Be very careful using this company. My experience has not been good

Personal Plumbers did a total repipe of my home. The cost was $7,200. I was asked to pay in full before all of the work was completed and the City inspection done. Kaylon Hardin assured me he was a man of his honor and he would return to finish the work. So I paid in full. Since then he has refused to come back to the property. I had a different plumber tie the outside pipe to the building so that I could pass the plumbing inspection done by the City of Bradenton Beach. I also had a different plumber fix a leak behind a bathroom wall. I’ve also had another plumber install a dedicated turn off valve in order to have a dishwasher installed.
The work from Personal Plumbers came with a 10 year warranty. But that is worthless if they refuse to come back.
I did not find them to be a reputable company and I would not recommend them.

Interesting that you want to tell the whole story but never once mentioned that Kaylon pressured me to pay in full before the work was complete, told me he was a man of his honor and would return to finish work, and has since refused to return to the property or even speak with me.  My review was based on his giving me his word and going back on that promise.  I find that to be untrustworthy and I would not recommend your company because of it.  You constantly try to tie me to the large company on Anna Maria Island that you are in a lawsuit with, but I have nothing to do with that work or the money you say they owe you.  I believe you use that lawsuit to justify your poor treatment of me.  Again I state, I paid Personal Plumbers $7200 and in the end I had to have another plumber finish work so my plumbing would pass inspection for the City of Bradenton Beach.  Was I foolish to pay in full before work was complete?  Yes, but foolish is not dishonest!

We had an emergency plumbing problem with water coming from the main on a Sunday evening. I called Personal Plumbers and was told plumbers would be here in 45 minutes. The guys were so nice and professional. They got straight to work and did a fantastic job. I HIGHLY recommend Personal Plumbers.

Highly recommend! I had a pump that was leaking and causing us to lose water pressure in the house. Josh and Chris were very fast and very professional getting it changed! Extremely easy to work with, they had great communication through out the process. They even went above and beyond in weather treating some of my other equipment at no cost. Will be using them again for any and all plumbing needs!

These guys are great. Very professional. I called and someone came out within a hour. They were more concerned that I needed my water back on than I was. They’re very informative and gave different solutions based on budget. I honestly think their rates are reasonable and fair. I will recommend them whole heartedly. Great company and true compassion for the customer 🤩🤩🤩

He helped us fix an issue we with our water pipe that we burst and he was so personable. He came as soon as he could and was extremely professional. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding service! Our hot water tank went out unexpectedly, and Personal Plumbers came right away—literally within hours of our call. Where do I began! Personal Plumbers are by far the best plumbers in Lee county. My water heater took a dumb and I called Personal Plumbers and they came out within 30 minutes! Luckily a technician had just finished up with someone else before me. Josh "the technician" was very knowledgeable and he quoted me a very reasonable price to replace my water heater. I very grateful for this amazing company.

Paid $175 for a dishwasher drain hose repair. The technician acknowledged the real fix required a longer hose — but told us they don't carry hoses. Instead of declining the job or disclosing this upfront, they screwed a metal bracket into the wooden cabinet to force the existing hose into position and charged the full trip fee.

The bracket ripped out of the cabinet under pressure. The repair failed completely.

When we called back, the woman who answered cut me off mid-sentence. I was eventually forwarded to the technician, who argued rather than taking any accountability.

They accepted $175 for a repair they knew they didn't have the parts to do correctly, didn't disclose that limitation, and the fix failed. I knew what the problem was when I called them. I wanted it fixed — not a temporary band-aid and an invitation to pay again when it inevitably failed.

Would not recommend.
