Orley was very responsive to what we wanted and gave us very good ideas. We had a lot of changes that were needed and he always made sure we understood the process. He was on time and worked so hard to get the job done. He took our single outdated sink out and did a beautiful two sink vanity. We love it! We would recommend Orley for any plumbing job you may have!

The person who Installed my garbage disposal is no longer w the company not warranty. I supplied the garbage disposal. Poor customer service. Do not use this company. Was very expensive as well.

In the time of disaster after hurricane Ian , my neighbor was using them and they came down to give a estimate, we accepted since a work full time at a local hospital.they required a half down deposit ( res flag I guess) they never showed on the day they were supposed to.called several times 3 different numbers and finally The manager Maria said somebody would call me back, never heard back. Finally got a hold of the local manager and said somebody would be out the following day two days later. They were working at the job at the neighbors house changing an outside Spicket. While They did show up there ,i saw them leave and I called right away and was told that they would contact them and come back and fix my well., don’t happen and no phone calls. I called back and said forget I will fix it myself and I want my deposit back . He said I would have to call the office, when I did they refused saying it was there policy no refunds.tried to explain that this is not a refund since nothing was done and you never showed up. Also as your policy states no refunds on checks or credit card this was a cash transaction. And they then hung up on me.

Called to schedule service for a kitchen faucet install. Service appt was set for Tues between 9-11am. When no tech had called or arrived by 11 I called to find out why and while the dispatcher remembered speaking to me she couldn’t understand why I was not on the schedule. She rescheduled me for the same day between 2 and 4. At 4pm after another no call no show I called the office again. This time I was told it would be 6:30 and that it wasn’t her fault the weekend scheduler forgot to add me to the morning schedule…she was the woman I spoke to in the first place, she remembered the initial call. I cancelled the appt. If you are running behind have the courtesy to notify the customer who gave up an entire day for an appt that should have happened in the morning, my time is just as valuable as yours.

Do not use this company. They installed a drain field at my property, and about a year later, I had human waste backing up on my lawn. They gave me a lifetime warrantee on their work, so I called to have them come look at what was going on. They admitted the drain field was installed improperly and needed to be redone. I agreed to have them redo the work, and I made sure to ask them to send me the permit they pulled for the repair. Months went by, and still no permit was even applied for. They never pulled a permit in the first place for the original work! Meanwhile, we have waste on the lawn. I finally hired someone else to get the job done, and they agreed to refund 8K of the 10K that I paid. I have since stopped responding to my emails and calls, and have not made the refund. CROOKS.

We just signed a maintenance contract with them after the great service they gave my daughter. Ryan waa our service technician and to say that he was thorough would be an understatement. He took the time to explain everything to us. Excellent service. We made a switch from one company to GP Plumbing and A/C and are thrilled with our decision..Someone always answers the phone and the follow up is outstanding.

Mike came to clear my drains and check my leaky faucet. He was excellent. He listened carefully and helped me to talk to the manufacturer about to leaky faucet! GP Plumbing and Air Conditioning has taken care of my Air Conditioning unit for about 6 years. I have an annual maintenance contract so see them twice a year. They are honest, trustworthy and friendly.

Ryan come out today, and once again was so helpful and patient, and taught me some additional maintenance tricks to keep the unit running smoothly. He is very knowledgeable, and I appreciate him taking the time to
answer any questions I have.

My AC went out on a Saturday and when looking at Google reviews GP Plumbing and Air Conditioning had the highest remarks...and I can now see why! 45 minutes after my initial call, Ryan showed up at my door as promised. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and kindly took the time to explain in detail the problem at hand. He quickly fixed the issue and I gladly paid him the reasonable amount for coming out on an “emergency call”. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future!

We did the whole re-pipe switching from copper to pvc pipes plus some renovations. It was a big job.
They are professional and very organized. They made the process impeccable and explained what we needed to expect. They worked on a accurate schedule. They are very committed to the job.

GP Plumbing has been great since I first moved to Florida 4 years ago. They recently put in a water heater for me and did a wonderful job. It was done quickly and cheaper than most plumbers. I would recommend trying them.

Water, Plumbing issues like slow drains and clogged pipes and you don't know where the problem is coming from? Just call our local guy that you can trust...we count on Guys Plumbing, LLC. They get the job done quick and we can trust them to only sell us only what we need! Thanks so much for always being there for us at a moments notice; it's nice to know you care as much as we do!

I've edited our original review because we had Chris from GPs over a 2nd time since our house was remodeled after Hurricane Ian. Prior to signing our contract to rebuild our home, our contractor told us he was also a plumber but we found out that wasn't the case. Had we known that, we would have hired you sooner as we have had several plumbing issues that have caused us to tear out walls, etc. Hopefully someone else will read this and ask for credentials when someone claims to be 'Mr. Fix-It Galore'.

Great job by Chris at GP Plumbing! He was prompt, personable, and very knowledgeable with his 30 years experience as a plumber. We have used GP Plumbing several times over the years & have never had any issues.

We have been using GP Plumbing for several years and have always had great service. Today Ryan was our service person. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained clearly and in detail what he was doing for our maintenance check up. He also talked about an issue we have with our compressor. Again he explained everything clearly and provided an estimate on replacement of that part. Thank you Ryan, great job!
