I’ve used GP Plumbing multiple times now and found their dedication to service to be something completely lacking in service businesses today. They respond to the customer, do what they agree to and have the desire and knowledge to diagnose and repair complex equipment such as my Navien gas water heater which is mostly electronic. Their plumber, Mike, is highly skilled, polite and goes the extra mile to work both cleanly and efficiently. Speaking with Crystal at the office is pleasurable and easy to work with. Highly recommend GP for all your plumbing needs.

We have used GP several times and most recently for an emergency. They have always responded quickly and Michael (our tech) does impeccable, quick work. Great company to have around the Cape. Highly recommend for your plumbing projects. Our projects include busted copper washer line emergency repair and replacement of several outside water bibs (faucets). Plus clearing a main sink drain. Always more than satisfactory work at a fair price. Thanks. (and no we're not relatives and don't work for them, just an 80 yo satisfied repeat customer).

I was in a horrible situation; in 8 hours I was hosting a Holiday Party for several guests. And luck would have it, a clog developed in the area of my Master Bath. Upon calling GP Plumbing's answering service, Guy, a technician, called me back promptly. I explained to him what had happened. and he gave me some guidance on how to possibly remedy the situation quickly. My husband did exactly what Guy advised, and it took care of the issue. Stress and what was clogged in the line was flushed away.
I truly appreciate all the information Guy provided me, and I will definitely reach back out to GP Plumbing if I ever have an issue.

GP Plumbing has done a great job at our home. The service Tech Mike is excellent to work with and very professional. So far we have replaced a tankless water heater, installed a remote control Moen water valve as well as re-piped our pool auto-fill valve. Great communication and timely response!

We needed a manufactured home repiped with very little lead time for scheduling, and GP Plumbing and Air Conditioning came to our rescue! They came out to give us an estimate on the same day that we called, and the work was scheduled for 2 days later. Guy, Mike, and Chris were knowledgeable, professional, personable, and accommodating. The work was well done and reasonably priced. If you have plumbing or air conditioning needs, we highly recommend GP Plumbing and AC.

We have an ongoing AC maintenance agreement with GP Plumbing for a couple of years now and could not be happier. Annual maintenance checks are always done on time and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
I called this morning to place an AC service call and was able to have someone come out the very same day. The technician, Ryan, was very professional and explained thoroughly the issue he detected. There was no sales pitch to the newest and best equipment on the market. He checked out any possible existing warranties and made sure all my questions and concerns got answered.
I have and will continue to recommend GP Plumbing to anybody.

GP Plumbing was absolutely great! I had a pipe burst outside and needed someone to look at it ASAP. GP was available that same day, they came out and fixed it within an hour. Their pricing is reasonable and their customer service, and plumbing work is top notch. I dealt with Mike T. and he was awesome! Will definitely be using GP for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

I chose this company due to a five star rating. I called them first thing this morning and by noon they were done fixing a bad annoyed coil and my water heater. They kept in contact with me verbally cleaned up after themselves and communicated what they wanted for me afterwards I recommend them to anybody and everybody and I will use them again.

Outstanding response time and the service was great. Mike took the time to explain what the options were to repair the problem and left it to me to make the decision. completed the job quickly and even asked about any other issues that I might need addressed. Francisco came out to replace a shut-off valve they installed two shut-off valves another company wanted twice as much Francisco was very professional and they came out within 1 hour

My go to Company for all plumbing needs. I have been using them for last 15 years. Always excellent and fast service. Honest appraisal of problems and reasonable rates. Bathtub, waterheater, water main leak, Aqua Sauna installation to name a few.

I just have had the most incredible experience with this company! I have been in Cape Coral with my house for almost 9 years and every plumber we have called was awful! This company is SO professional and knowledgeable it's amazing! Michael the plumber is amazing! He is super friendly and definitely knows his stuff!! I highly recommend anyone CALL this company for your plumbing needs!

Wonderful service and work. There were a couple minor problems and they came right back to fix them, and were very thorough. Very personable staff!

My AC hasn't drained correctly since it was installed. They LOVE coming out and sucking drain line for $200 a pop, but still have not fixed the problem. The unit is only 2 years old, I shouldn't have to vacuum my line literally every week, sometimes multiple times a day. When I call to complain they try and sell me a maintenance package. I'd be happy to buy one IF you took care of my problem first! Gonna seek help elsewhere

While I may NOT be a certified AC Technician, I am a customer, a customer who grew frustrated enough to take time a write a review. I wrote the review because I felt I wasn't being heard, that the same problems happened over and over again even with priming the tap. I would have entertained a member of management coming out to see what was going and suggest solutions. I did receive a phone message, but was on the road that day meeting with clients and unable to return the call. Hours later I saw the written response below. Instead of the "Sorry for any confusion, how do we make this right," I am given an out-of-context list of my service records (some of which is incorrect) and implications on my inexperience being the root cause of the problem. I don't need to write anymore, this is NOT how you should treat your customers...

I did get a second opinion this weekend, the pitch on the main drain line was insufficient (like no pitch at all) causing my drain pan to continually back up. There are other installation issues that I will be fixing as well.

GP Plumbing is our 'go-to' when we need any type of plumbing service. I call, they come! Office staff is pleasant and efficient, great customer service. Mike is such a nice man, very patient and so knowledgeable. He is neat and thorough too! He gives great advice and helps with our decision making. I strive to support local business in Cape Coral, and this one has what it takes to have been here so long. Call them for your job!!
