I checked it out myself,the fitting was a male fitting,he should have known that being a plumber.I did it myself, which I should have done in the first place,total cost,$25.00.I feel they were just trying to dupe me.No tile had to be removed and I was done in 45 minutes.

So far so reliable! I called 5 places with no response until I found this company. Woke up sat with water throughout kitchen it appeared it was seeping from under cabnits, nice guy fixed leaky pipe & put wall back together as I wanted it.

They replaced all of the polybutylene piping in our house, neatly & efficiently, for a fair price. The owner is professional, just don't go looking for friendly conversation-he does what he says & it's pretty "cut & dry".

I have used Davis on multiple occasions for two different homes. Services included installing a shower, installing toilets and fixing leaks. They are on time, communicate what's going on, stick to the quoted price and come back to fix a problem. Also, very pleasant to deal with. For these reasons, Davis deserves a high rating.

For the most part our experience was ok. Was excited to be hooked up to city water and rid of the well water. We had some pressure issues and needed to turn off the water to the house. When we did that the handle fell off in my hand. I'm sure 10 years of corrosion was the culprit, but wouldn't you have tested this while hooking up to the house? Extra $125.00 to get it fixed. Finally get to test the sprinklers, yay. Not happening. The pipe was broke around the area of construction, did they do it can't prove it. Wanted to charge me $75.00. No thanks fixed it myself. Got the pipe fixed, turn on sprinklers to test.... Only half my system works. Called a few times with no call back. Charged me $100.00 to hook up sprinklers and they don't work. Dug up the yard to find they didn't hook up the entire system. So sorry I recommended them to my neighbor. Disappointed.

The response to my repair need was good. The Technician was prompt and Professional.
The cost was crazy for an hour of non-emergency work. Due to the cost, I will not be using or recommending this Company . I understand the value of experience and training but I never like being taken advantage of.

Washing machine drain was clogged and backing up. They were at my house within an hour of calling. It took them a couple hours to clear the clog because it was so bad, but they didn’t give up until it was taken care. Very professional and kind. Cleaned up after themselves and price was more than fair for the time and effort they spent. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

This the second time we have used them. Once in an emergency and they were right here Today to replace pressure valve on water heater but when we moved things to get it ready for Jason we said bet he tells us need new one. Well when he saw the rust and that it was a 2004 model he explained he could replace pressure part but it did not look good and it might burst and we had a lot of things it could ruin we purchased new one and it was delivered before he could completely remove the old one and install new pipes, they are here on time prompt with their job and efficient, we trust them and their word. That’s why we are a return customer

There were no reviews on here so since I did hire them to do my sewer hook up, I wanted to leave a review to help the next person who might be shopping around to know what to expect. I waited over a month for the work to start (understandable due to the UEP just ending and everyone calling to hook up). I was not given any expected time frame for the work to start. The work was done very quickly. Water was shut off for a short period of time. They came on a Friday, did the work, and left it over the weekend. They mailed me an invoice on Monday, and they came back Tuesday to fill in the holes and called me to schedule payment. The proposal states that they do not replace sod, and they do not guarantee your sod will be useable at the end of the project. They fill in the holes, but you will have to level the dirt and replace the sod. Also be aware that they do not accept credit cards. Cash/Check only, or you can pay online through a web service that will take it out of your checking account directly. This is not stated on the proposal so just so you know before you hire them. I called two other plumbers, only one other one got back to me with a quote, and this one was the lower one.

I had contacted another company last night and then again this morning with only promises that a technician would call. I searched for plumbers in Cape Coral. I got an immediate answer and idea on time when I called Davis JR Plumbing. I was called by the technician Tom within 30 minutes with his eta. During the call he listened to the issue ( both toilets not working and backup into both tubs). He quickly found the issue, cleared the blockage and then made sure everything was flowing well before he left. They now have a new customer.

Can't remember how I came upon this company, but I called them about servicing my well system. Matthew came out on March 31st to do the job. He diagnosed the problem and let us know what our options were. We paid him $80 cash instead of the $85 fee, because he didn't have change for a $100 bill. We were reassured that the fee we paid would be a part of the service once we decided what we wanted to do. Long story short, after a few days we decided our move and call to schedule work. I got the run around from Matthew for weeks and finally called the office. I was told that they don't even service well systems, but it will be looked into and called back about it. That was 2 months ago. Still nothing.

We had NO water! Sent out a “yelp-for-help “ to Renovations Plus who directed us to Davis, Jr Plumbing. Our lucky day! They did the necessary re-piping of our home quickly (one day!). The crew was great to work with thru that stressful time. We will be long-time customers and recommend them to others.

We had a leak in our hot water tank on a Saturday afternoon. Called and Tom Ellis their Service Tech was at our house in less than a half hour and was AWESOME!!! Great response, professional, informative and excellent service! I HIGHLY recommend Davis Jr. Plumbing!!!

I called Davis Jr Plumbing the previous weekend and they contacted me immediately to ask if this was an emergency. I let them know Monday would be fine. The followed up Monday morning and dispatched a tech. Eric stopped by, discussed my options, gave me an estimate and did the work the same day.
